The last time I was in there, I knew exactly what I wanted but the employee behind the counter/register insisted upon looking it up and then tried to sell me the wrong part. (Not only did I know exactly what I wanted, I had the old part in hand, but it didn't matter, the employee insisted she knew better.) I left without making a purchase. Again. Also, the layout of the store flowed making it easy for my nephew to locate what he needed rather easily. I appreciated how the signage made promotions clear and the store is bright which makes it easy to distinguish the details. My hat goes off to the manager. So, I bought the wrong ones a few days ago. I was not sure how to get the key out of my two fobs. David removed the old ones for me & replaced them, plus he gave me a refund since they were out of the other brand. I watched how polite & courteous David was with the 2 gentlemen ahead of me, who needed several different parts. So my car muffler was a problem for the last few months, but I ignored it, of course like any…read moreperson would because it was only a little rattle well then come to find out my catalytic converter in my car was going bad and my car sounded awful and I go to clients homes for a living so I didn't want to show up sounding like an aftermarket race car I called another company first but then I looked up the reviews I had mixed feelings on going there, so I decided otherwise and I'm glad I made that decision because I felt that I was treated with way more respect more professionalism, and also cracked a few jokes and made me smile in a stressful situation. not only that, but I felt like I did save quite a few bucks, from what I originally thought I was going to have to pay out to replace my whole exhaust system. The parts are still on order so I haven't gotten the installation of the exhaust system but so far the best quality customer service I could've asked for plus he has a Frenchy as a shopp dog, and it was adorable and I'm very dog friendly, so it made me smile and to know that he really cares for his pup means that he really cares about the quality of his workmanship I believe in my opinion I look forward to my new exhaust soon.
