I let the employee know about the mistake, and while he remade the drinks, both the cashier and the employee handing out the drinks were rude and came across as if they didn't want to be there. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What was disappointing was the poor attitude and lack of customer service. A friendly apology or a positive interaction would have made a big difference. I genuinely enjoy the drinks here, which is why I keep coming back. However, if guests are going to be treated with this kind of attitude, it makes me question whether I want to return. Several tables, a small bar with a few seats, and a large round bench offer a decent amount of seating. I got free parking on the road after 7, but otherwise the neighborhood proves a struggle. They use a very thick matcha cream on top, the matcha drink is rich and not watery; the almond milk didn't overpower; the strawberry puree was delicious with small chunks & tasted fresh, not artificial. It's more of a grab-your-coffee-and-go kind of place, and it does that really well.
