My daughter and I walked in without an appointment and asked how long it would be for two pedicure. The gentleman in the front seat who was doing a manicure on a lady, responded, we can take you both now and sent us to choose our color and walked towards the back where there was a man a a women setting up the spa chairs. My daughter had a female pedicurist and I had the male named Joe. Joe started to file my left foot wile a file board and started to file into my skin. Out of pain a pulled my foot away and said your cutting me!!!! He said, it ok. At that point i've became hesitant and started questioning whether I should leave or stay. Since it was a mother and daughter day I didn't want to ruin it for my daughter so I reluctantly stayed. Then joe picked up the cuticle cutters started to cut around my toe and I notice he was going extremely fast and cut a big chunk of my skin. I yelled in pain as blood was coming out of my toe. Again he responded it's OK it's OK I'm sorry it's OK he got up left came back with a little bottle and with out my permission he squeezed some type of liquid onto my the cut. it burned so bad. I restrained from reacting so I wouldn't scare my daughter. After fours days my cut still hurts ! They still wanted me to pay for his service. I refuse I wasn't going to pay him for an hour of pain. It was clear to me that this place wanted to finish as fast as they could so they can do as many people as they could to make that $$$. The quality of work this man did on my toes was horrible. Receptionist was great but the service from the staff was not good. When we came in we specified what we wanted done. One mani/ pedi regular and one gel manicure. I also specifically told them I have dip powder on my nails currently and they made such a fuss about it. During my manicure the nail tech gave me a such a hard time because I didn't not want to put on acrylic nails. My self and my mom are nurses so we cannot have fake nails. I don't feel it's okay for them to harass us about it. Once the nail tech understood I would not be upgrading to the service she wanted me to have she rushed through my service and was rough. My mom also had an unpleasant experience, the pedicure station was dirty and the towels they had were dingy and ripped up. The tech would not listen to her simple requests Because she didn't have time to execute it. my mom got a simple manicure with no gel, the nail tech had an attitude rushed through her nails and told her it won't last and that she was making a bad choice. My mom has an allergy and that is why she didn't get the gel. but most importantly she can choose the service that suites her , she's paying. Very inconsiderate and money hungry people. They did not treat us well at all it was not a relaxing experience. In all we were still pleasant to the staff and we tipped them even through the job looked completely botched. I came into here yesterday for a fill, they had no customers when I walked in and 2 workers it was 2:30pm. This guy "JOE" sits me down and starts saying negative things about my nails, being extremely rough and treated me like the hugest interference he's had all week (mind you I'm a shy girl & it was my birthday I did nothing to offend him) but I ignore it. When he asks me what I want, I show him a pic and he instantly shuts me down "NO, that's airbrush I can't do" I've had this design before it's actually very easy so I politely tried showing him a video of how it's done saying it's okay if u can't do it but I just wanted to show him there was no paint involved. He then starts arguing with me (I'm not even responding at this point) and raising his voice acting like I'm the stupidest costumer he's ever had to deal with. Then this lady comes from the back very politely saying " oh no it's fine I can do that it's easy" pulls me out of my chair after I got scolded by him and into hers saying "she'll do it, he's just mean" I respect this lady for trying to make things better and she did a decent job at what I wanted but "he's mean" isn't a good excuse for the worst customer service I've ever had at a nail salon. I was absolutely speechless, I should have got up and walked out but I didn't have time to throw a fit. Point is overalls the place is "alright" & the prices are "alright" but this guys needs to b thrown out his chair, do not go to him . This is my favorite nail salon ever, very clean and professional owned by husband and wife, Steven and Nancy. I always make an appointment with Nancy for full face wax, pedicure or French manicure. I got new nails yesterday and just love them, they are smooth and silky, look fabulous and are taking no time at all to adjust to. used to love going to them, but they messed up my nails twice and i made them redo them. they got the shape wrong and they cannot do the natural ombré either. and then when i got home, i saw in natural out side light it already looked like a needed a fill! they're so pricey too. and 2 days later, they're already chipping. i just want them off. had to paint over them in a darker color to even make them look decent. save your money. read more

