Joy did an ok job with my manicure but was harsh with the drill bit, leaving two of my fingers bleeding and my nail beds sore. I asked if the service could be discounted given the pain but was told no. I think if I could book consistently with the same technician, I'd feel more confident coming back.

i got dazzle dry done here. at first they looked good, and on the same day i noticed chipping and…read morethen the next day i noticed a LOT more chipping. i call them and they said that they will re do them. this same proccess happened three times. i now have horrible dazzle dry polish two days after i got them done a third time. and they still chip. they must have thinned out the polish or something because dazzle dry is supposed to last 7-10 days MIN. and ive had it done in other salons and it lasted 10 days with me. unbelievable.

Great service as always. Nice and clean and bright. I went at the end of their day and they were vacuuming which was kind of distracting from the "spa" vibe but not a huge deal for me.
