Upon arriving, I learned my stylist didn't speak English, so her manager translated my requests: shoulder length and follow the previous cut. I even showed them a photo of what I wanted. The manager repeated everything to me to confirm. By mid-cut, I noticed the stylist was recutting the same sections over and over! I told her my hair was looking very short.
