Ok, so let me start by saying that this is an ideal location. Very spacious indoor and outdoor. Very pricy, be sure to sign up for their loyalty program to receive a free coffee--a good selection of food and pastries. Bear claw is 1/4 the size of Panera Bread's nail, but I get it small business USA. I like the coffee. Now we get to my pain point. This is a great place to study if they would turn on the wifi. It seems that whenever I get there, I have to ask for them to turn a tiny round little wifi router. It's almost an angst that when I get there, the Top Cup Guest won't be broadcasting. I will still give them a five, but I am sure they can do better with a more reliable router. read more

New coffee shop opened near my house and I decided to check it out. The first time I went, the line was kind of long, so it took a while to get through the drive thru, but the drinks I got (Snickerdoodle latte and cafe latte) were pretty good. This most recent time I went, there were barely any people waiting in the drive thru, but it took almost 20 minutes to order and get two drinks (a small vanilla chai latte and small vanilla creme cold brew). When I finally got my drinks, what was supposed to be a vanilla cold brew was a black iced coffee. I asked to confirm that this was a vanilla cold brew, and the barista went back and took my drink and put half&half in the drink. I dared to take a sip and had no vanilla flavor whatsoever. Needless to say, if the vanilla chai wasn't good, I would give this place 1 star. Will think twice about giving this place another chance!! read more

Drinks are good, but their drive through is the slowest. On a good day it takes 10-15 minutes to get through, with only one car in front of you. I also can't say I'm a fan of the constant requests to leave tips. Not going to leave tips when you ask for them especially when it takes 10 minutes to get me my drink. I love Top Cup! It is my go to coffee shop. I love the pizzanini and the watermelon Italian soda. A girl named Arionne took my order early in the morning and had a smile on her face. She was really kind and initiated a conversation. I'm a regular and she knows my name and says "Hey!" Whenever she sees me! Also the ambiance here is beautiful! Absolutely in love with this local mom & pop shop. The menu constantly has new specials which is always a nice surprise. The iced soy chai tea latte is my all time favorite. Right now the white coffee infused with their house-made cereal milk is hitting the spot. It's a surprise combo that creates a really delightful drink. They have a covered patio with really great misters & fun mural to snap a photo in front of. The staff! They are all so nice and friendly. Also very helpful & accommodating as we brought a puppy and wanted the misters on to help keep her comfortable & they immediately came out and tuned them on & pet our puppy. It's also really nice to see the same employees every time, you make a connection & feel like they enjoy their work environment which feels good. The manager was there, making the new summer menu drinks to photograph & was gifting them to our group when she was done. That was so nice and gave us a chance to try some new specials, which we promptly went back the next day to order. Great find! A friend had found this place on Instagram so we met there for a working coffee date. I got an Americano with oat milk which was good, and a breakfast burrito (+ braised beef) which was delish! It was a lot of food and good coffee for a reasonable price. I did ask for egg whites in the burrito, but they said they weren't able to do just egg whites on anything. They also have cute little gift options and pastries -- the banana bread which I got toward the end of our visit was just fine, nothing stellar. It's great to finally have a local coffee house that isn't one of the major chains. The comfortable atmosphere when you walk through the door makes you feel like you're sitting in your own living room drinking a steamy cup of Joe...Except that they have more options available and you don't have to make it yourself. They are very reasonably priced although I think that they could expand the menu a little more. Visiting family here. I love good coffee and am a self proclaimed snob. I was so surprised to find one of the better coffee shops I've had in my travels! The espresso is so flavorful and aromatic. They do a great job with their iced lattes. You don't just get milk and coffee, it's actually more concentrated. They also open early which is a plus. We tried Black Rock down the road and it was not nearly as good. read more

very bad customer service skills. will get defensive if you let them know they made the wrong coffee. they will get upset for asking for additional things at the window. they will then argue the coffee is correct, even though she clearly said the wrong coffee and then proceeds to say i am not making you another coffee. that is not how you treat customers. no customer is going to be happy after you read the wrong drink then proceed to tell them its correct. will be letting friends and family know about the coffee shop so they don't have to encounter entitled people that think they get to tell a customer how they want there food or drinks. read more

Came here after reading the reviews. Very pretty spot inside and out. The service was just OK and they were out of almost every pastry. We did order the blueberry and chocolate chip muffins which came out both frozen, not edible. Coffee was good. Wouldn't come back though. So many other great spots jn this area. read more

I have gone here now three times for their iced vanilla chai lattes (order it with oat milk). They are so good! The best chai I've had. However, I am taking one star away because their plain black iced tea is not very good and they only offer sweetened flavoring, or at least that's what I understood when trying to order a mango black iced tea. I hope they will consider making a non-sweetened iced tea or even offering a better black iced tea. There is an unappealing flavor to it. Definitely check this place out! read more
