Very disappointing experience because I never leave a review. My appointment was extremely rushed... I was in and out in about 38 minutes total and that has never happened. I will give her 45 minutes to be courteous. I should have said something, my fault. I came in trying to treat myself for Mother's Day as a first-time mom, and I genuinely regret spending my money here. I wish I could get a refund. The results look okay from a distance, but up close the quality is poor. The French tips are uneven and incomplete on multiple nails, with visible gaps where the white doesn't fully connect to the sides. One thumb also looks smudged like it wasn't properly set or finished. For $76, I expected attention to detail and a clean, professional finish not rushed, careless work. I won't be returning.

Andi (chicken) was so sweet. Came in with a set I didnt love from another nail salon and Andi made sure I loved it the entire way through to get the shape right. Recommend this place if you're near the Tualatin area!

I went to get my nails done here for the first time, and unfortunately I did not like the experience at all. First, the service felt extremely rushed. The technician was working very fast and did not take her time, which resulted in my nails being poorly done. Second, she never asked if I liked the shape, length, or final result. She simply did what she wanted without checking with me at any point. Third, when I arrived, I clearly said that I wanted to get my nails done first and then decide whether or not I wanted a pedicure. However, before she even finished my nails, she told the pedicure technician to start preparing, without asking me if I had made a decision. Once she finished, she told me, "Okay, please go with him for the pedicure," instead of asking if I actually wanted one. Overall, the lack of communication and rushed service made this a very uncomfortable experience. I will not be coming back.

I paid $80 with tip for a set of acrylics and the gapping between the acrylic and nails are very bad. I just got them done and this is how they look. Very disappointed especially for the price. I'll be lucky if I don't get an infection

I was a walk in today, and Andy took such good care of me! The place was so clean, smelled amazing, and very well kept. All my requests were met perfectly, the shape of my nails were amazing, and he checked in multiple times through the steps to make sure I was happy. I just may start driving here from my town about 30 min out :-) Many colors to choose from, and I appreciated the fresh air flow in the building too . No stuffy chemically feeling. Andy was also so positive: and fun to chat with, he clearly enjoys his job.

My friend made appointments for us to come get pedicures because we desperately needed to get out for a bit. We chose our packets, polish, and package we wanted. I love massage chairs, so that's always nice and relaxing. My friend talks a lot so the staff that were working on us didn't talk. They were perfectly polite and I just assumed they were fine letting her do all the talking. Lol. It was standard service. We stayed and chatted for a bit while our toes dried and then paid. I saw someone else mention they take cash and have an ATM, but they do take cards these days. It's been weeks and my nails still look fine (I kind of messed them up a bit myself but it wasn't terrible). She said they were more affordable than other nearby places. Overall it was a perfectly nice experience and they were careful and clean. read more

I have been looking for a salon to call my own for a while now. I'm not sure where the fault lies, whether my own expectation or lack of service, but I couldn't find anywhere that when I left I was 100% happy with both my nails and my toes. I took a chance and stopped in, a friendly man greeted me, and proceeded to do a phenomenal job on my nails! I've been back 4 times now, every 2-3 weeks. Andy 'Chicken' is a gem, he does such a good job and truly wants to make sure you have the best experience! The pedicure chairs are comfortable and give a great massage. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly! I highly recommend Top Solar Nails! read more

I have been coming to this location for many years. A lot has changed but I will continue to come back. The management is nice. Making everyone laugh. Having conversations with everyone that walks in. Making sure everyone is pleased and that's not even to start talking about the pedicure. Today I got the therapy pedicure and "chicken" was very kind. Talking to me, making sure everything was the right temperature and remembering me from the last time I was here and he helped me. 50/50 chance of getting good nails. The photo of the thumbnail was taken ONE DAY after paying $65 for a fill. Note the gap between Solar nail and my cuticle. Looks more like 2 weeks after a fill! I chose to not go back again for a fill after 11 days. I usually go three weeks between fills. I feel the nail tech was trying to make fills more frequent. read more

Kim is the best with dip nails that I've found in the area and I've been to various places in Tualatin/Sherwood/Newberg/Wilsonville! My nails always turn out great, she is prompt and efficient for those busy ladies out there! She has many regular clientele and is easy to work with via text message. They do great gel pedicures that will last a long time. Don't skip on getting your nails done here. read more

I was informed that Gavin is no longer here; I just specifically liked going to him bc he took what I requested into account, without trying to persuade me into something easier or whatever. I tried another tech, and I was a disappointed with how an issue I had with my nails was handled; I just know it wouldn't have been an issue if I had been able to go to him... so I prob won't be coming here anymore - bummer! read more

