The chicken parm used grilled burnt dried out chicken. The pasta as very overcooked. It's hit or miss if food here is cooked properly. They would not remake my food or take off bill. Won't be back

Ordered lunch takeout for the crew at work today. Two wanted breakfast omelettes for lunch and I got the Greek salad with chicken breast and Greek dressing. The crew really enjoyed their omelettes. The salad was huge, definitely enough for two people! It Included a whole hard boiled egg and a large freshly grilled chicken breast. Typical Greek toppings with the salad. The salad came with 2 containers of Greek dressing. I really only needed one. A nice warm pita was included on the side.

Back again . Coming from from ocean city. Had to stop again. Was very good. Hot and fresh. Only complaint was the pancakes were a little rubbery. Kind of hard to cut. I had the gyro omelette which was awesome. See you in a few months.

Breakfast menu was very bland and burnt. Waitress forgot multiple things when my family asked multiple times for stuff. The butter is melted and looks old. Table was dirty and not wiped down before we sat down. Don't go here save your money!!!

Asked for medium burger..NOT shoe leather.

Absolutely go here for a meal…read more Thierry, the owner, explained the menu to us, and you could sense his joy & pride at his job & the food he serves to his customers. He was a delight to meet. The food was DELICIOUS. You have to get a Kaisey! If Thierry's explanation doesn't sell you on it, I hope this does. It was SO GOOD. We tried a sweet one with strawberry and fresh whipped cream and loved it. We also got the Polish addition, and they were some of the best pierogi I've ever had (I'm Polish; I've had a lot of pierogi). The space itself is cool. There's an old bank vault, and if you take a look inside, there are posters explaining where the recipes come from and honoring Thierry's family. It was really cute & also heartwarming. Kaisey's Delights is a truly special place with a kind and incredible staff and amazing food. Do yourself a favor and try it out!

Since we were going to be in the Millsboro, DE area, I was not sure I would find anything unique or interesting. I came across Kaisy's Delights on Yelp. The reviews were pretty good, and the most recent one I saw was about three months old. After looking at the menu and reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try. When we arrived, the place immediately caught our attention. The building used to be a small bank, and the interior still has the original vault, which makes it really interesting. A young couple with a small child walked in just ahead of us, and the owner invited both of us into the vault. He showed us pictures and shared the story of his family and how the restaurant came to be, along with the inspiration behind the food. My wife ordered the Sweetie Kaiserschmarrn, and I ordered the Skier's Kaiserschmarrn. Kaiserschmarrn is a fluffy, caramelized Austrian shredded pancake, often called Emperor's Mess. It is made from a thick batter with separated eggs, torn into pieces while cooking, and served with powdered sugar and fruit. It has a light, almost soufflé-like texture. My order also came with two sausages. The meal was excellent. The owner was very interactive and enjoyable to talk with. My wife and I both grew up around restaurants, so we tend to notice the details. The place was very clean. The table setting and dining ware were simple and nice. The presentation of the Kaiserschmarrn looked like a mess, which is exactly how it is supposed to look, and it tasted wonderful. We really enjoyed both the food and the conversation. Hearing the owner's story and how he got to where he is today made the experience even better. I would highly recommend giving Kaisy's Delights a try. There are a few more items on the menu I would like to try, and we will be going back.

SO, we decided we had the time, we were hungry & nearby, so we made our way to what is now called Whiskers Saloon. We were greeted warmly by Jay who was manning both the bar and customers at tables. We took some time to peruse the 2 page menu looking for both old favorites and what's new. I decided to try one of my usual sandwiches, The Rachel for comparison sake & added Sweet potato fries (additional upgrade). I asked & was happy the special spicy sauce I loved to combine with the fries was still available under a different name, Texas sauce. I will say, my sandwich was much better than in "the old days" because this was made with actual carved turkey thick slices as opposed to thin cold cut turkey from prior ownership. I was a happy camper! My hubby tried something new to him at Whiskers, he had a chicken cheesesteak sub and was pleasantly surprised and impressed to find it was not finely chopped up chicken, but cut up grilled chicken chunks with nicely sautéed onions. We were happy to return, pleased to find that good quality & taste was still there and its what we were used to after almost 15 years of frequenting here. We were happy to see Commanders game & flag displayed for this Sunday game with many fans inside boisterously enjoying the game playingon all the tvs. All day specials were going on today and Jay told us everything they were offering on the specially priced menu which was a nice extensive list of bar food and drinks, including $3 Yeungling.

