This is my go to place for a quick salad meal. The hosts are really good and friendly. I have had their farm fresh veggie salad before - which was fresh and came with delicious dips. This time I tried the Asian chicken salad that came with fresh veggies, wonton strips and Asian dip. And, my partner loves their Santa Fe chicken salad (it's delicious and filling at the same time). Not good anymore. Was a regular but I think one of the employees doesn't want anymore regulars. Was making my sandwich and then was dipping the meat for my sandwich in water. It tasted terrible and don't rec anyone going there. I will just tell everyone that I know to not come to this location. I feel the employee tampered with my food so I wouldn't eat there anymore. Togo's always seems to hit the spot when Inwant to eat a good sandwich ( something I rarely do these days ) and today was no different. I ordered a Turkey & Avocado to go according to my specs and there was no issues with my order. Everything was fresh and all the flavors melded together wonderfully. The bread was soft and fresh, the turkey a little salty but it good quality and of ample portions, the avocado was ripe and alternately rich and tangy, and all the other ingredients made it a delicious culinary experience that was so good that I had wished I had ordered a LG ( something I will do next time ). I don't know if it was just me or " shrinkflation " but the sandwich looked smaller than I remember it. On November 10th late noon, I went to this plaza to shop for my winter gears and got super hungry. Closest sandwich shop next to Chase was Togos. The place is clean but the only issue I have which is in my opinion a health hazard to the public, which by the way, should be reported to health department, is that the young gentleman working here used the same gloves to collect money, to stock inventory and to make our sandwiches. I don't recommend anyone to buy sandwiches from them unless you want to risk your health. Management: please train your staff better. read more

Close and cozy Pruneyard location everyone loves! Clean and fairly fast and efficient here! My only beef would be you can't see them actually making the sandwich!! The slanted counter is in the way of your view and I like controlling my preparation of my food in semi fast food environments! This is my favorite one of all them locally and have memories if it being in the Victorian house across the street in the 80's before it moved to the shopping center! Togo's in Pruneyard has really changed, I literally have 2 pieces of roast beef and 2 pieces of turkey on my #8. They have always wadded up the meat but when you opened the sandwich to spread it out there was an ample portion of meat. They used to weigh the portions but not anymore, at least at this location. And now paying $8.95 !! I used to think Togo's was much better than Subway's, but not any longer. The Subway's on Bascom will now be my go to place for a sandwich. If this is a new owner, you need to go back to Togo's franchise school and learn to make the sandwiches correctly, your definitely shorting your customers on the meat !! read more

