This salon may have only been open for a couple years, but the stylists have been working their magic for way longer. Cindy has been cutting my brothers hair (who is now a sophomore in high school) since he was an infant. She works well with all ages and so does Tony. Anne is their color specialist and she prices reasonably for her work. Tony salon is great for a trim if you're short on time or a makeover if you're needing something different. Their salon is comparable- if you explain exactly it is what you're looking for, to a high end salon. They also have a sap inside too, just book your appointment! Just had my roots colored and some thin, subtle highlights for Spring. I love it!!! She listens to what I want and talks to me about what will and won't look best for my hair type and coloring. I always feel great when I walk out and get lots of compliments from family & friends. Anne does LOTS of color on all different hair types and she knows what she's doing. You may think this place is cheap. You may think it's another one of those shady $3.99 haircut places just at a higher price. I can't tell you how wrong you are. I haven't had a better haircut in ages. The prices.. they're cheaper than Great Clips and TGF but a million dollars better. Cindy is my new go to for haircut! I moved up during harvey and had not had my hair cut since before moving up. I called and made an appointment . Cindy was my person at first I wanted Ann since most reviews name her . I am grateful to CINDY . I went with a few pictures and told her I wanted to donate my hair. We agreed on a length to donate & then she went to town with my hair ! She could not have done a better job . I LOVE iT !! Anne has been doing my hair for ten years and I've known Tony for as long. They are both such amazing stylists that when they opened their new shop in the Cypress area, I decided to brave the drive out there...from the Katy/Richmond area. In ten years, there has not been one cut or color that I have disliked, and the prices are even better. It doesn't get much cheaper and their work is still top quality. The new salon is very nice and they've added an esthetician for waxing, makeup, facials, etc. Not sure you can beat a $35 facial. I got my first wee highlights done here ! For the longest, I kept my natural hair and I wanted some change ! First of all, I respect Anne's honesty she had noticed that my haircut I got at tgf was extremely blobby looking so she gave it some touch ups and added more body, she then gave me what she calls "peek-a-boo" highlights which I loved when I saw them with wet hair. Then she taught me a few tricks about styling my hair and when she was done I fell in love with my hair, it looked so soft ! My highlights weren't harsh at all! I love love love it ! I wish I could do it all over and over again because the service was great ! They even have me a massage when they washed my hair I loved it !!! read more

She was very professional in how she colored and took care of my hair and was very very knowledgeable not only about hair but about hair care in general. Awful, never again. I asked for layers and I got a long bob. When I asked for more layers, she told me my hair was too long for layers. It wasn't until I was leaving and she realized I was unhappy (her tip was in jeopardy) that she offered to put in more layers. Never again. I'd avoid this place if I were you. read more

I had an appointment with Tim for layers and a balyage and all I can say that he was awesome and super energetic! During our consultation, it was obvious that he was experienced with all things balyage and hair, especially straight Asian hair such as my own. He advised me against bleaching my hair too much so that my hair wouldn't get damaged in the process. In the end, I love my hair! It's natural looking yet something different from my usual dark hair. Tim worked super quick and kept me entertained the whole time, giving me tips and tricks about my hair while it was being colored, washed, dried, and cut. He was very adamant about me being happy with my hair before I left the salon and told me to come back if I wasn't. I'll probably come again to Tony's salon! read more

Anne is amazing. Not only has she saved my hair (which was an abysmal mess before I found her), which is great, but she made the biggest difference in my 14 year old daughter. She goes out of her way to make sure that you are not only comfortable with her and her abilities, but truly makes your satisfaction her top priority. I have not seen my daughter smile near as brightly as she did after leaving as I did that night. In terms of price, she cannot be beat. Extremely long overdue review! Went here back in August when I was in town and I cannot stress enough how beautiful Anne transformed my hair! She was able to get me from a dark blackish brown hair to a beautiful light brown/blonde balayage! Something other hair stylist were not willing to do and wanted to charge me over $500! Anne is AMAZING!! She knows what she is doing and will get you to the color you want without damaging your hair and for an extremely reasonable price! Love love love her! We used Yelp to discover this wonderful place on our way back from Houston to San Antonio on a Sunday afternoon...it wa a little ways off the interstate to get to the shop but was WELL WORTH IT!! Haircut received was Awesome & Very Reasonable!! Had bought a hair care product and while reaching for a business card, I accidently left the product on the counter...of course they did not have my phone number to tell me once they discovered this..I called the next day and Tony (the owner) offered to mail it directly to my daughter's college dorm. She has received it and he won't accept any reimbursement for shipping even though it was clearly my mistake!
