Good food friendly atmosphere but be prepared to wait on a Sunday morning after church let's out. We had scrambled eggs, home fries and corned beef hash (made fresh) as well as daily special of pancakes with raspberry rhubarb sauce all very tasty especially the pancakes with the sauce and the home fries. Doesn't look like much when driving by, but was the only place open after 11. Walked in and was seated right away. The chief came out and informed us that the rhubarb purée was made fresh this morning and offered a sample. The menu wasn't overwhelming but everything is homemade and fresh. Food was EXCELLENT and fulling. Coffee was good too. The sauce was also soo good had to buy one to take home to the city. Staff was SUPER-friendly and welcoming. Looks like a mom and pops joint. Waitress was not friendly, or welcoming at all. The diner was not busy and yet it took about 45 minutes to be served scrambled eggs and bacon. The scrambled eggs were watered down SO much, they were a pale color. gross and tasteless. The bacon tasted like it was left sitting in grease for a long time. coffee was just ok. We had an awesome brunch here today. I had all the stuff that you want when you go for brunch! we felt a real communal vibe here and it was clear that there were a lot of locals who were regulars at the spa in addition to visitors. Walked into this place in October 2020 for breakfast. The restaurant itself is very "cozy", but it was concerning that every table/booth/counter seat was being used and not properly distanced. The woman working the counter was also not wearing a mask properly while serving food to guests. We asked how long it would be for a table and they said "at least an hour". Given the circumstances of COVID, and what we saw when we walked in, we headed for the exit. I'm sure this place is a great local breakfast spot, but seeing a blatant finessing the rules for indoor dining was somewhat unsettling. read more

Stopped in for breakfast. Been there about three years before. Ordered at 10 am. Food came at 11:15, not lying. It was delicious. But an hour and a quarter for 4 pancakes and eggs is a problem. I considered not writing a review for this place at all. I mean, does it need my five star review? No, as there are plenty of others, but - as a local, I am embarrassed to say that it took me eight years to get in here and have some breakfast, so I figured it deserves my attention. First - don't come in here if you're in a hurry. You might have to wait to sit down, and wait a bit for your food to arrive - if you're the kind of person who can't tolerate that, don't go here. This place is teeny, tiny and adorable. A couple of tables outside, a couple of tables inside - we grabbed the last three seats at the counter. My coffee was refilled three times while we waited. Great coffee, and served in mugs that actually kept the heat in. Two words - HOMEMADE TOAST. Homemade everything really. I went no-frills and ordered two eggs scrambled, bacon, toast, and sausage. Their breakfast sausage is the stuff. They mix it there. Toni and her husband are lovely people and chatted with us before we left. Super affordable, delicious home-cooked food in a homey environment. It felt like 1976 in there and I am digging it. Next visit - I am all over that bread pudding. I saw three being served while I was there and I'm mad at myself for not ordering it. Also - the sausage gravy over biscuits. Totally kicking myself for skipping that as well. We have come to the Finger Lakes five years in a row and struggled to find a good breakfast spot on either trail for years. Somehow this place never popped up on our search until this year. Wow! Down home cooking that's delicious and not pretentious in the least. Everything was so fresh and their homemade jelly is bomb. Prices were incredibly reasonable, especially considering the area. A true locals only place that has been around for 10+ years! Highly recommend for couples or groups of 4- anything larger wont fit in the door of this small establishment. read more

We had omelettes, a side of corn beef hash, home fries and I had to try the French toast- we were not intending on stopping for lunch! This is my favorite breakfast place and I can't say enough good about it. The food is amazing and it's very popular among the locals and those visiting the finger lakes. My girlfriend and I always get the chili cheese omelette, an order of home fries, and blueberry pancakes. Every time I bite into Chuck's omelette I'm reminded of the scene from the Hundred Foot Journey when Hassan makes an omelette for Madame Mallory and she's blown away by the flavor and consistency. Toni's is owned and run by a beautiful couple and they make a lot of things in house such as hot sauce and an amazing juice made from local grapes and berries and they use a lot of local ingredients. Get there early to avoid a wait. They do get busy and sometimes you'll have to wait a little longer and if you do it will be totally worth it. read more

Egg plates are always excellent! We are looking forward to getting back to it as we have not been there since the beginning of this terrible pandemic! If you have time, they have coffee! Dropped in on the 4th of July after packing up at Watkins Glen. The diner is a cute little house that looks like it was converted. There are a few tables outside, counter seating and about 5 booths. We arrived right as a table left and were able to snag it before a few more diners showed up. It was really busy and the one waitress, assuming it was Toni, was running around doing everything from taking orders to serving to bringing coffee. We had about 4 cups of coffee each before our food arrived and we were warned it would take some time. That's fine, it was well worth it. I had the eggs, sausage and homemade toast. My boyfriend had the chili cheese omelet that was like an eggrito with homemade white toast and we split some blueberry pancakes. The sausage was very flavorful, nothing was oily and the toast was so crispy and fluffy. We even got some homemade jellies- grape and apple- that were amazing as well. The pancakes had frozen blueberries but the taste and homemade syrup made up for it. For $20 we were beyond satisfied. I highly recommend if you're in the area! read more

We arrived around 9:15am and the place was packed. We waited a few minutes and got seats at the bar. Our food took 45 minutes to arrive. But....it was worth it! Everything was so delicious.
