So I left over view on Facebook and the owners decided to comment so I will leave reviews everywhere now first off. I wanna say that I've been going here for years and I've never had a problem until the last two visits were my dogs hair was uneven, and I was very unsatisfied. I paid $200 for a visit that was very unsatisfactory. Then I paid 150 cause I was like you know that's the first time it happened. I'll go back. They waited until the last minute he could clean my dogs anal glands they tried to say my dog had loose stool when my dogs stool was very normal and as soon as my dog got out of the car, they went to the bathroom and everything was fine. They did not have loose stool the rest of the day, but as soon as they got in my car they had poop squirting out of their butt because they didn't have time to use the bathroom properly. They were there for hours my dog's ponytail was so tighten her hair that I have to cut it out every time she looks Chinese. I'm very unsatisfied with the service and I will not be returning and I would not recommend anybody to ever go there. It's not the same how it used to be. I don't know what happened, but my dog used to be fine at the grooming was fine. Everything was fine but now the last two services that's it. I'm done so please continue on with the lies and trying to defend something when you can't even admit your wrongs talking about my dog loose stools not your problem. My dog didn't have loose stool. My dog was going to the bathroom perfectly fine couldn't wait to go to the bathroom. and then my other dog had crusty eyeballs, and I've never had that problem with you guys before you guys always clean his eyes and then try to justify it when I called to complain and say that you were scared to remove the crust and as soon as I got home, I shaped his eyes and everything is fine so I don't understand how you're trying to justify your shitty service read more

Took my two Siberian huskies here and they SHAVED them. Any dog groomer should know to never shave any part of the body for a husky as it permanently damages their coat. Both dogs had severe damage to their groin area. The person who welcomed me at the drop off asked if I wanted any cut or shave and I said no. If you love your fur babies, do not take them here. One of his nipples was shaved off too, I can't forgive myself for bringing them here. Don't make the same mistake I did. read more

During our first visit we took our two small dogs for grooming and all was fine but on the second visit we noticed our dogs came out a little scared and as if something bad had happened. Well one of my dogs started shivering a lot and we decided to take her to the VET a few days later and the VET stated that our dog had dog bites as if she had been attacked by another dog. As a result my dog had a fever, and dog bites all over her back and had some hives. Never taking my precious doggies to this place. He said he will take him first appointment in the morning but only for a couple of visits because apparently he doesn't work with senior dogs ok. I was a little uncertain about this place after reading reviews but it's so close to my house which is so convenient so I gave it a chance. I called a couple times and couldn't get through so I walked there with my dog and they fit us right in (it was a Tuesday morning so that might make a difference). Before I left, the receptionist told me it would $40 all together (too good to to be true I thought compared to what we pay at other places) but it was the real deal!! They only accept cash right now, so I went to the atm and got $50 so we could tip the groomer accordingly. When I got back to the store I was told it would now be $45 (which I was not mad about, it was only $5 extra) however I was a little upset because that extra $5 couldn't go towards the tip that I intended on leaving and I'm not one to carry cash. The only thing is the first time I was charged $35 now every time I go they tell me $40 and every time I look to see if they raised their prices and he still falls under the small dog category. It's frustrating when I have to explain each time that I'm supposed to be charged $35. read more

I take my dog here as often as needed great staff, great prices and does amazing job with our baby girl! Khloe is a 5 lb cavachon and we consider her a child so we don't expect nothing less than perfect for her! She loves it here! I will post a picture after her next cut. They also just as you ask I didn't like her facial cut with the longer hairs on her about so the next cut they cut it and it was just the right look for her they took a photo to know what is best for her and I don't have to explain every time I go in how I want her!