So let me say with certainty and confidence that Porto Pizza & Grill blew me and my expectations away. I'm an Italian Jersey born boy who's had the privilege of living in one of the pizza capitals of the world, being close to New York, New Haven and Philadelphia. Ive had the luxury and ability to sample all of my favorite pizza styles and variations, so I'm proud of my standards and tastes when it comes to Pizza. Delaware is NOT a state where I've enjoyed pizza and Italian food in general, but my goodness has my faith been restored by Porto's. As soon as a I walked in, the vibe and ambiance screamed "authentic" and "soul." My family and I knew we were in for a good meal immediately. The margarita pizza is easily the best pizza I've had the pleasure of experiencing in the entire state of DE and arguably most spots I've frequented in NJ and NY. The owners really put pride and love into their food, the service and the business as a whole. There is absolutely a lot of life this place has to offer and you can count on me returning again. My family and I will back to extract more of that fire from the people, the pizza and especially those hot burning ovens. Bravo Porto, keep it up and I pray this review aids you and brings in more traffic. Really impressed!

The place was lively with the sound of the trivia game that was going on. Fortunately, we were seated in their dining area where things were a bit quieter. I ordered the fiery fingers (buffalo chicken tenders) and my son ordered the fried shrimp platter. Firstly, my chicken fingers, were literally the "best" I've ever had! No joke, they were fried with a light crispy breading and seasoned to perfection, not too hot, but just the right amount of spicy! My son enjoyed his shrimp and had nothing but good things to say about his meal - except for one little thing. He thought that for the price, they could have maybe added a couple more shrimp to the order (he had only eight). Other than that - Cottage Cafe is fantastic and five stars to the chef and staff! This quickly became one of our fave dinner spots! They are middle of the road with gluten free options. It was very busy and loud, not something they can do much about. The servers are super busy but always attentive and that plus the food made us want to come back. Plus the decor is kind of fun to look at. They have both indoor and outdoor, it's too cold for outdoor right now but will try closer to Spring. Ordering Out/Experience 2 and 3: The few times I ordered out, my pizza was wrong and the "grilled onions" in my cheesesteak were actually just raw strips of onion. I hate raw onions so it was just gross for me. I would normally say it was a bad day but it happened twice in a row around the same time of day. I'm assuming the cook earlier in the day doesn't know what grilled means or doesn't care. In the evening it's always spot on! Experience 4: We're not needy customers and usually prefer to be left alone while we chat and enjoy our food. I think that's what made this visit beyond frustrating for us. We really liked this place and it was just a very chaotic experience. It just so happened that this experience occurred the day I was catching up on reviews. Our server was a mess. We were patient and kind assuring her that it was okay. They made my husband's order gluten free which we only ordered mine as such. Brought it back correct. No big deal. Then she tried to accuse us of being wrong, now that was annoying. After that, she did not bring our pizza even after we confirmed with her, because she asked, that it was NOT to go. She asked, we said no and stated that we wanted to eat our pizza there. Next thing we know, she boxed it up to go and dropped it off, with the check, after we mentioned we were still waiting to eat it. We left a $12 tip (a dollar less than 20% of our bill) because the waitress got multiple things wrong and blatantly ignored what we asked in a very simple order. Today we see she made the tip $30. We called, it's handled, it has kind of tainted this place for us though..
