Larry took a large deposit, refused to sign his own contract afterward (claimed that "wasn't necessary"), never answered our messages and emails about desired plantings/start date over the next several weeks. When we politely tried to firm things up numerous times, rude nasty secretary Susan always said "I can't help you I can only leave messages for Larry and he's very busy"; of course Larry NEVER deigned to reply. Since Larry was nonresponsive we tried contacting his son Matt (also an owner/manager) but he didn't reply either. After weeks of being given the runaround and with fall planting season coming to an end, we finally asked for our deposit back since they didn't do anything. No refund as of now. Huge Ripoff!
