This shop and it's dialed in crew come through again! I service all three of my vehicles here and have saved so much on top notch repairs at realistic prices. It starts with a phone call or,walking in. The check in crew is sharp and knowledgeable and upfront pricing . I walked in this time and had purchased a pre-owned Ford truck and wanted it looked over. Mike set me up with their '200 point inspection" which revealed a dead cell in the battery, dirty brake fluid,and a crack in the serpentine belt. Mike was able to have a new battery installed, my brake system flushed and filled,and replaced the serpentine belt. The belt if left undetected to fail, could have lead to more serious repair. Mike was able to get these complete while I waited. While waiting I observed the crew helping others and I was so impressed . Ya got a great shop and teamwork staff . I have been taking my vehicles to Top Performance Automotive for awhile now. Always the services, prices, speediness and customer service has been the best I have ever experienced from automotive shops in the past. These people are honest, will take the time to explain the repairs and never try to sell me unneeded work like most shops. The front counter personal will tell me services I can put off and the ones that safety items and need attention now. This shop is a hidden gem in my opinion. Locally owned and I had never really heard about them, other then one friend highly recommend them. So I used them as a second opinion and price check, and they significantly saved me money for the same repair. I liked that a lot. Most services I feel are very well priced. Occasionally I have felt that it was only price average, but he service and work is always top notch. I like it that they let me know what the issue is and the importance of the issue, and they are willing to let me say yes or no, to the service being done. No pressure. First off I am a elderly single female so I was skeptical about entering this business I have been taken for A ride so to speak at other automotive shops. I was treated like an old friend and not given the runaround. My personal service advisor was Mark and he made me comfortable enough that I took several business cards to hand out to my neighbors and friends. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was not really disappointed or offended in any way, but the guy who "greeted" me could act like he was a little more awake. He wasn't rude, he wasn't mean, but he wasn't overly welcome either. He was just.....blah....the gentleman who helped me "check out" was wonderful. He explained everything very well and was helpful, energetic and informative. I would have rather dealt with him through the whole process. The oil change was very affordable and fast - I was in an out within 30 minutes. I have to say that the service I received was the best! I dropped off my car on a Sunday and received a call only minutes after they opened. They laid out the likely issues I was facing and the tests that they would likely need to perform. The prices were very competitive and they even had a military discount that saved me a few bucks! They had my vehicle finished before I even got off work. I've used Top Performance a few times for minor things for a couple of years. Recently I took my car in for a bumper to bumper inspection. They were honest, helpful and broke down "urgent, soon and someday." I had a lot of work done, and Brennon kept in constant communication through out the entire process - texts and emails. I had a great experience here. I dropped my vehicle off first thing in the morning for a 9:30 a.m. appointment. Before my appointment time had even arrived, I received a phone call saying my vehicle was finished. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Since moving here, I had taken my vehicles to a dealer to be serviced but always felt like the work was subpar (had to take it in several times to get a correct wheel alignment) and overpriced. Had a great experience with our truck! After a bad experience at Les Schwab replacing our rotors, our truck was still making a high pitch noise. Come to find out our rear brakes needed to be replaced. Mike walked us through all the steps and pricing of diagnosing the noise and was quick to let us know what they found. When I have issues that need research they either look for free or give very reasonable diagnostic charges. They never recommend things "just because" but they do figure out what really needs to be taken care of and work with me through it. Top Performance is great for me. I work across the street and they let me drop my cars off for oil changes, and I can walk to work and they let me know within a couple hours when it's finished. They are always friendly when you walk in and let you know what needs to be done for next time or if there were any issues. I had an issue with my tires last time I got mine changed and it turns out I had a leak, so they told me about it and I got it fixed right away before something worse happened! read more

Thought my car was sounding funny so I brought it in half expecting the bad news would be that it needed a new transmission. They had multiple techs drive it and put it on the lift and searched all around. If they'd said I needed a new transmission I would not have been surprised since that was my expectation but nope. The transmission was fine and the intermittent funny noise is still very intermittent. I'll keep an ear on it but an honest mechanic is a good thing. I'll go here again. read more

SAVED US THOUSANDS. My used Honda Civic had a cracked engine block. Thankfully Brennan at Top Performance informed me it was under warranty by Honda (as it happened to several of these cars). We took it to Dick Hanna and got our brand new OEM Honda engine for FREE. I never would have thought to check for recall/warranty. Brennan, I can't thank you enough! I had my Subaru Serpentine belt changed last April at Top Performance. A few days ago, the problem came back. We took the it back and shop fixed it free of charge. That is integrity. The shop also fixed (two times) small problems for my cars in the past free of change.
