As soon as I opened the container, I was upset: instead of the flat, wide noodles that are traditional with this dish, it was filled with very thin, slippery noodles, There was virtually no sauce--and no spice! I immediately called TT and spoke to the same man I had given the order to. He was jovial, but clueless, and insisted that what I received was Pad Kee Mao. I don't think this place is under Thai management any longer; I suspect it's run by Chinese. It's a real shame, because the veggies (though few) seemed fresh, and the tofu (scarce!) was tasty . . . and we live only 5 minutes away. We will have to travel farther for authentic Thai food.
