My review is to my guy Casey, I figured it was time for me to express myself through the form of tattoos, because I think of it as a timeless display of art. However, for me the only hard part was finding an artist that I can put my 100% trust in to give me something that's on me for life, and in that search I found Casey. my mom recommended me here, she's been going to Casey for more than a decade now and I'd figure I'd give him a shot too, when I first walked in the vibe was great, very clean and organized space, I'd never felt so at ease. I sat down with him and he's a super friendly guy! Through great communication we both made sure I liked what I was getting, and he delivered! First of all, for my first EVER tattoo I got my forearm and bicep done, and I should tell you they felt like nothing more than a scratch... Casey has the lightest hand ever! I couldn't believe his level of skill and attention to detail while staying that light. And with a talent like Casey I knew I had to get right before the summer came up, that's when I went with him to get my Medusa Done, and all I can say is, that man is a wizard at what he does. Had a great time with Aleigh. I booked a week in advance to get my roots touched up and get some toner in, get the split ends trimmed and curtain bangs touched up. Paid the $75 deposit. Day of I miscalculated my time and realized that we had an event at 3pm instead of 4, and Aleigh was able to get me close to what I wanted and give the perfect haircut in the span of 6ish hours which I appreciated! We were on time and got compliments which was nice. The total came out to be $578 (incl. the deposit) which was a bit pricer than what I was used to but happy to support! read more

The salon as a whole has an industrial art studio aesthetic with just enough softness to feel like a "Speakeasy Salon" like you're in a secret club. It's attached to a tattoo shop with which it's affiliated ("mom&pop shop") it appears there's ample parking, but can't be certain as I took an uber. Their prices are in line with other salons that definitely aren't as cool. Friendly people who will make you look foxy as hell when you walk out of there. The shop is very aesthetic and well kept, and I feel comfortable during my appointments. All of the staff are so nice and I never feel uncomfortable. Scheduling is easy and the prices for their services aren't bad. Casey worked a miracle with my hair! This was my first experience with this hair salon after my little sister got her calico hair done by Casey and turned out amazing. I've always wanted to go completely blonde but was always worried that it would turn out terrible since I have virgin black Asian hair. I went in for a consultation with her first to see if it was feasible since I had portions of my hair treated with bleach and color before. She was extremely transparent, thorough, and knowledgeable about what she would need to do in order to get me to the level and style I wanted (platinum blonde with icy blue peekaboo), in addition to the time and cost. Day of the appointment, she did a spectacular job and made me feel super comfortable while working on my hair for 8hrs. Omg this 5 star review is for Aleigh!!! Literally the best stylist I've ever gone to. I set an appointment for 10am and left the salon at 7pm so if you're coming in to dye your hair (moreso bleach), bring some snacks or entertainment because you will be there for some time! I sent Aleigh some inspo pics through Instagram DMs and she gave me a quote and I was able to book an appointment w her through their website. I came in and the receptionist Nicole was so sweet and offered me tea, coffee, or water as I sat down. I met with Aleigh immediately and we went over some logistics and talked through my vision for my hair. She was realistic with me about what she can accomplish and gave me detailed run down of how color works (which I appreciate so much). I told her that I had a bad experience w a prior bleach job as my previous hairstylist was able to turn me platinum in one session without telling me the consequences or caring about the aftermath of my hair quality. With that being said, Aleigh promised me she'll make sure not to push my hair more than it's able to handle and I appreciate it sooooo much. Aleigh is very detail-oriented and even though I had a general idea of what I wanted, she gave me some ideas of what she thinks would make it even better and I'm so glad I trusted her with my hair bc it turned out better than I expected!! She was very transparent with me about every step she took so I wasn't left wondering what was next. The final cost ended up being a little more than the original quote but I was so happy with my hair and service and the fact that my hair was not fried that I happily paid the price. My hair still feels good and the color shimmers. Even cooler, is that she planned ahead so it will fade out to a shimmer silver/white color with purplish roots due to the toner.
