I was at the store when it opened this morning and Scott, the manager, could not have been more helpful. He and I searched for the earring for about 20 minutes and he found it! My campus has not yet taken pictures to issue the new ID's. Either give teacher discounts or don't. They could have easily found my name on my schools staff page.
