We happened to Come at an odd time. 2:30 on a Friday which worked out perfect considering I heard them on the phone say they are often booked ahead for multiple hours. The cheese wontons and the potstickers were great, but the true masterpiece is the peppered sliced steak. We enjoyed it on the green curry but they offer as an option on many of their dishes. This restaurant is attached to what is clearly a dying mall, and that may be part of the issue they're having in terms of retaining staff and maintaining foot traffic. The staff I interacted with were generally friendly, but also quite busy and trying to keep up with the various tables. The seating options were a little uncomfortable, but serviceable overall. Given the volume of business they were having at the time this wasn't a huge deal. The food was a mixed bag. The chips were decent but a little greasy. My chicken was well prepared and had a delicious cheese sauce on it. The rice and beans were quite regrettable unfortunately. The beans were overcooked and too pasty, the rice had no real flavor to it. It really is a shame, I was looking forward to trying this place.

We were able to sit down immediately and got service quickly. The space as a whole is very cute and I loved sitting near the big window in the front. I got the gyro skillet with scrambled eggs with mushrooms added with rye toast. At our servers request I also got a side of tzatziki, which was an amazing call. Everything was delicious and flavorful and came out very hot. I also appreciate that they didn't skimp on feta because in my experience, so many places do! I would totally eat here again and would recommend for yummy diner food in Saginaw!

We both literally dug into our entire meals and said there are no lentils. We both took maybe one bite of our meal. The guy said the lentils are really small. I'm sorry..so small I need to bring out a magnifying glass? There are no lentils in the bowl. I told him calmly but firmly we are sitting here and digging in our bowls and there are no lentils. He told me calmy and firmly the lentils are there in the middle. Theyre not. I then asked to speak to a manager but the guy just laughed at us and insisted they are in there and he will give us more next time. I dont appreciate being laughed at. I have a full bowl of food that I have a photo of and will post here. If yall can find the lentils let me know. He then told us to come back and he'll give us a scoop of lentils and im like are you joking!? We are exhausted after a long day and we aren't leaving the house again. At this point I just got mad. When it was clear we weren't getting anywhere with the guy laughing at us on the phone I disconnected. I don't make it a point to call and complain to businesses (i can count maybe like...two other times i have done this in my 30 some years of life) but surely there was a better way to deal with a dissatisfied customer.
