The young gal provided me with a warm water bath for my right hand while she buffed my left and vice versa. My natural nails looked a wee bit better afterwards- but honestly though, it wasn't all that. And when she started 'cutting', she barely cut. In fact, what she removed was my extra cuticle skin with the point of her trimmer only. $20 was just way too much money for a "manicure"
