From the start, they took the time to walk through our home and clearly ask about everything we wanted to move so they could mentally map out how to load the truck efficiently. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. We had labeled certain items to go to one level and others to another, and they followed those directions perfectly, with everything ending up exactly where it was supposed to, with no damage and no confusion. Their organization and care were obvious in every box/container they carried and every piece of furniture they placed. My friend was 100% right - I had the best moving experience with them. From the initial inquiry, Arthur was in constant communication with me and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The pricing structure is not only straightforward with no hidden fees, but also extremely fair for the level of service. On moving day, my movers Misha and Alex texted me when they were on the way and showed up right on time with smiles on their faces, ready for the busy day ahead. The building I was moving out of was located in a very busy neighborhood with little street parking, but they were able to find a spot close enough and make it work. The universe also dealt us an unexpected curveball that day: one of my building's elevators was out of service, and it happened to be the elevator closest to my unit (and to where they parked the truck). Because of this, Misha and Alex had to use the elevators located on the far side of the massive apartment complex and walk back and forth for each trip. For context, the walk from my unit to their truck took about 7-8 minutes round trip. I imagine that they made this trek over 20 times! Despite this unforeseen inconvenience, the two of them maintained their cheerful demeanors and moved my belongings with great efficiency. I was particularly impressed by the level of care and thoughtfulness they demonstrated when transporting my belongings. I have a lot of bulky/fragile furniture and delicate plants, and not a single belonging was damaged in transit. Additionally, I was initially worried about dirty tracking into my new apartment, especially since my room has carpeted floors. When I informed them of my concern, they immediately offered to take off their shoes and proceeded to do so each time they entered my unit! They even went the extra step by lining my bedroom floor with a cardboard walkway to prevent any dirt from settling onto the carpets. I was truly impressed by these seemingly small gestures, and their level of attentiveness provided me with a sense of reassurance that everything would be taken care of. Overall, I could not be happier with my moving experience. I have a degree in hospitality and ample experience working in customer service, and I having nothing but praise for Misha and Alex. I definitely recommend that you include every single item in the video, because even with the biggest truck that they had, we still had overflow. For reference, we are a family of four, with two little kids in a three bedroom / two bathroom house. The price point was pretty reasonable and they were flexible, given the fact that they are located in Los Angeles, and we wanted them to come up to the Bay Area to help us move down to the Los Angeles area. They called us the day before to confirm all the details. When we realized that the truck was over the weight limit, Yana quickly called us to give us a couple of options. We opted for another truck to meet the first truck, to distribute the weight. It was an extra cost, but reasonable, considering the issue at hand. These guys were efficient and quick. We apparently have a ton of stuff lol. They originally mentioned that it would take 3 to 4 hours to move everything into the truck, but in reality, it took approximately 5-6 hours. They were punctual and even got there five minutes before the agreed-upon time. I wasn't there when they brought in everything, but my husband said that they did an amazing job at putting the boxes where they were supposed to be, based on our labeled boxes. They reassembled everything, no problem. I called 5 to 6 moving companies, and we are happy that we decided to go with this company, given the communication, efficiency, and price point. If you need movers, this is the company to go with.
