    Orange Donut (seasonal)
    Emmie H.

I love top pot doughnuts! I've been coming here for years and am never disappointed. My favorite flavors are the maple bar and raspberry Bismarck. This visit, I got the seasonal orange donut. While not my favorite flavor, I was very pleased with the mild orange flavor -- perfect for summer!

These were brought into my office. I snagged an apple fritter - it was large, nicely glazed and light, with a strong cinnamon and apple taste. Solid apple fritter!

Good variety. The options don't feel limited or overwhelming.

Stopped by yesterday morning for a half dozen doughnuts. It was both fortunate and unfortunate that my anxiety got the better of me and I picked what I know best, chocolate! Unfortunate because I really wanted to try their raspberry raised doughnut but fortunate because the doughnuts I did try were super tasty! Costumer service 10/10 Doughnut freshness 10/10 Doughnut taste 10/10 Price 8/10 - but everything is expensive nowadays 10/10 recommend

Old fashioned doughnuts are my absolute favorite doughnut style, and I'm unnecessarily critical about them, but Top Pot does a great job! Two issues most places have are the texture, and the oil flavors seeping into the doughnut when they fry them. In the three that I tried (glazed pumpkin, maple frosted, and regular glazed), only one (the regular glazed) didn't hit the mark. The other two? Perfect crispiness on the outside, without drying out the inside. Doughnuts that tasted like doughnuts and not like you stuck a straw into the oil bottle! Wonderful glazes that hardened juuuuuuuuuust right so they annoyingly crumble onto whatever lays beneath. The regular glazed was soft and definitely took in a bit too much oil, but the perfection of the others made up for it! The maple bar was delicious, as always! One of the few non-old fashioned doughnuts that I still love! The only knock that this location has is the staff. I know it was quite early when we came, but the shop was dead, and the staff there must not have had their best morning people scheduled that day. That's not to say they weren't nice, but they certainly weren't acting thrilled to see customers when we walked in. To be fair, I hadn't been to Top Pot in like 8 years, so when they reluctantly got up and waited on us, I was definitely that extra annoying customer with too much excitement, and an inability to avoid adding more and more to the order. I apologized for my giddiness, but the stone cold personality of the staff made me feel as awkward as I'm sure I was. Luckily, no one was behind us, or they'd have really been angry. Regardless, if you like old fashioned doughnuts, Top Pot is excellent, and they had so many flavors to choose from, on top of all of their regular doughnuts! So, yeah. If you love sugar comas at 9 AM, this place is worth checking out. Enjoy!

Very offended by the propaganda on display in the form of a flag. Being cashless, and very limited parking also was not good. Doughnuts we're actually nothing special, maybe comparable to what you can find at 7-11.

Eh... It was ok. The donuts weren't as good as I was expecting. The guy behind the counter was clearly reciting a mandatory customer service script when he was asking if we wanted any coffee or beverages, in the most "I couldn't give a crap" tone that I've ever heard. Absolutely no parking near this location so that's pretty inconvenient. I was going to give this place three stars, but then I realized I didn't have a single positive thing to say about this business. Two stars it is. Meh!

NOM!! I'm obsessed with donuts and these were good of course. Fast service. The old fashioned donuts are amazing, and come with multiple flavors of glaze. Coffee was good too! For more food pics follow my food insta @jus_eatin_good

Came in around 2 and pretty slow. All the tables were needing to be cleaned along with the floors. Surprised that everything was so filthy.

Not a good experience. They were out of donuts -which is the only reason to go there - and the bathroom was filthy with no hand towels.

If you haven't been yet, the entire bakery setup is amazing, but their cakes are the absolute crown jewel. Here is what makes this place stand out: Perfectly Balanced Cakes: As you can see from the beautiful mango cake ,their desserts are a work of art. The best part? They use high-quality ingredients and have significantly less sugar than typical American bakeries. It's light, airy, and not overwhelmingly sweet. Excellent Savory Selection: Beyond the sweets, their savory pastries and baked goods are top-tier and always fresh. Great Service & Cozy Atmosphere: The service here is exceptionally welcoming and efficient. While it's a popular spot, they do have a few seats inside if you want to sit down and enjoy your treat on the spot. Whether you're picking up a signature cake box for a birthday or just grabbing a morning pastry, this place completely delivers on quality. Highly recommended!

