I've used Tony a few times and he is QUICK and affordable. The first time he came because our gas stovetop was acting up. He helped us order the parts we needed, explained why it had happened and solved the problem as soon as the parts were aquired. Today I called him because our gas dryer was no longer getting hot. Please don't use this guy, we had him come out and check our washer charged us 65$, told us it was the bearings and referred us to another company who wanted to just sell us a washer rather than fixing it. Dishwasher wasn't cleaning the top rack of dishes, not even rinsing them, only partially cleaning the bottom rack, and was making very loud humming noises when running. Called for an appointment and a window of time was scheduled for the next day. During the appointment, the dishwasher was taken apart. After every piece of plastic and hardware was removed from the entire dishwasher and the pieces at the bottom taken apart. What looked like a round piece of metal with a lot of holes in it was exposed and removed. This piece was caked with food and debris and bits of other food and gross stuff that was pulled off. The surrounding area also had a lot of dirt and food that was pulled out from crevices. Tony said the blockage caused very low water pressure and there wasn't enough water or pressure reaching the dishes to clean them. It was very apparent that Tony was knowledgeable and committed to doing an excellent job. He explained that food and grease build up over time and he recommended periodically running the dishwasher with a cup of white vinegar. The service was excellent. read more

Fee for being here 15 min was $60, Few days later, same issue not working again. Called next day 935am, then at 1145am and 330pm. Left VM each time. Also sent 2 text messages, ZERO responses. Make sure to sort by newest when reading these reviews. Looks like most of the good reviews are over a year old! I should have sorted by newest first and might have saved myself $180. I paid the diagnostic fee ($60) and was told to order a part for him to install ($120). I ordered and received the part but he ghosted me when I tried to set up the install. I wasn't surprised when another repair tech came out (another $50 diagnostic fee) and told me the part I ordered wasn't needed. It was a different part that needed to be replaced. I assume Tony didn't really know how to fix the problem with my appliance and that's why he never responded back to me. All in all he was flaky and wasted my time and money. I do not recommend. Tony really came to the rescue! Our fridge and dryer both started acting up (water hose busted on the fridge and dryer was making hella loud sounds) the same week. I called 3 other appliance repair companies but they weren't available for same day service. His diagnostic price was the lowest which is not always a deciding factor for me but since he had good yelp reviews I went for it. I am a sceptic and always expect some sort of price gouging to go on. He said my sensors worked and it just seems something was blocked by ice. He removed the ice and steamed the unit and got it working in 30 minutes. The rate he charged was reasonable.
