It was okay, but I've liked other bagels more. My husband ordered the Nachos Maximus, (his usual) but unfortunately the sandwich was incorrect and came with an egg on top. He has an egg allergy, so he had to drive back (15 minutes each way) to get a replacement. The team remade it right away, but unfortunately there was no apology or apparent care for the mistake. Unfortunately, his bagel just ok and not as good as it has been in the past. I think the owner just adds the magic touch-a sprinkle of love! Overall, it was a disappointing visit compared to our past experiences--noticeably, the owner wasn't there this time. That said, we still highly recommend Sully's. Everyone has off days, and we'll continue to support them. Keeping my 5-star rating because this place truly deserves it.

But the inconsistency and lack of logic is upsetting. After all, the #14 is a Burrito where you have the option of bacon OR sausage, so.... In any case, this logic was too difficult, and the lady at the drive-thru proceeded to argue with me, even telling me that, "if you were a regular here, like you are at the other Sonic, then maybe we would do it as a substitution." Sonic needs to fix this, and make it an option, as not everyone likes sausage. Additionally, this store needs retraining and a new attitude!

For real,,, Great food that is both hot from being cooked when ordered and SUPER FAST delivery!!! Priced very well (the lunch items and cost are very worth the money). The only thing I will say that is a real pain-in-the-neck, is that an older lady will SOMETIMES answer the phone and wants you to state one's address and phone number all over again and I've called them at least twice a week for years and it happens about 25% of the time. When she does not "try and help", the computer phone system works and listed all the info I'm having to say to this person over and over again. They should upgrade make more money - what an idea!!!! read more
