The dough is light and crispy with a hint of hardiness and the cheese is authentic high quality that stretches when you pull a slice or take a bite. So many pizza places try to save money but using low quality inexpensive cheeses and become bland, but not here! Ingredients are high quality and taste is amazing. For service they initially gave me the wrong pizza but fixed it quickly within 10 minutes and were extremely apologetic. I'll definitely come back here whenever in Cumberland! read more

Another great pizza and wing meal. We ordered the everyday special. We added French fries and a medium white pizza. It was excellent!

Salads are fire. We also like their breaded mushrooms and pizza. Great for busy days when you don't feel like cooking.

The employees stood in the back screaming at each other. The pizza is good, but not worth the hour I waited for it. I was told 20 minutes, an hour later, I finally walk out. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place for families after the employees stood in the back cursing at one another over everything from the customer's orders, each other, and divorce. There's so many pizza options in this area, and being here recently for the holidays to see family I got a chance to try this particular location. This location has seating options as well as carry out and delivery. We ordered a regular pizza with cheese and pepperoni, as well as cheesesteak pizza. The pizza was good and delivery was the option we went with- and even though the delivery guy took his good old time, the food didn't disappoint. The pizza was very good- though it wasn't an incredible meal- the ingredients were good and the cheesesteak pizza was very tasty. I have also have had their wings which were very good and they weren't the kind that sit in sauce and get gummy. Their sauce is very good and just the right amount of butter and hot sauce. I have not gotten a chance to dine in, though I would try it sometime but if so, I would try something other than pizza. To me- it's one of the better options for pizza in the area. read more

There are 2 girls under the age of 20 who are trying to handle everything on a Saturday and they can't keep up. Literally the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. I placed an order for delivery and was still waiting one hour and a half later still hadn't received my order. Went to the shop and they I formed me it would be a two hour wait at least , I explained that if I would have been informed of this I wouldn't have placed an order. They had brand new person at the front who didn't have anyone helping her or showing her what to do. Things are extremely unorganized and the kitchen staff acted like I was crazy for expecting my order after waiting over an hour and a half. Here's the setting: Sunday night about 7 pm. No one in the restaurant but me. Very busy making pizzas for call-in orders. The gentleman who took my order, a "megapizza" was very nice and helpful, and said it would be ready in about 10-15 mins. "This want too bad." I thought. As I sat there, however, I began to hear phone calls and the comments after the staff hung up. Phrases like,"Dumb a##" and "if you wanted it quick you shouldn't have called." 40 mins. later, I had my pizza and was on my way home. I know you get busy, and frustrated, but please be mindful of your words and realize that paying customers can hear your conversations. The pizza was good, the place was average on the clean scale, parking was a challenge. ..but hearing those comments about your customers may be a deal breaker. Good luck. read more

I like Giannis pizza when they get the order correct. This is the 3rd time I got the wrong order. Check your pizza if picking up. Also they need to work on being more consistent with their pizza. I've gotten it with crust burnt, gotten it very greasy and sometimes perfect. I won't be buying pizza there for awhile. read more

Had a veggie pizza after a ride on the GAP. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the place was cute and clean. We had a veggie pizza which was wonderful. Veggies were fresh and the mix was excellent. The crust was better than most Will certainly return when we are back in the area. read more

Best wings around! I love being able to walk to this location at lunch time and pick up one of their awesome lunch specials. The lunch specials are a really great price and it's a lot of food. I really like Gianni's Honey BBQ wings! They are always nice and crispy. They also have really great wedgies and sandwiches. My favorite is the steak wedgie! This review is only about the cumberland location: food is great when they make it right . Customer service needs working on a great bit. The delivery service most of time take a long time or they call 3 4 times to find where you live. Store is for the most part clean and I like how kids can see tue pizza being made. Could use more parking or a diffent place for staff to park so customers dont get blocked in. Belair a++++++ few to no problems from them. read more

Tried 37 times to get thru on 3/5/17 was hung up on once and finally was answered and the guy that answered blurred out could you hold and I didn't even get to respond and was put on hold. I placed an order for a cheese pizza and after an hour and ten minutes waiting I called back to check on the status. They didn't know who the driver was and was very vague of how many minutes prior to my call that the pizza left their building. After another five minutes it arrives and it was COLD. So I called back there and the girl said "oh let me get my supervisor" a gentlemen got on the phone did not acknowledge or accept the problem. He did not offer to fix it. He asked me who delivered it and what the driver was driving and what they looked like. How do you not know where your drivers are and where they are going to regardless how busy it is. After another ten minutes the driver came back and picked up the cold pizza and returned my money. No where did they apologize. An email was sent to the owner and the response back was blaming it on myself for the timing and receiving the cold pizza. The entire establishment needs to check into and watch the customer service movie Give them the pickle. read more

ordered a cheeseburger sub from them for my dad, when it came it ended up being a bunch of crumbled hamburger on the sub instead of hamburger patties, called in and the guy who answered argued with me that the 3 years he's been there they haven't served hamburger patties even tho I have ordered hamburger subs from there before that were made with hamburger patties!! This Gianni's doesn't quite live up to the Frostburg Gianni's but it's still a good place to eat. The wings are good but the stromboli is something different. It's not near the quality of the Frostburg restaurant. The pizza is very good though. My brother and I would go and eat at the restaurant at least once or twice a month and the deals/specials they had was a big reason for that. Reasonably priced good food is always a winner. Frequently visit Gianni's for lunch or dinner. Delivery service is always quick and orders arrive neatly packed or wrapped. Customer service has always been top notch for us and the food has been great. Subs are delicious on good bread and the pizza stands right up with any you'd find outside NY or NJ. Wings are very good also with so many tasty options. When you call they always remind of specials going on that save you money on your order. I would recommend Gianni's Cumberland to anyone read more
