I came here because I knew I could get what I wanted and partly because I have basically tried everything else at this stop off the highway. I knew what I wanted, came in, ordered and sat down and to eat my food. What was very interesting with this place was the staff. Mostly how they were interacting with the customers when they came in. One such customer came in and basically babbled off an order without looking at the changes on the menu. When he heard the price an argument started between the customer and staff. Mostly the customer arguing that he was just in here last week and the price wasn't that high. The staff attempted to redirect him and tell him the promotion changed. Customer still wasn't hearing him. Then the staff said, with a twang to his voice, "Don't raise your voice to me, I can read." He then physically pointed on the menu board what the promotion was. Firmly put that customer in his place and proceeded on. I hand it to the staff as they must have to deal with this on the regular especially since it seemed like another day for them.
