Horrible, horrible place. My 12 year old came out in tears after they did Gel X today. She hates how her nails came out. No actual manicure was done, her cuticles and nail beds were not cleaned, the shape is not not what she wanted, there are bumps in the polish, the technician did not listen to her and ignored all her comments and pleas. It broke my heart to see her so upset. Never again. We are going to a different place tonight to either fix them or take them off and redo. Please do not go there. read more

Could not print coupon from website. It's needed to get discount. I understand that but told the woman at the desk I couldn't print hoping she'd still honor it. I was ready to pay full price but thought I'd ask first anyway. When I explained I couldn't print she said that's not my problem ". I found this to be soooo rude. I was prepared to pay as I said but that was so offensive I walked out. There are ways to be firm denying something but I thought this was inexcusable. I called for an appointment and arrived on time, but they tried to turn me away because they were "too busy" when I arrived. I explained that I had an appointment (again) and only then did they tell me to wait, which I did for over half an hour after my actual appointment time before I was able to get anything done. The technician rushed through my manicure and left several of my nails misshapen (from filing unevenly or from polish applies way too thick). I also didn't see any cleaning protocols other than them mopping the floor under my feet while they tried to close up despite there being several customers still receiving service. I saw at least two other women arrive with appointments be turned away or made to wait a really long time, purely because they took walk-ins when they shouldn't have because they clearly didn't have room. As the gentleman started to do my Pedicure he was doing great. But after it dries, i noticed my toe nail is slanted instead of straight. Then i went to get my eyebrows done by a lady named Anna. He literally almost broke my thumb, and burnt me with the file 4 times. All my nails are uneven and I can still see my previous anc powder color. I have been there two other times before to have my my nails done and were pleased with the results...However, this time.. I was very disappointed. While my fill in was good, the application of the gel nail polish was horrible. I had my nails done on Sunday( 1/8/22) and by Sunday evening the tips of two of my nails started to peel back.. by Tuesday... four nails (see pictures). Today (Thursday), I finally had time to go back and show the staff the condition of my nails. When I went there today they were accommodating and willing to redo the nails that had peeled however by this evening two of the nails that were redone peeled AGAIN. I have been here before and had a great experience but something has changed here. I had a gel manicure and they brought out the heavy duty power equipment to remove the polish. As These are my own nails, I do not like them using power tools as it thins the bed. They were not happy that it would take a bit more time. It was not clean at all. The tech came around to give me a massage and it was laughable! She kneaded my arm and pounded on my back. I have been to many different salons and this one is not up to par. I have mixed feelings about this place. I think there are some nail technicians who are really good but seem to get all booked up with appointments. Then there's other technicians who aren't very good.... I was a walk-in so I got paired with one of those not-so-good techs. The one lady who did my pedicure seemed very nice but did a crappy job on my toes. Then they switched me over to a guy for my manicure. Very mediocre job. Didn't seem to care. Neither of them pushed back my cuticle or really did a good job filing my nails. They look uneven and the paint job is sloppy. It sucks because it's expensive to get manis/pedis (I don't do it often) and then on top of that you have to tip. I expect better for the amount of money I'm paying read more

Updated previous review. I had been going here for a few months. My nails typically from here last 2 months without falling off which is great but i went back after a week with 3 off!! I had told them it had come off after only a few days and they charged me 15.00, which is almost half of what i paid for a new set (35) after telling the woman at the counter that it had only been less than a week she said something along the lines of if it falls off in 3 days we will fix them but not a week as they only last 2 weeks and i told her mine lasts 2 months. Made us wait 40 mins to get services. Didn't put cuticle oil on our hands and give us lotion. I had to walk to the table get lotion to massage my own hands. Terrible experience. The woman I had cut my hands so badly and it's very unsanitary. The nail tech was gonna let me leaving the nail salon looking like this. They looked dirty and I've gotten this color before and it did not look like this. I told the manager I was not paying for these nails and she wouldn't let me leave without paying she insisted they fixed it. The nail tech I had began to file the anc off and began to cut me again. She was in such a rush since they were closing in 30 minutes. I told her I did not want to touch my nails again that she was hurting me and making my fingers bleed. She began screaming to her other coworkers and I got another nail tech which her name is Vivian. Oh and I forgot to mention that there was anc all over my nails especially underneath my finger tips from the first woman. I don't recommend this salon to anyone. I have been going there for the past few months and have never been happy with the service but today was the last straw and I will never be going back. They are NOT clean, they used recycled aluminum foil papers to take my ANC polish off and now I have some sort of glue all over my fingers that won't come off. They never listen to your comments, for example I always ask them to cut my nails and instead they ignore me and file them down instead, despite my continued requests for them to CUT my nails. Also, if it ever looks slightly busy just walk right back out because they will rush you in and out and leave you with a horrible manicure. I got ANC - most of my nails are crooked and half are rounded when I asked for squared. Just pay the extra ten bucks at another salon and safe yourself the frustration. read more

I got something called ANC which is colored nail powder that last three to four weeks and no drying necessary. I also got a pedicure and waxing. I have been going to top nail for awhile and it is like a guessing game who is going to do a good job at the nail salon. Sometimes they do a good job , but it is rare that happens. I got my nails done two days ago because I get them done every 3 1/2 weeks. This time I got them done two days later and I always get ANC done. My nails were not smooth they were so bumpy and just badly done. I had called them to ask if they could fix my nails and made an appointment for today, but then when I got there since I had decided to change the color of my nails. They charged me the full set again, so I basically paid 60 dollars for once set even though they did a bad job doing my nails the first time. How are you going to fix ANC without taking it off and re-doing it? I would rather travel a farther distance than going to top nail that's closer. I would stay CLEAR of this place. Professionalism goes a long way and there really isn't any here. What can only make matters worse is when, who I believe is the husband of the owner is there. Again another salon with their children in with the customers, but to make matters worse the husband berates the younger one in front of the all the customers, making him cry! Come On! Do that on the side or AT HOME! Not in front of a room full of customers! His attitude comes across like this a great inconvenience doing nails and that I should be grateful for his attention. Maybe instead of strutting around like a peacock, pick up a broom and mop. The place looks worn out, dusty, dark and dirty. They are like a factory here just worrying about turn over and not about connecting with the customer. Again "musical" chairs and the dremel to rush thru the process. No consideration is given to whether or not they're damaging your nail, just get her done!
