I've become a big fan of this quaint little cafe. I love that it's never crowded. The baristas are friendly and offered excellent recommendations! I love the decor and the ambiance. It would be a great space to get work done. I've been here a few times; the cortado was my favorite and it was amazing!! I enjoyed the cold brew and the biscoff latte too.

Relatively new cafe (less than 1 year of opening). Located between Bucktown and Wicker Park. It's pretty small inside with only a few tables. I got an unsweetened matcha latte. Taste was good and matcha flavor comes through well, surprisingly there was no astringency. My partner got the biscoff cookie butter latte. The flavors were light and subtle, and it wasn't too sweet. It didn't really stand out as anything special. Prices are average as well. Matcha was $6.5 and the biscoff was $7

Blackberry cold brew was delicious! Super smooth cold brew and house made blackberry syrup- I liked how you could still taste the coffee. I HARE whole millk but I tried my friend's brown sugar matcha- too sweet and I hate milk but surprised to still taste some matcha. Will have to come back and get a proper non dairy one. The flavors in the sweet potato cinnamon roll were yummy but I thought it was too dry so I'd skip. Very cute, but small neighborhood coffee shop that I would come back to if I was in the area.

Although smaller than most coffee shops, this place makes up for it in quality. The coffee here is some of the best I've had. The menu is pretty simple but they do offer some unique seasonal drinks. We ordered a plain latte and a Yuzu Espresso Fizz and enjoyed both. We heard the matcha is pretty popular so we'll have to get it next time. Hot tip: get the peach galette!

This coffee shop is a go to for my boyfriend and me! We love getting their lattes and they have really tasty pastries as well. They have a few tables, so it's easier going during an odd hour of the day. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly!

Cute little coffee shop with a few tables in a light filled space, metric coffee drinks with some interesting specials and pretty fantastic looking pastries. Fast and friendly service to boot. The yuzu cold brew was a bit too heavy on the yuzu, but definitely an interesting blend to try. The feta, dill and pepper bun was perfection! I'll need to come back to try their other offerings for sure.

Such a lovely coffee and tea spot! I ordered an iced matcha with their house-made blackberry syrup. It was a little light on the blackberry, but they definitely use a high-quality matcha. Overall one of the better matchas in the area. I also ordered the blueberry matcha scone which was a bit dry but had a good flavor. The baristas are kind and keep everything very clean.

I had their Matcha with cherry syrup and it was good but didn't taste too much like cherry.

Staff was friendly and it's always a nice little luxury to get a coffee not made from home in this economy! I had the vanilla bean latte, half sweet, oat milk And my friend had the koopa troopa, half sweet, oat milk They've had the same menu a long time so it's tried and true and then their seasonal offerings as well! Love this place. Bit of nostalgia for a different time. I remember the cereal bar. Now that I've made myself sound about a million years old it's time to sign off! Go catch up with friends here

I ordered 5 coffees one morning, and all the register guy did was write a few names on some cups and placed it down. I understand tipping culture is a divided topic of discussion, but at the end of the day, it is OPTIONAL. After pressing the skip button from what I believe to be non-tip worthy service, he threw a fit and said "Wow you're serious? After I did all that?" Meanwhile all he did was write names on cups. Now I would understand if he was the barista working hard to pump out the coffees, but two lovely ladies were in the back doing that. He shooed me and my friend out of line as we were still processing what he just said. The next customer orders and he had the audacity to talk about us to them while we're 5 feet away. Delusional as he was, he had the nerve to say we were holding up the line and made him do "all that work", and I could promise you, we knew exactly what we wanted to order the second we got up, and took no longer than 45 seconds. We also witnessed he got into it with another customer, so it seems like he's the problem here. Most wild service I have ever received, all for some milky coffees. I ended up tipping the lovely ladies in the back though. Be warned. There are much better spots.

I don't know what sorcery they are using to bake these scones, but they are not your average dry, flaky pastry. They are moist, gooey, huge, heavy on flavors and ingredients, and always delicious. I'm tempted to ask the owner to start texting me the scone flavors of the day so I never miss my favorites. Top 5 scones: - Peaches and cream - Cherry chocolate - Vanilla chai and/or vanilla rosemary (can't pick) - Lemon ginger - Chocolate caramel pecan Obviously I'm a sweet pastry person, but they also always have a couple of savory options like ham jalapeño cheddar, goat cheese, etc. I had one that was like blackberry habanero one time?? So good and so unique. Thank you, Ritual, for always feeding me scones :)

I took a sip. Yuck! I waited a few minutes, thinking, maybe it wasn't THAT bad, and tried another sip. Yuck! On my way out, I brought my drink back to the counter. It was still warm. I told the guy that the drink was terrible, that it tasted like warmed up Hersheys syrup. He took my drink and said, "Oh I'm sorry about that." I paused a second; he had nothing else to say. He didn't offer to make me a new drink. Didn't offer a pastry. Didn't offer a refund. I'm out $6 and I did not get to enjoy a treat. We're urged to support local, but experiences like this remind me why I like to go to the consistent chain that ALWAYS remakes my drink if there's a problem (which their rarely is), no questions asked. Totally disappointing. Would not go back because my drink was terrible and the customer service didn't exist.
