We thought the Onion Rings were among the best we have ever had. Brussels sprouts, the same. So impressive. The New York strip--certainly among the top five of all time for me. Do add the onions and peppers, just another layer of great flavor. What is really wonderful is that the beef is locally sourced, from ranches in Nebraska and South Dakota. They are rich and thankfully they have a bit of a kick. They are filling--but hey box what's left and have for breakfast the next morning. The tap beer was also served much warmer than expected, which was disappointing for a steakhouse of this caliber.
