I found George in Yelp. He gave me a quote after I sent him info and photos and he did an excellent job cleaning my wall-to-wall carpet. He was thorough and efficient and reasonably priced. I appreciate that he's easy to communicate with on text and very friendly and knowledgeable in person. I texted him again several months later because my daughter spilled some art supplies on that same carpet and I attempted to clean it myself but it only made it worse. George was fully booked but said that he should come look at it sooner than later or else the stain could set in. He went out of his way to come look at the stain on Saturday at 7p. There was a lot of traffic in my neighborhood at that time so he had to drive around to try to park and then carry his equipment in the house. He was so nice about it all and he cleaned the stain but it didn't fully come out because of the cleaning products I had used had set the stain in. He didn't charge me (and I expected to pay him as he took the time to help me out) and told me that next time just call him before attempting to clean it myself. I had several estimates via Yelp estimates; his was the most straightforward with no up-selling, his messages were concise and not the length of a novel, he didn't hound me with lots of messages and calls, his dry-time with comparable or less than others with no additional price-tag for faster drying. He was courteous and professional from the estimate to walking out the door. He kept me updated throughout the cleaning process, checked in with me whenever he needed something (more hot water, move the couches around, etc). He was also going to mop my hardwood floors afterwards but I was going to do that anyway once he was done, so I declined.
