After the procedure, he continued to complain that the tooth hurt. When we returned for a follow-up visit, my son became upset and cried because he was scared and still in pain. Instead of working with us to determine why he was hurting, we were essentially told to seek care elsewhere. We later took him to another pediatric dentist, who diagnosed an abscess at the root of the very same tooth that had been treated and crowned at this office. It has been heartbreaking to learn that our young child has been dealing with an infection after already going through such an extensive procedure. He has endured unnecessary pain, discomfort, and additional dental visits because his symptoms persisted. We understand that treating young children can be challenging, but compassion, patience, and thorough follow-up care are essential. As parents, we trusted this office not only to perform the procedure but also to address any complications afterward. Instead, we felt our concerns were dismissed when our son was clearly still in pain. I hope this feedback encourages the practice to take children's post-treatment complaints more seriously and to provide families with the follow-up care and support they deserve.

It really made me emotional the level of care, patience, and explanation they all gave my kiddo when they could see she was hesitant. Dr. Torres and her staff are wonderful and you can tell they truly care and love what they do. I appreciate the front staff for being so welcoming and working with kids school schedules when making their next appointment. With my other kiddo they remembered his injury from last time, Dr. Torres took time to reassess and ensure everything was looking great. I'm so glad we found this office. Thank you again!

I was called and told by the receptionist that my kids were due for their checkup. I should have checked my calendar cause it didn't seem like it had been 6 months already, so I asked if it had, and she said yes, they were on the list. I asked her to see if there was availability for both of my kids at the same time. She gave me a date of 2 days later, first thing in the morning. We arrived with 4 other families, all there for the same time slot when there's only 2 doctors. I waited 20 minutes and noticed the 2 front office people looking at some information and going back and forth, then they called me up. I was told they made a mistake and it was too early for my kids' checkups. They weren't due for another month. We have to drive about 25 minutes to get to Kids World Pediatric Dentistry. It was a weekday morning; I'm missing meetings, my kids were missing testing, all to take a long drive and be told they weren't going to be seen because they didn't do their do diligence and check insurance information prior to appointments. She gave me a very ungenuine apology. Needless to say, I was very frustrated. I calmly but sternly let her know we wouldn't be retuning. Dr. Torres and the office manager should review their front of the office processes and training. Also, take into consideration other people's schedules. Maybe not set up 5 appointments all at the same time slot, just to keep 3 of those waiting unnecessarily.

I cannot say enough about this place I had been going here for years and decided to try a new place…read morewho wanted to sedate my child six different times for 6 cavities that I was told my child does not have at this place thank God I did not let them torture my daughter at the other place. GREAT STAFF ALL but a special thanks to I know I'm probably spelling this wrong but she told my daughter it was okay to call her this Helos (OLAF) SHES AMAZING. Explained everything to my nine-year-old to the point where she understood and was not nervous at all took extra time with her she even got a popsicle at the end no bad experiences from this dentist at all which is a plus when it comes to a child.THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!See you next time.

No parent should be comfortable using this dentist's office. My son went in to extract a baby tooth…read moreand the dentist on call said that he would make an appointment to seal my child's teeth and put him UNDER anesthesia in two weeks to extract the small tooth which is NOT attached to any root. He said he was going to gas my son and put him under, because pulling the baby tooth would be too traumatic for my son. He said this in front of my very sensitive son and my wife. I am a middle school teacher, with training in childhood trauma and I have worked with CPS and as a trauma team liason and this doctor had the audacity to imply that my wife and myself were trying to traumatize our child, in front of our child. Worse, to try and guilt us as parents into allowing A TRAUMATIC AND UNNECESSARY PROCEDURE ON OUR INNOCENT CHILD, so they could justify billing us more. I wonder how many childhood psychology degrees are on the walls in this office? The LAST thing you do is tell a child that they are traumatized if you are unqualified to do so. Certainly though, the staff lacks manners and common decency. If you want to scar your children and have your basic parenting questioned so that these people can use your child like a walking dollar sign, please, take your child here. IF, however, you care about the healthy and wholesome development of your child NEVER take your child here. They clearly do not care about you OR your kids.

Had the WORST experience with Dr. Dimick. I've never been so disrespected by a so-called…read moreprofessional. I had called to establish dental care for my daughter in April (this month) and notified them on the phone call that I could see a developing cavity in my daughter's mouth. I specifically asked if they could treat cavities in office for her (knowing she's a toddler based on her birthdate) and they said they would need to do an evaluation and would do treatment a different day. They NEVER told ME DIRECTLY that they can't handle sedation treatments for toddlers. We proceeded to come in and evaluate the cavity only to be told they can't treat cavities in office for toddlers. And it wasnt in a polite "oh I'm sorry you were misinformed" or "I'm sorry there was a misunderstanding." No. Instead, Dr. Dimick rudely interrupted me, held her hand up, and told me she would read through transcripts that would show I was told. Lo and behold, the transcripts never show them telling me. Supposedly 5 months prior (December of 2025) when my husband was calling dentists to find a dentist for our kids, he was told. I was not told. And 5 months later when I'm calling to establish care and I'm specifically telling them there's a cavity, why would they not "reiterate" such vital information?! I would NEVER have wasted time and money there if they would've been transparent and upfront with me, and confided they that are unable to treat cavities in toddlers. What is the point of a pediatric dentist who can't treat?? And more so, a dentist who so rudely claims to have told me things they did not. Absolute insanity and a waste of time. A scam of a dentist as I've found to be common in this area...Take money from you and claim they "evaluated" but doesn't have the ability to treat. It's laughable if I weren't having to pay out of pocket for wasted appointment and X-rays.