My friend and I decided to check out Lee's Kitchen when we got off the Overlake Station on the 2 Line, and I kid you not, we waited over an hour for our food. Lee's Kitchen is located in a business strip close to Microsoft, walking distance from the Overlake Station. There are plenty of places to eat around here and you should eat at those places if you're on a lunch break and need to get back to work because Lee's Kitchen is really on their own schedule. No shits given. We visited on a Wednesday afternoon around lunch time and were the only ones dining in for most of the time we were here. Most of the tables had not been cleared, so they must've had a rush of people before we visited. There's a QR code at the table where you can order and pay for your food. I ordered the braised pork belly with rice and shared the rice noodle roll with shrimp and beef with my friend. He ordered the wonton noodle soup, which took over an hour to get. My meal came out first and then eventually the rice noodle roll dish came. And then half an hour later after sitting there, the server comes by and tells my friend they ran out of bamboo noodles, which is what he requested for his dish. Over half an hour later, he received his food. Was it worth the wait? No. Sadly, I can't recommend Lee's Kitchen especially with how many more fantastic Chinese restaurants there are nearby. Service is lackluster with food that does not impress or would have me visit again. Not for me and it shouldn't be for anyone on a schedule.

They have uniquely sourced items that are from Poland, Ukraine, and neighboring countries, as well as familiar items like house made baklava. When I shop there, I mostly concentrate on their dry goods such as sauces in jars, sweets, and easy to cook foods like frozen perogies (dumplings). Amongst the sweets, the Polish Wawel Mieszanka Krakowska chocolate covered jelly candy is a welcome treat. I enjoy wafer treats, so the Roshen wafers from Ukranine is my choice. I haven't had much luck with their produce; I skip them. (FYI: The business uses the Yelp photos to post the latest produce that has arrived, which is perfectly legitimate. But because they don't delete the previous photos, the Yelp photos suggest they may have a bigger produce section than they actually have at a given time. I was confused the first time I stepped in.) The shop is located in a strip mall with plentiful parking. The space is older, which I honestly don't care as long as it is clean. I don't require much service since I only need to pay and go. For me, this store doesn't serve the deli or the produce function in its name. But I do enjoy exploring their different items and choosing something new-to-me to try. That is good enough.

My son graduated and I made reservations here in advance and called to ask about a table for 10, and if they could accommodate us and they said they could. Great! And I separately called about wanting to bring cupcakes and if that was allowed and they were cool with that, so super! It is one of my son's favorite spots so when the evening arrived, we got to the restaurant only to be led to a table that seated 6 in one corner and 4 kitty corner from that table. So...a family gathering had to be split, with 4 of us not even being at the same table as my son-including me. Mom. And in order to be close to him I sat with my back turned from him. Not ideal at all. So I was definitely miffed by this. I approached someone about it-not sure if he's the manager or not but he was very apologetic about it and said that they don't have seating for 10 at one table. But they tried their best by putting us all in the corner together. Not the same thing unfortunately as we could not all celebrate or converse all together. I told him that I had called specifically asking if they could accommodate 10 and I was assured they could but I did not know I had to ask "at the same table?". They should have been forthcoming that it would be at two different tables otherwise I would have made a reservation elsewhere for the celebration. What could I do but just accept his apology? But then, with a party of 10, I would think we would get extra attention but I guess since tip is already included after 5 in a party, they just called it in because I had to ask for more plates, more napkins, spoons, & water because the setting at the table was for 2, and we had 4. No one even asked us if we needed any more broth nor did they ever come to ask if anyone wanted a refill of the AYCE meats. Not that we could eat anymore but no one even offered. And, since everyone had to order the same meat plates, and one person wanted the wagyu, we all had to get wagyu at our table. Doesn't seem fair to me especially when they don't even offer more but I guess that's policy. When my son and I come in by ourselves, they are very attentive and always ask us if we need more of anything. But it was hard to find anyone to come to our table. They never checked on us after they brought the broth and meats the one time. So let me say I was very upset that the tip was included because really, no one served us unless we asked for more things. No one checked on us. Then I had to go and find someone so we could pay our bill. They apologized again for not seating us together but what could I say at that point? I'm not going to make a scene but it ruined a special night when all of the family couldn't sit together. Very disappointed with this visit especially when it's one of our fave places and we frequent it often and spent a good amount of $ that night with 10 people.
