Remon clearly explained what he was going to do to fix our drain blockages, provided a fair price, had the tools to do it, and explained the outcome. IF you are looking for a straight talking, no upselling hard working type plumber, who does what they say, and says what they do, Remon is your new plumber. Lots of folks ready to charge and arm and a leg, and take advantage of short term need to inflate the costs, sometimes post facto, not Remon! Even when the actual work was more involved, took more time, he stuck by his number. WE had a stopped drain in our garage laundry area, the laundry tub would not drain, and the washing machine thus could not operate, so this was no small thing to get sorted! It had been a SLOW drain for years, we have lived here 12 years, and it finally said "enough", and could not drain fast enough to let the washing machine run a full cycle! I live in a house built in 1960, with various mods made to drains since by characters of unknown pedigree using methods lost to the dustbin of history, and get to live in this over 65 year old rather random house. Remon was able to get thru blockage, tub is draining faster than I have ever seen and even with that he said it might last a year, the clearance he could achieve was not large, and the union to the sewer line we heavily corroded and would need replacement in the next few years, but he hoped it would last longer, fingers crossed. So I am repaired, educated, and have some clarity on what will be necessary down the road, all for a super fair price.
