I love this place! Better than Melo Melo in SoCal. I always make it a point to come here when I am in the Bay Area. My favorite is mango mochi, but this round I bought black sesame, original and Rosie lychee. Service was quick and ambiance is nice.

I had coming to this dessert spot and it is great. What I like is that it have durian flavor and I don't need to travel san jose traffic to find durian flavor. The price is not bad and it is in milpitas. Thank you

I'm not usually a dessert person, but I really enjoyed the mango coconut pudding! It wasn't overly sweet, and the mango purée was just perfect. Light, creamy, and really refreshing. I honestly wished they had a location in SoCal!

Delicious! If you like coconut, this is a must! My favorite is the mango sticky rice pudding. Not too sweet. The Avocado mango smoothie (less sweet) is definitely high quality. If you're a fan of avocado smoothies in general, this is a must try. The service is quick but be forewarned that the lines can be long depending on when you're here. There's no seating. This is a small corner shop whereas you can just pick up or order real quick to go. This was our first time here and won't be our last.

Went in a warm mid Saturday morning 8/1/26. Was not busy. Went to kiosk to place my order. Ordered: Salty coco crunch - so refreshing and good with actual real coconuts juice and flesh My order came out pretty quick. Did not interact with the staff, but they seem friendly. Will come back again!

This is the best location for all my tong sui needs. Service is fast and seamless can't wait to come back. It's so hard to choose, but I would try the mango mochi next.

Staffs were quick and very accommodating. Coconut Ice Bomb w/ durian was also very good and not too sweet.

Tried the Avocado Bomb at Tong Sui and it was SO good! I wasn't sure what to expect, but the combination of flavors worked so well. It was creamy, refreshing, and not overly sweet. Definitely something different and worth trying if you're a fan of avocado desserts! I'll definitely be back to try more.

At this point, I have tried the following flavors: Taro Purple Yam, Black Sesame, Taro Ube Sago, and Mango Sticky Rice. They are all good in my book, and what I would order depends on what I'm feeling. The service is fast and efficient. And the ambiance is that of a place designed for takeout.

Update- I really appreciate the fact that the store reached out to me regarding this incident and aimed to make it right. They investigated the matter to ensure it doesn't happen again.

One of my favorite boba shops in the Bay Area -- absolutely worth a visit!…read more I've been to quite a few boba shops around the Bay Area, and UMe Tea is definitely one of the places that really stands out to me. This is the kind of place where you have a great experience and genuinely want to come back again. I work out regularly and pay quite a bit of attention to what I eat and drink, so I'm usually pretty careful with sugary drinks. In the past, I often found that boba drinks could be way too sweet or heavy, and after a few sips I would already feel like I'd had enough. What I really appreciate about UMe Tea is that their drinks can be customized, and the flavors themselves are actually very enjoyable without relying entirely on sweetness. For my recent visit, I ordered the Guava Strawberry Sticky Rice Yogurt with 30% sugar, fixed ice, and oat popping boba. It was SO good. The guava and strawberry flavors were fruity and refreshing, while the yogurt gave the drink a smooth and slightly tangy flavor. The sticky rice added a really interesting texture, and the oat popping boba made every sip more fun. What I especially like is that the drink has multiple layers of flavor and texture. It doesn't just taste like sugar. You can actually taste the fruit, yogurt, and toppings separately, and everything works really well together. As someone who works out regularly, I really appreciate having the option to customize the sweetness. 30% sugar was perfect for me, and I never felt like the drink was overly sweet or heavy. I also ordered the Popcorn Chicken / Salt & Pepper Chicken with the Spicy Chili BBQ seasoning. The chicken was crispy on the outside, flavorful, and paired really well with the drink. But honestly, what makes me want to come back isn't just the food and drinks -- the staff at the Milpitas location are fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and genuinely nice. The service felt personal rather than rushed, and the staff made me feel very comfortable. The manager and the employees were especially friendly, and you can tell that they care about the customer experience. That matters a lot to me because I'm the type of customer who will keep coming back to a place when I know I'm going to get both good food and good service. I also really like that UMe Tea has options for people with different preferences. Whether you like sweeter drinks, lighter drinks, fruit-based drinks, yogurt drinks, or different toppings, there are plenty of combinations to try. I'm someone who enjoys working out and eating relatively clean most of the time, but I still want to enjoy a good drink occasionally. UMe Tea is one of the places where I feel like I can do that without having to order something ridiculously sweet just to make it taste good. Overall, this was an excellent experience. Great drinks, unique flavors, customizable sweetness, delicious snacks, and genuinely friendly staff. I will definitely be coming back and trying more drinks from the menu. I'm already thinking about what combination I want to order next time. Highly recommended. If you're in the Milpitas area and looking for a really good boba/yogurt drink, definitely give UMe Tea a try. They absolutely deserve 5 stars!

This shop is super cute, lots of pink everywhere and cute merch for sale. We got the popcorn chicken, Coco Mango, Oreo Cream Brulee Boba Oolong Milk Tea, Lychee Tea and Sticky Rice Black Milk tea. Everything (with the exception of the lychee tea - too sour) we got was soooo good. The popcorn chicken was piping hot and crispy, the drinks were a perfect combination of ingredients. My entire family really enjoyed everything we got. I don't know if they still offer it, but I ordered my drink in this super big "surprise cup". Basically it's like a happy meal, where you lift your actual drink cup to reveal a toy on the bottom of the bigger cup. I got two avocado plushie bag/key chains. So cute! Love this chain, wish they would expand to SoCal. Why is it not a 5 star review? The only downside is that the wait is SUPER LONG! I walked over to the 99 Ranch to pick up a few things, and I came back and my drinks still weren't ready. We waited about 45 min for our order. Boo...
