Cesar was thorough and honest and on time. My dryer was purchased in 2007 or 2008 and he still took it apart to confirm its demise. He even checked to confirm most parts could no longer be ordered because Sears has gone out of business. Our older GE fridge was no longer producing cold and when I called Cesar, he literally came 2 days later, first thing in the morning and got to work. He diagnosed the problem, went to get the parts, came back and voila! The fridge is back in action. I asked him if he could take a look at our wine fridge because that was also broken. When I went out to pay him, I asked if he still had time to take a look at the wine fridge. "I already did." was his response. He diagnosed the problem there, will price the part for us because it is a specialty part and then we can make a call on the fix because these tend to be pricey parts. Our LG refrigerator/freezer decides to start failing a few days before Thanksgiving. The freezer no longer freeze our food, even though the refrigerator was able to maintain temperature but we know it was just a matter of time when that fails as well. I am glad that I've found Cesar through word of mouth! First off I've called 3 other places before I found Acc appliance, no other places I've called fixes LG refrigerator. My LG side by side refrigerator was not getting cold and freezing the stuff in the freezer. I was without a refrigerator for 3 weeks until I found Acc appliance! I can't say enough positive things about Cesar. We have a Bertazzoni range that the oven would not stay lit. Cesar was able to quickly diagnose the problem and install a new thermocouple. He also cleaned out the interior of the stove, and educated us on how to keep the gas nozzles free of debris and clean them out ourselves to keep the unit performing optimally. All of this he did for less than half the cost of the other quotes we received from alleged "authorized" repair technicians. I called this company this morning at 8:30am because my 4 year old Kenmore fridge stopped getting cold and the ice in the icebox was melting. Cesar gave me a same day emergency appointment and showed up at 10am. He gave me some insight on how I can save money on the repair which was very valuable to me. He told me to try to see if the compressor which was the part that went bad can be replaced under warranty separately from the out of warranty fridge. I have used Cesar many times and he was very helpful. Albeit a little inappropriate at times by calling me beautiful. However we had an appointment scheduled to repair a dryer. First problem was he said the part for that error code would not be available even though I was able to search for it and find it online from a distributor. But we decided to have him come take a look anyways and be able to show him the site I found it on and move forward from there. When he arrived for the appointment he was told to move his car off of plants and sprinkler system that he parked on and then he just backed out and drove away!! Re: Whirlpool Refrigerator. I called Acc about five minutes after I found out my warranty had expired only three days before. Feeling of late that a black cat had crossed my path, I thought it would almost certainly be an expensive compressor replacement. Cesar showed up early and proceeded to hit it 'out of the park' then capped it off with a long triple. Always expecting the worst, I couldn't have been more pleased. The black cat was gone. I had previously texted Cesar a brief explanation of what was happening: About every three days the bottom of the freezer compartment was icing up like a skating rink. I had to break it up and remove it while the fridge leaked water all over. No sooner than he set foot in the door, he confidently reassured me that he "had it covered," which blew my mind. He then lucidly, with the utmost patience, explained what was happening and what he was going to do. Not once did he mention replacing the compressor, which showed exemplary honesty. He even performance upgraded the factory part to an efficient copper one for improved conductivity, and to ensure against future failure. Cesar then took the extra time to inspect other parts of the refrigerator, proceeded to clean them, and then told me how to do the simple, necessary maintenance. He showed me how to avoid a similar problem in the future. I couldn't have been more pleased. Now the fridge actually purrs like a sweet kitten, audible evidence that it got treated well. Finally, since I am retired, living on a fixed income from the state in the 'money jungle' of modern San Francisco, any such necessary 'bite the bullet' repairs create severe pocketbook anxiety.
