Nathan and company were very knowledgeable about their products - which sometimes is not the case when you ask a sales rep. about the different levels of equipment. They are also willing to negotiate, but that's up to you so make sure to do your research on competitor (including online) pricing. I settled on the M2 and opted to have the unit delivered because it weighs a ton and that service was very timely and prompt. No cable guy experience of having to wait between the hours of 10 am to 7 pm, for example. Now putting together the entire unit involved two guys reading instructions for a what seemed to be a thousand pieces! I was already stressing on how I would dismantle this for a move? One of the installation reps. said that I could call for disassemble/reassemble services, so that must occur frequently. Whew! FYI, these guys worked from let's say 9 am to 12:30 pm - so make sure to provide lunch and tip them accordingly. Overall, I'm Inspired by my M2 to stay reasonably fit. This definitely allows me to keep eating and Yelping. On a side note: After running 12 consecutive Chicago Marathons, I decided to focus more on my eating and drinking (which was subpar at the time) and that's how I became a Yelp elite - which is not easy. read more

Due to COVID-19, I decided to purchase the Spirit XE195 (it just got delivered today). Eric was extremely helpful in answering my questions over the phone. My wife and I had agreed to buy a treadmill.; I went by Precor. Jordan discussed the various options with me, including a floor model that was deeply discounted. I brought my wife back to the store to look at the treadmill; she asked Jordan almost all of the same questions that I had asked him if the morning. He patiently explained everything. We decided to give ourselves a Christmas present that keeps on giving this last year - a home gym! We had an idea of what we wanted and needed and figured we would still keep our membership at the gym for the "big stuff". Create more of an additional "cardio" room. We visited Precor, where we met Nathan and he showed us how we could not only have the cardio equipment we wanted, but also how we could have an entire gym that does EVERYTHING we want to do - AT HOME! I mean everything we wanted! To date, neither of us has needed or wanted to go to the gym and have cancelled our memberships. Nathan is extremely knowledgable and creative on how to put together something that gives you a full body workout and many optional features to stretch (literally) your body and mind! We even upgraded to the AMT (so much more than just an elliptical), I have gotten beyond, incredible results in a very short period of time. It's a stepper, elliptical and running machine - with no adverse impact! We also added the padded floor, which is truly the difference, it not only looks and functions like a gym, it is great for stretching, yoga, you name it and is probably the piece that is most commented about when people look at the space. Truly finishes it and looks custom and complete. It allows us to easily move our equipment around as needed and make use of every inch of the space. Nathan is a great person to work with, he shows you the differences in a clear and concise way and also works with you to make sure you get exactly what you wanted and then some! Stay Away from the Precor 427 Elliptical/Crossramp. We purchased one on 8/6/20. When it was delivered on 8.18, we were left with a non-functioning machine. A mechanic was sent the following day and he had to properly put it together because the delivery men didn't know how to properly install it. The had scratched inner parts up pretty badly so we requested a new machine. On 8.25.20 Our machine was switched out for a new one and we even upgraded our console to make our machine a Precor 447. On 9.4.20 while attempting to use the machine I got the error message that the cross ramp could not be adjusted. I was given another appointment for the 14th. On the 14th the mechanic was unable to fix the machine and ordered new parts (motherboard and console). The mechanic returned to my home on 10.8.20 (more than a month went by without being able to use the machine). He wasn't sure what the problem was, installed the new parts, and still couldn't get the machine to work. He finally figured out that it wasn't properly calibrated. I used it a few times then on 11.14.20 while attempting a workout I received the message that it was unable to adjust the cross ramp AGAIN. I will be reaching out to Top Fitness and the mechanic company AGAIN. So frustrated and disappointed with this machine. UPDATE: We are scheduled for the incline motor to be replaced. P.S. Top Fitness has been communicating with me and has been helpful in trying to get this resolved. read more

I just tried calling Precor to get some information about some equipment purchased in the past from their store. The associate on the phone -- Jerome Lang -- was extremely rude, to the point of hanging up with me. He refused to help me, saying he couldn't answer any questions about past orders without me coming in store and showing my identification. This seems ridiculous to me! He was arrogant and almost abrasive while speaking with me. Based on customer service alone, I would never give this place my business. read more

My old elliptical from Vision Fitness went bad after almost 20 years and since I am a dedicated user I decided to go top end and check out Precor. Jordan was a terrific and knowledgeable sales person. He is a fitness enthusiast and has a degree in physiotherapy and really made sure I knew what I was buying. He spent a lot of time with me going over options and the relative merits of the different machines. If you go here, ask for him or call first to make sure he is working. Precor is really expensive. I'm sure one pays a premium for the name, but I am very happy with the EFX 532 I bought and it will pay for itself over five years. read more

Not only was Nathan very knowledgeable, he ensured that the delivery of our machine arriving in Pensacola would be seamless and that the installation would be executed by a local service company, with whom he'd work with directly. Great experience with these guys. Nathan and Jordan are pros. My situation was a little different as I had already done extensive research and knew what I wanted. I called the store and spoke with Nathan, who was very easy to work with over the phone. I was going to order the rower I wanted online, but he won my business and I purchased from Precore. When I went in to pick up my rower, Nathan was helping other customers, so Jordan helped me load the boxes into my car. Great guys, great selection, very knowledge and a nice pressure-free environment. Excellent customer service and products! I was looking to buy a stationary bike or recumbent bike. I tried going to department stores to try them out thinking I would find one I like and then buy online for best price. The trouble with this plan is that most stores have broken down floor models and poor selection as well as inexperienced sales help. I had bought an Elliptigo bike (love it! ) years ago from a shop down the street and when it needed service, discovered shop had closed and that salesperson Matt H. was now working at Precor down the street. I was relived to find him as he has always provided me with excellent service regarding the bike even out of warranty. Stopped in to see him and discovered all the floor models of bikes/ recumbent bikes. Decided on a recumbent bike, on sale, had it delivered and set up! While there I also tried a new type of rower for full body work out called the Impress Cross Rower. Thought about it all week ( I now had recumbent bike) and then went back to try it again...SOLD! It too is now at my house! I now have 3 great pieces of work out equipment at home. Service and price couldn't be beat ( priced checked all on internet before purchase) and I know Matt H. will be there for me if I should have any issues. 5 stars! p.s.
