FOOD: I only got drinks when I visited this shop. I got the dirty horchata latte. So good. Well balanced coffee, milk and sweetness. Also got the brown sugar latte boba but were out of boba lol so just brown sugar latte. Still good surprisingly stronger tasting than my dirty horchata. The iced caramel macchiato was also really good! Not overly sweet. The foods looked pretty good but was not able to try them during our stay. SERVICE: It was quick and easy ordering. Tom n Toms is a nice little cafe nestled in the live hotel. The vibe is bright and very lovely that it features some local artists' work. I got the vanilla latte, pizza bagel and breakfast sando. I liked my breakfast sando, it was hot, the brioche was soft and the whole sando just went very well together. The pizza bagel was interesting but my pizza loving husband loved it. First time visiting this location. Never been to a Tom's Toms coffee location before and decided to try it out since it recently opened down the block from where I live. I decided to try out the iced Horchata latte and it did not disappoint. My sister and I were the only ones in the lobby so wait time for our drinks was less than 5 minutes. The seating ear was clean and cute. They even had an outdoor patio but not sure if that was part of the cafe or the hotel. Our barista Kiki was sweet and efficient. Had a great experience at this Tom N Toms. It's the perfect study/work café - there's a nice parking lot and lots of seating and outlets. It's pretty quiet inside as well. First time at Tom N Toms Coffee and I have to say it is one of the more welcoming cafes in Los Angeles. Most cafes seem to greet guests at a fast pace and disregard genuine interaction. I am an OC native and happen to stop by this cafe and was immediately welcomed. When ordering they recommended an horchata iced coffee and described the taste of the coffee which helped me a lot considering how picky I am with coffee. Great place to study and complete work, I personally probably over stayed, 3 hours, but the atmosphere was so calming time passed by so quick when I completed all my work. I've always loved the Tom n Tom's establishments, however, this location surpasses my previous experiences at Tom n Tom's! This location is new, beautiful and hidden away inside the Ramada hotel. The vibe this place brings to downtown Los Angeles is like no other. It's so peaceful here, I almost forgot I was in LA! The coffee is delicious, the bakery menu is amazing and not too complicated, and the owner and his staff are so hospitable. Vicky works up front most days and is so friendly and always so helpful and fun! Juan the owner, showed us around, shared some future plans for this location and even hooked us up just because it was our first time! At first, my friend's coffee was a bit sour but not enough to complain about, so we were not going to say anything.