I tried their new French dip sandwich last week. The sandwich was moderately small for $10 but the worst part about the sandwich was the dip! The dip was quite warm but it was literally had no flavor whatsoever it's supposed to enhance the flavor of the sandwich and it was literally water with a little coloring in it! Being a parent has it challenges and rewards. I know that a lot of people think that I am strange for not having a part of my life dedicated to "social life" but those that I consider my friends has accepted the fact that I am busy 105% of the time and that my little one is w/ me, usually 99.9% of the time w/ the exception of work and my brief gym time. Time being a challenge and also money is a factor as well. I get their weekly / monthly coupons and announcements via email and sometimes I delete the email but this one caught my eye one evening and decided to use it for dinner. The coupon was: buy a 6" or 12" sandwich w/ a drink and a bag of chips and get a sandwich for free. That deal equates to money saved so I cashed in on a spontaneous evening in Campbell. Seems like no one knows about these deals. Nevertheless, the girl that helped me was patient and friendly albeit short. I got the Cuban and the Pastrami (of course). After about 10 minutes, Gavin and I grabbed a seat outside to enjoy our meal. I started practicing portion control so Gavin and I shared the sandwich. Yes, I did indulge in a diet soda (at least twice a month) and was satisfied instantly after my first bite. The pork was seasoned well, flavorful, and quite tender. The ham and pickles brought out the best of this sandwich. It was a tasty dinner for under $11 (and an additional sandwich). The pastrami was good but I ate it 2 days afterwards so that may not be a great idea in the future but if you plan to eat it right then and there then I am sure it would have been bomb dot com. Just ordered a Cali Veggie. It tastes like they soak either their avocado or pickles in Sprite. What is with that flavor? It's almost bubbly. They added something bubbly to the avocado or pickles. My husband went there to grab lunch for his mom, grandma and aunties just a few hours after his grandfather passed. He wanted to order one of those large catering sandwiches to make sure everyone got something to eat. Turns out Togo's doesn't make those massive sandwiches anymore, but the staff went out of their way to help my husband out. They were caring and very sensitive to his needs. Very rude Employee here at the Pruneyard Togo's location. Thanks to her attitude I will now boycott this location. This Togos is a breadwich spot and way over priced... take my advice don't come here. You are better off driving to Camden where I usually go and get and actual sandwich, without the attitude. Just moved back to the area. Visited twice in the past two weeks and have ordered $50 worth of items each visit. Both times went out of our way to request *NO TOMATOES NO TOMATOES* on anything and explained to the Latino lady at the counter *REPEATEDLY BOTH TIMES* that one of us has a severe tomato allergy. Both times at least one sandwich had x2 extra tomatoes. (???) Tomorrow we will need to return half our order (which means we had to share a single order for dinner) again. It's REALLY frustrating because this is such a simple 1-dimensional request and the server just cant seem to focus enough to follow directions. Needs English speaking Staff / More Training. We have already mentioned this issue to the manager and apparently it had no effect. Today I had my father's "Celebration of life" service at my church. I was so blessed to have Togo's cater the event. They did a wonderful job of packaging lunches for this outdoor event. So convenient. My family loved the box lunches that were provided with a great sandwich, cookie and chips, the full package ! So perfect due to this pandemic(covid safe meal) we are all experiencing!! The sandwiches were delicious, they gave us several choices to choose from, it was a huge order and they were right on time delivering!! Special thanks to the manager Iris... I swore off togos nearly 2 years ago after a bad case of the food poisoning, but when my office manager told me to pick up some food because a surgery at out hospital was going to take a lot longer than expected I came to this location. It's Togo's. The "go to" lunch for people at my office for people who don't care what they are shoving down the gullet, as long as it has the adequate ratio of meat, cheese, spreads, and bread. I've grown less fond of the place because they've bumped up their prices ever so slightly. The kryptonite sandwich is definitely one I've nicknamed "meat tornado", aka The Triple Dip. This sandwich if you order a large bread size will hit you back somewhere in the neighborhood of 1,200 calories. You've got to ask yourself when you're buying a sandwich here with that kind of heft it you aren't better just sucking down some fries and a burger at that point? And that's why Togo's really is - less guilty fast food that really isn't all that healthy, isn't all that delicious, and lacks a soul really. I love going here to pick up catering sandwiches for the office! My sandwich tray order consists of: - Turkey & Cranberry - Turkey & Cheese - Turkey & Avocado - Roast Beef - Avocado & Cheese for my vegetarian colleagues - **Egg Salad & Cheese: whenever my vegetarian colleagues requests it instead of Avocado & Cheese. Staff here are nice and friendly. Today, there was a homeless(?) man chillin inside, who by the way was behind me and the Manager instantly told him in a nice but firm tone that he needs to exit the premises because apparently, the homeless man is crazy and dangerous so the Pruneyard security had warned all businesses to not let him inside. The staff usually sees me twice a month, every Mondays, so they're pretty familiar with me. One word: consistency. Seeing how I eat here for lunch about 4 times a week, I find myself uniquely qualified to comment on the sandwiches here. The #3 Turkey and Cheese, a staple at any sandwich shop, is awesome. The bread, always soft; the tomatoes, always plentiful and evenly spaced apart; the cheese, perfectly sized to cover the length of the bread; the turkey, tasty and of perfect portions (they use a scale for extra consistency); the pepperoncinis, consistently at random spots in the sandwich to surprise you with an extra kick of zest just when you weren't looking; and the slice, always a clean cut, no dangling half-cut bread here. The service, too, is consistent. Though I call in my order, and explicitly order with no onions, Antonio and the rest of his staff consistently joke and tell me that they put extra onions in my sandwich. Call me crazy, but I always smile at their joke. Maybe I'm just smiling at the consistency of the entire experience. read more

Good place to go on your lunch hour. This is Togo's so the food here is pretty much identical to all the other Togo stores. I'll either get the #9 (hot pastrami), or the #24 (turkey & guacamole) which are my favorites. I like that they have wifi in the area so I can surf for, *ahem*, adult content while I'm enjoying my 'wich. (No... not really) This location gets really busy during the lunch hour, but there are plenty of seats in the patio area. There aren't many seats inside, so you pretty much have to eat outside or do take-out. The food is cheap, and it comes out pretty fast even when the place is busy. read more

Is it just me, or has Togo's gone WAAAAAY south in recent years? I used to eat at the Campbell Togo's when it was across the street in an old house. Well, now that house is a Thai restaurant (I think), and Togo's is in the Prune Yard in a crappy pre-fab lease spot on the corner. The once-great sandwiches have been reduced to "Subway-esque" portions of meat and ingredients on uninteresting bread. I tried Quizno's a few weeks ago, and it was SO MUCH BETTER!!! If you like Mexican Banda music this is the place to be! There is 2 radios the loud one in the back and the quite one for the customers both Spanish. The workers rudely ignore you till they are done with their phone orders, the workers do not speak clear English at all, there is small flies that swarm around your food.
