I asked for something else because after trying a piece of thr crust, I knew the kids couldn't eat that. The chef refused to take it back or replace INSTEAD he gave extra...like seriously if I feel they couldn't eat the first WHY I WOULD I WANT MORE. Overall, likely not to return. I saw two other tables call server over with issue. One of the deconstructed seafood pivot. Expensive and a waste of money. It was 3 towers of French bread with shrimp in a cream sauce. It is thick, rich, and has a well developed roux. In addition to the massive amounts of chicken, it also includes a massive amount of sausage. Luckily for me, it came pre sliced and only the chicken needed to be cut up before eating. The best thing about the gumbo is that it is super reasonable. Don't quote me on prices because my brain doesn't work so good, but I think it was like $9 with tax for gumbo and a water. This is a massive meal for $9!
