When I first moved to the area this was my preferred place to go get my nails done. The last few years they have fell off tremendously. The work is mediocre and the selection of Colors is even worse. Almost every color I requested was unavailable, I was not the only one, the customer next to me was having the same issue. Its almost as we should have just started with what was available. rather than choosing a color. The last time I went right before Thanksgiving I was using a gift card my husband got me and I spent under the amounts of the GC by $5. They refused to give me $5 back, and I think CA has a law requiring a business to give cahs back if the amount is less than a certain amount. I already knew before paying i would not be coming back so did not need the $5 in store credit they offered instead. read more

I would have given 1 star but the pedicure was awesome. So 5 for that. Felt good and my toes looked great. Now for the full set with dip polish. Didn't last a week. 36 hours after having done, I'm at my son's wedding when one of the nails (tip & polish) popped right off in 1 piece. I was going to go back in the next day, but work and got busy. Didn't look too bad since neutral. Today, 8 days later the remaining 9 nails are coming lose and came right off. I spent $120 that day to not have my nails last. I will not be going back, except maybe for a pedicure. read more

Walk in- Katie did a great job on my full set Manicure. Powder nude almond shape with glitter on ring finger, she really paid attention to detail and saw how my hands were so chapped and in need of some TLC. She took her time in removing almost all of the dry skin and cuticles. She really pampered me after a long trip. I also had my pedicure done as well with another lady there.. unfortunately I did not get her name.. she did great with cleaning up the toes area.. but i was more concerned about my chapped heels from the cold weather. I wished more of the chapped heels were cleaned up. She did however give me a good foot and leg massage.. my full set cost $70 for hands and $50 for my pedicure. I ask for how long a wait will be and they tell me right away. I then sit for 35 minutes with no update even when asking how long. In addition I get a full set of nails. They take 45 minutes for a full set, and feel rushed. In addition my nails fall of without any pulling 3 days later. read more

My guy soaked and massaged my legs with this beautiful smelling jasmine scrub and cleaned up my cuticles& shaped my nails. Then did the gel polish and design. After he was done painting he put this thick cream on my feet and wrapped both my feet in hot towels. While my feet were wrapped up the tech massaged my calves and ankles. Removed the towels & massaged the feet. THEN I thought it was over, wrong! Hot rock massage on the calves and feet. That concluded the deluxe pedi. I got here at 1pm and finished at 210pm! She cut my nails shorter than I asked, there's a spot of paint missing on my right thumb, she pushed my cuticle's back after laying acrylic causing my nail bed to show faster. Then of all things she made me put my hand in the UV light waaaayyyy too long. The paint started to raise and bubble. $60 for this and never going back. Is to take care of this issues and they don't want to do it? I was really ready to walk out but I have 2 people with me; my mom in law and my daughter who is I'm looking at enjoying of what they are getting into; my moms lady tech that did her feet was great so 5 stars to her ; the lady with long black hair she's good. The reason for the 2 stars is that only once they've already sat you in the pedicure chair do they give you the pedicure menu and it only has one option, a $50 pedicure. When the pedicure was finished, they charged me $55. I asked why not $50 because that's what it says and they said because they removed a callus. They should tell you the price upfront and should ask you first if you'd like to proceed. The massage portion is a good length and the nail polish (not gel) did stay on for a while. Speaking of gel, I'm sure it costs more but they don't have the price for that anywhere either. Will not go back due to lack of transparency and overcharging. read more

Probably the best pedicure I've ever had! So friendly, clean, safe. The tech I had was incredible. She really took time and made sure everything was great. The massage, the foot scrub, everything!! There is a lot of urging to upgrade to a Deluxe Pedicure. That's fine, but I saw the upgrade is a simple packet of scent chosen put into the water. So, they use a little bath salt this and that. Hardly worth $15 more. I could buy the stuff at Dollar Tree. What put me off the most is the lack of using liners in the basin where your feet soak. All nail salons use these liners now. I saw a lady get a pedicure, and leave. The employee gave the basin a rinse, and wiped with a towel. Ok...this is scary. No antiseptic or cleanser used at all to get ready for the next person that comes in? As much as I like my pedicure, massage chair, and work done...I can't come back.
