Please help me understand why your employees have become the most miserable people to be around. This place used to be inviting and somewhere along the lines. It turned into crap. The food is decent if you can ever get it right, but normally they make it wrong. Then, when you ask them to fix it, they get an attitude with you roll their eyes and walk away. When I say thank you to somebody for giving me something, I expect them to say you're welcome and when I tell them to have a good night. I expect them to tell me to have a good night too. You all should really do some clean up of your employees... Specifically your blonde hostess working tonight, 11/11/24 at 7:45 pm....

One of the best Hibachi restaurants in the area! The prices were awesome and the sushi was fresh. Must try if you are in the area

Update: went back again and got the sushi sampler and rainbow roll and the quality of the fish was amazing! Our waitress was just as nice as the last one. Very peaceful and not too busy at 3 PM.

Dinner and a show, they give you a ton of food. Service was great also, waitress came around multiple times asking if we wanted more drinks.

The only thing keeping me sane the whole dinner

Came here for a farewell celebration since my family and I are going back to Massachusetts after a few days. I'm in my teens so when we got there it was visible I was the youngest. Everything went smoothly and the chief was making jokes that pleased our party. But then his jokes got repetitive, he would every now and then throw the food messily on my plate but then wouldn't clean it up. I thought it was part of the joke until he just kept throwing and throwing. You could see visibly on my face I was not amused. He noticed my annoyed face and did an unneeded petty apology when he could've done was just stop, taking my 2 second attitude to heart. He proceeded to cook and serve the food rudely and practically ruined the dinner for everyone. I'm sorry, but we paid for FOOD not a comedy special Amy Schumer. Happy New years ig.

Beautiful building, option to sit at hibachi tables makes it fun for families or groups. The sushi is bomb.

The Crouching Tiger roll was fantastic, I didn't realize it had tempura crab in it as its not listed on the menu which I would have probably not ordered had I known, however it was very good and flavorful. I also had the Plum sushi entree, it was very good as well. There were some issues throughout our visit such as some raw pork shumai served to one of the members of our party and my Plum sushi set coming with a California roll originally though I had ordered a Tuna roll, wouldn't have been a big deal besides the fact I am allergic to Avocado so needed that remedied immediately. Thankfully we had a FANTASTIC server named Ausitin who not only fixed all of our issues but had great energy throughout the meal. None of the issues we faced stemmed from him they all stemmed from the kitchens lack of attention. Ambiance is super casual which we appreciated for a relaxed dinner. Overall I will be back to Saketumi next time I am in town!

My husband doesn't eat Sushi (more for me) so I went with my best friend when she was in town. We LOVED it! The rolls, the sashimi, the mocktails, the desserts, the decor. Everything was phenomenal. I specifically appreciate the gluten free items being CLEARLY marked. There is nothing worse than having to ask about every item you want. Thank you for making it easy! Ovi was our server and provided great recommendations throughout our visit. Can't wait to come back!

We waited for over an hour after ordering to get food that wasn't very good, but wasn't cheap either! The quality of any fish served was relatively low, expect the salmon, and the Chirashi even had imitation crab! Wild take on a Chirashi bowl. The rolls were just fine, but at $25 for some of the rolls I was expecting much better, and the non-sushi food was entirely unexciting. It would have been a 3 had it not been for over an hour wait after ordering, but I do think a 2 is appropriate. Also it was pretty hot in there for a sushi place!

My friend asked for a bigger table and they weee nice enough to give it to us despite being busy on a Saturday night. My friend also was concerned about the lamb being too gamey but wanted to give it a try. He was a big fan. I got to try a piece of his and it was good too. I went with the Denver steak- I never had this portion of meat before and I see why it is advertised as a separate item now. It is likely this was randomly packaged before or the cattlers kept it for themselves and just sold the masses everything else. Japan has been known to sell this meat portion decades? Ago known as 'zabuton' apparently. It isn't really a new "invention" per se, but apparently a meat association helped with the marketing and accessibility of this meat to make it what it is today. It appears many places do not offer this but a handful of places do offer this. The doors are nice and the signs don't strike me as stand out but they are nice easy to read aigns. The decor inside creates a beautiful ambiance of the classy restaurant that represents the food they served. The asparagus, carrots, Kennett mushrooms, were cooked well. The lamb was tender and juicy. My Denver was tender, juicy, and flavorful in a way that you don't need to add sauce and it might even be a faux pas to do so. I suggest medium or medium rare. I got mine medium well but for this kind of meat. I think medium rare is probably best. The key lime is 3 layers which is a cake and then key lime layer times 3 layers. My friend said it was a bit dry but we both thought it was good and all desserts are made in-house. My friend thinks a lot of butter is used in a lot of places to make the food taste truly good and I believe that. I don't really think about these things and just try to eat and appreciate what is in front of me, but it certainly is good to be mindful of these kind of ingredients used as well. The alcohol was fine. My friend's drink was not too sweet and my espresso cocktail had a good balance of flavor and booze. I asked for a shrimp add on and maybe the waitress didn't hear me but I didn't get that. However I also wasn't charged for it and by the meal's end when I realized this, I did not want this add-on. The bathroom apparently could've used some cleaning.