I left for brentwood as early as I could to avoid the traffic and figured I would wander around a little and get to know the new neighborhood. I still had about 45 minutes until I could meet my mom (she's a high school teacher out there) so I figured I would get a pedicure at the place that's closest to their new house. I was pleasantly surprised with top nails! the salon was very clean, the massage chairs felt great and the pedicure was excellent! They charged $25 for a spa pedi and even did a hot stone massage on your legs! It felt great! We'll definitely be back! read more

Went to this salon for the first time last week to get a full set and pedicure. Staff was nice but did not do a very good job on my nails. I was first sat at Stevens station where he did the acrylic and was then passed to Nancy for paint and pedicure. The design I was going for was executed well by Nancy but she tried to talk me out of getting jewels on my nails. My full set also lasted less than a week, my middle fingernail began lifting after 4 days and came completely off by the fifth day. Gel polish on my toes also began peeling off by the 5th day. I have not been able to go back but don't think I really want to. Spent a total of $75 plus a decent tip for my nails to last 4 days. Waste of money. Very disappointed. I usually always go here to get my eyebrows waxed because the lady there always does great. I went there yesterday and they had a new guy doing them, so i said whatever. He put on the wax and as it was drying tried moving the wax with the stick, pulling my skin which hurt, then instead of the 5 wax rips you have to go through, it took him 9. He then plucked my eyebrows and made both sides bleed. So now i have to find a new place to get my eyebrows done. read more

I had to add this Nail Salon because this is truly one of the best places to go for your nails and pedis. I moved out to Oakley 5 yr ago and went through different places unsatisfied. Im TRULY PICKEY as all get out when it comes to my pedis. Most techs do it sloppy and the thing I really hate is the fact they clip my nails at angles... DUH! This of course leads to ingrowns.. which after a few days hurt like hell .. then its a waste of money. This salon is family owned.. so there can be a wait since there are only 3 that work there. The place was clean. They were fairly nice. But the quality of the work was rushed and sloppy.

First and last time at this salon the girl totally destroyed my nails that I have been working on so long. I don't t like fake nails and she ruined my real nails she chopped them off so bad and the polish is chipping off after only three days and I also have two cuts on my fingers from her emery board because she decided to peel my polish off instead of soaking them and when she peeled them she broke off part of the nails and had to cut them even shorter to even them up. My family and I had been going to this nail salon for a while now. the service has been alright, for the most part. until today, when I decided I will NOT be going there any more. They refused to give me service , because I looked like a "guy" . I never go to a new place and this is exactly why. I called, made an appointment and they were nice. When I got there I was waiting for at least 15 min and when it was finally my turn I realized they did not change the towel that they place under your arms and wipe the dirt from under your nails on from the previous lady. I was already kind of disgusted. Not to mention all the dead flys I saw lying right next to me on the window seal during my 15 min wait. The lady I got was very nice. I don't remember her name. She started working on my nails and was not talking to me at all. She had cut me at least 4 times on EACH hand. Every time she said oops or didn't say anything at all, then put a blue type of liquid on it following with a very uncomfortable burning sensation. I was pissed. At the end I realized the paint job was HORRIBLE it was all around my finger nail. The cuts did heal completely, about the same time I was ready for another fill. So about two to three weeks. Yes they were that bad. No I am not exaggerating. I would not recommend this place for anyone. read more

Probably the worst fill me and my friend have had. They don't have a big selection of shellac. When getting my fill she cut me twice and then put glue on it to stop bleeding. My design of a spider web was horrible. Then my friend asked for her nails to be a little shorter and her lady cut them too short for her liking. My friend also wanted 3 coats of nail polish due to her choice was too shimmery. The lady argued with her and told her to not come back and complain that they would come off. Then the design my friend had she showed her a picture a sugar skull with a flower on the head. The lady wasn't listening at all!! And was so rude. So my friend ended up asking her to remove the flower and not pay for a design she didn't like or want. My fill, with design and shellac was $30! The most I've ever paid. To too it off, they put my friend under the dryer and left us their for more than 20 minutes with no checking to see if the nails were dry or how much she owed. I left my amount owed on my ladies desk and when leaving cause they completely forgot about us ran out after me saying I didn't pay and I did!! I even left a $10 tip which I shouldn't of.
