She has made exchanging roommates such an ease when both times were hectic for us. She has guided us through the process and answered any questions we had in a very quick manner. She is extremely professional. Whenever we submitted a service request, she has been quick to follow up and have the maintenance crew respond to us in a quick manner no matter the severity of the issue. I am very glad that Dianne is patient with us as we have had a few requests that I felt bad for annoying her with (she never showed any signs of frustration by the way). Her customer service is heavily valued in our household and continues to help us to this day. As for the maintenance crew, they have all been great and amazing. I had an issue with a leaky faucet and asked the gentleman about tips about removing some calcium debris. He recommended a product but ended up taking care of it himself. Waking up early about 6 am expecting maintenance around 8 but doesn't arrive until 10 to 12. They get stuff fixed for tenant but they don't communicate well and they don't really give enough trust when it comes to timing when everyone is busy and has work or more urgent priorities to attend to per day. I missed 3 days of work once (which was huge when paying for rent and had a close call of starvation towards the end of the month especially in an expensive state as California if you don't have a reliable and well paying jobs) because of the false hope. Which needs to be fixed as a pervious tent the chaos causes issues when it's full of miss-communication I'm a previous tenant.

I never expected. When we signed the lease, she sounds like she would like to stay for very long time. I was very mad that I had to move out. They didn't help me anything while I move out. After I moved out the property manager charged for carpet cleaning and cleaning the unit. Every time when I moved out of rental, I never paid for the cleaning. But this placed charged me for not only cleaning the place and charged me for carpet which is normal ware and tear. One particular issue was we had no hot water in the beginning so we took shower with cold water for nearly a month because SBMI Group could not send us someone to fix! The other thing is after leaving the house they charged us an outrageous fee for cleaning and maintenance. The bill was couple of thousand dollars and there were claims that we broke numerous things in the house. But we know by fact that we received the house under terrible conditions and we are not responsible for any of the broken stuff (Which they also know this very well since we told them). These guys only focus on finding an excuse to rob you. That's why they probably changed their name from Inflexus Management to SBMI Group because people started to notice their infamous scam.
