Everything was really tasty and the service was great. I especially loved the miso soup and the crunchy shrimp tempura hand roll. There is a sushi bar, but it looks like it's used more for storage than eating. Too bad as it would be nice to sit across from the sushi chef! I wanted to get some sushi for appetizers for a holiday party. I selected the sushi and sashimi combo, and scorpion and dragon rolls. My guests enjoyed it and fortunately left some so when I was putting them away--well, they didn't make it to the fridge. Delicious and I can't wait to go back again. The counter persons were gracious and helpful also. Negative note: I wanted to use Door Dash to avoid going out on a very cold day. I got the message that no delivery was available. What a little gem. I visited this restaurant with my fiance and daughter.my fiance ordered sushi soup and pot stickers, my daughter and I had chicken curry and chicken with noodles. The curry was perfect with the right amount of heat and flavor. The vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly. I found out they get their produce from Malobertis. Which is always a plus because they deliver only the freshest vegetables and it shows. I will be returning often to this place. The service and food was excellent. read more

The sushi at Tokyo Sushi & Hibachi was very fresh and very affordable. Our waitress was excellent. Even though she was working the entire dining room she took great care of us. I was a little skeptical of a sushi restaurant that shares a parking lot with K-Mart, but rest assured, the sushi is authentic and there is a very large selection of sushi, sashimi, and rolls. Unfortunately, at the time of my visit, they did not yet have a liquor license so we had to drink soft drinks. However, my iced tea was brewed to perfection and I really enjoyed it. If you are tired of Sharky's (right across the street), give Tokyo Sushi & Hibachi a try. You won't regret it. read more

I just ordered the "Sushi Sashimi Combo" and a bowl of Miso soup. I was greeted by a very friendly lady and she was very helpful.My order was ready in 20 minutes Just like she quoted me on the phone.My order came with enough sauce and chop sticks napkins. I took it home and it is very very good! The soup is a little bland almost NO Tofu. I was surprised at that. I can't comment on their Hot dishes as I didn't order any. I will be back but this time I am sitting down to dine.I want to see if The Sushi is colder. I like COLD Sushi not cool So I figured maybe it's the drive that made the temperature of the fish rise. This restaurant is located in a strip mall. There weren't many people dining in, but a number people came in to pick up takeout. We also got ours to go. I ordered the Shrimp Avocado sushi roll and the Sesame Chicken. It came with white rice. I should have also received miso soup or salad with it, but it didn't make it into the bag. My daughter ordered the Vegetable Tempura bento box. It came with the tempura, dumplings, rice, a california roll, and sliced oranges. She also got a salad. The food was fresh and the portions more than ample. When we got to the hotel, the food was still hot. I am disappointed the soup was missing, but there was plenty to eat. We would definitely eat here again. I just recommend checking your takeout bag before leaving the area. read more

I stopped in during the week to have lunch while on my lunch break. I was seated immediately by the hostess and was served my food very quickly after ordering allowing me to get in and out quickly on my break. I ordered the lunch special of 2 rolls with a side salad ($8.50). The ginger dressing on the salad was amazing and so delicious! I ordered the spicy salmon and spicy tuna rolls. What I liked about this place was that they did not smother the roll in a spicy mayo but rather mixed the fish insides the roll with a spicy sauce. Very good and I will definitely return due to great prices and fast service. The only negative thing I noticed was that there was no background music in the restaurant so it was unusually quiet since only a handful of people were dining. Food is very inconsistent... hibachi steak often does not taste or smell appetizing. This has happened several times to us. When we complained we were made to feel that it's our fault the food was not good. (This has happened at least twice.) The third time our steak wasn't good we didn't bother complaining and just paid the bill and left. Hibachi Teriyaki chicken usually is good. Fried rice is usually ok. Service is adequate. When the restaurant first opened we went weekly and the food was very good but the quality seems to have gone downhill. We've only gone 3 times in the past 6 months and every time we had problems with our food. One more thing... they don't have WiFi here and the signal strength for Verizon is very poor in this area so don't expect to sit here and surf the internet while eating... read more

I went at lunch to grab a quick bite to eat without knowing what to expect. They have a sushi bar in the back with updated seating throughout the restaurant. I was blown away by the ambience, kind staff members and delicious food! After searching through their vast menu I chose the Chicken Teriyaki lunch bento box for $8.50 (10:30am-3:30pm) which includes soup or salad, California roll, rice, caramelized onion under the chicken teriyaki, and gyoza (dumplings). Everything was delicious and I was able to get in and out of the restaurant in no time and make it back to work with time to spare.
