Had a bad experience with Yeoman Auto repair & my nephew recommended Tom Steele. Didn't need half the things done Yeoman said. The price for the work was half the price I had been quoted. They took me right in & finished all the work in 3 hours. Had old parts available to view, if I cared to. Professional, prompt service & a fair price. The mechanics may do good work. I cannot speak for them. So if you need a repair, they may be able to do the job well. However, the owner, TJ Steele skips out on paying his bills if possible. Especially anything to do with services he hired and feels its not necessary to pay for once he receives the services. We did a beautiful website for his business, did paid advertising, and had a team work for Mr. Steele and his company. While in the office he was on the phone with the former company he owed money to, while I was sitting there with him, and telling them he doesnt owe them (Explicative) anything and he has someone that would do it for less. The company previously hired, had a full staff work for him, create his online presence, get people to come to his business and spend money. Because they charged him an agreed monthly amount, he called our company and requested our services. I unknowingly go to this place and just happen to be there while he is on the phone with the other company. He calls his credit card company, has the money paid to that company refunded because he disputed the charges. I didn't know the whole story but he hired us, we did the work, and he refused to pay us also. So he expects his customers to pay him, but he doesn't have to pay his suppliers? He is very shady in my opinion based on my experience. If this is the kind of person you want to deal with, a guy who puts on a clown face to sell something while screwing others over, then go ahead. But remember this... he screwed us over, whos to say he wont do the same to a customer? read more

My daughter took her car in and was treated unkind. She stated that they were rude and did not disclose all information to her prior to her arriving. She is only 18 and this is her first vehicle, I would hope people could show kindness to a young college student but apparently she was not the type of customer they want in their establishment. I will not recommend in the future. read more

I am in town for a sporting event and realized that one of the tires on my enclosed trailer was bald and need to be replaced. I called Tom Steel and explained that I was in town from Alabama and needed my spare tire placed on my trailer. He told me to come on to the shop. Once I got to the shop, Tom Steele Jr. immediately went to the garage and got one of his guys to come out and switch my tires. I stayed with the employee while he was changing the tire and he had me in and out of the shop within 6 minutes. I strongly recommend Tom Steele for all of your tire needs. Great service-ALWAYS! Whether it is purchasing new tires, buying used vehicles, van rental (vacation) or routine oil changes, I have always been completely satisfied! Fair, friendly and local, this family owned business has been helping my family for 4 generations now (my son purchased one of their cars)! They have always told me "what I need" done to my vehicle right away & advised of repairs I could delay for a period of time (due to family budget). Receptionist is rude and disrespectful. I was quoted a price and asked if it included taxes and when I got there they changed the price to $50 more than the quote and when I said that I was quoted less the receptionist basically called me a liar. Will not go back to a place where I am treated so rudely. Don't waste your money there read more

Ran into an issue removing 2 seized front wheel bearings. Removed the knuckle and called, Eric said no problem, bring it in. Brought them in around noon and was done the same day. Excellent service and they went above and beyond installing the new bearings in the knuckles for a reasonable price. Thank You. read more

I hate to say this but I won't be returning to your establishment. The guys are easy to deal with and do solid work. This place isn't trying to screw you. But I am done dealing with your front desk lady. One of the more rude customer service people I deal with. Very condescending and just downright not very nice. Never get a smile.