Im not sure where to even start... I have gone to this place over the last decade but haven't been in about two years. I have a trip coming up so I decided to go in for a pedicure. I wanted acrylic extensions on my toes then painted white. This is the same thing I had done the last time I was there. There was only 1 other customer in there and to start I was sat in a manicure chair and I had said "I just want to make sure Im getting a pedicure, like the ones over there (and pointed) and I was told 'yes but I have to do the acrylic here.. Im thinking 'okay....? this is odd. I sat in a pedicure chair for the whole thing last time..' I wanted my toe nails to be trimmed and my cuticles done, ect. but I didnt say anything cause at this point I tried to say something twice, so Im like 'whatever, ill just deal with it.' She finished that and proceeded to start to paint my toes nails... and now im thinking 'what the heck. I wanted to be in the massage chair and have a normal pedicure and painting done' but she was already painting. Now im getting annoyed but I dont show it. I am working on standing up for myself and not to be such a people pleaser.. Toes are done and I finally go over to the pedicure area. I have my feet in the tub and the waters cold but I assume itll warm up. The second lady helping me leaves and when she comes back and I tell her its ice cold. Its halfway filled at this point and instead of draining it, she just put the hot water on by the time the water shut off, the water in the tub was still cold, so I said something. She proceeded to turn the hot water on again for about 30 seconds and turns it off. She asked me if it was OK and I just said "sure." My feet weren't even in there for a minute before she pulled my 1st foot out to scrub and work on. Didn't even let them soak properly so the skin would soften up. I'm just fed up by now. I never treat myself to these things and it has been a horrible experience. When she went to drain the water, she realized how cold it was and apologized. I go to the counter to pay and hand my credit card to the first lady and she asked me if I could use a debit card and pull out cash. I just kind of froze and did what she asked. Everyone knows credit and debit cards are different and I hadn't necessarily plan to spend the cash right now plus my bank charges me $4 for atm fees.. but I pulled it out anyways. I'm sure you're thinking maybe their machine was down but no because the client leaving when I came paid with her debit card. How unprofessional to ask somebody to pull cash out of an ATM. This was the most disappointing experience with nails I have ever had. I still tipped $11 because thats who I am. I brought $18 cash with me for a tip but decided not to give that much based on my experience. Sitting at home in a grumpy mood now. Thanks for reading my rant. read more

I went to them 3 times and had the same lady. I always got dip but was surprised that my dip only lasted for a week at most when I got them done there... The technician also was very stern and seemed constantly annoyed with me. She would shake my arm and tell me to relax, while bending my wrists and fingers in ways they just couldn't go, and seemed very irritated when I gave her feedback on my nails (i.e., telling her that the French tip on the first finger she had done was too thick for my taste - that didn't go over well). I walked out spending too much money for an experience that wasn't great and for nails that wouldn't last. My friend came with me one day and had her cuticles absolutely ripped apart by another technician, which took quite some time to heal. read more

I am really happy with the service provided here. I took my 7 year old daughter for pedicures and most of the time when we've gone places I've received less than good service. This place though - they did so well. They actually still provided my kid with decent care and they were nice to her. I also received a great pedicure. The attention to detail is top notch. The time it took was longer than I am used to, but it makes sense why it took awhile. They took their time and did an amazing job. Anh and Tee were so great. I 100% plan on coming back here. I'm really happy to have found them. read more

She didn't rush through it and took her time to coat each nail perfectly. So pleased with the results and my manicure has lasted 1.5 weeks so far with no chips or scratches. I will definitely return the next time I am in town.

I've been getting my nails done for about 10 years straight. Like anything that is quality, you get what you pay for. My acrylics/solar always last and never stain. My gel polish has always been great.. and I don't get the dip because I've heard it can chip a little easier. I always do recommend Bridgeport Nails and will continue to do so! If you don't want to spend a lot go to a cheaper salon, but don't take it out on a business that has employees to pay, overhead to cover and that offers a great experience for everyone in a clean environment.

Yeah, it's not $20 for a pedicure, it's $45, but again, you get what you pay for. Worth every penny! Randee and Lisa are both great! Their pedicures are relaxing, last a long time, and the entire experience is so much more pleasant than at the other cheap salons. This place is tiny - 2 pedi stations and 2 mani stations, plus a chair for hair. But what they lack in space they more than make up for in quality and personality. Super easy to talk to, it's like going to your friend's house to get your nails done! The products they use are quality, and they don't rush the job, ever. You can book online so it's easy to see who is available when. They are located inside Club Sport, but you don't have to be a member to go there (I'm not), just walk back behind the front desk to the salon and it's all good. One thing I truly appreciate is that the staff has remained the same from day one. There's no turnover to adjust to, which makes a big difference. Because of that consistency, I get reliable, high-quality results at every appointment. They are also extremely punctual. If you take the time to schedule an appointment, they honor it. There's no five- to fifteen-minute wait because they've tried to squeeze someone else in, which I've experienced at other salons. The salon is very clean and well lit, creating a comfortable environment. The staff is pleasant and professional, and they don't carry on loud or distracting conversations with each other while working. They're respectful of each client and make you feel relaxed and valued.

Over the last few years the environment has changed, and the constant upselling has become frustrating. I only come in for pedicures. That has always been clear. I do not want manicures or gel nails. Despite saying no every single visit, the technician who usually works on me continues to push nail services every time I come in. This has been happening for three to four years. The answer has always been no. Yet the pressure continues during every appointment. Because I'm so frustrated with the constant sales pressure, I've even stopped going as often so I don't have to hear them nag about this all the time. During my most recent visit, the technician even told me that my husband would leave me if I did not do my nails. That comment was inappropriate and completely unprofessional. That should give potential clients an idea of how much pressure they apply to get more money. At this point it feels less like customer service and more like constant pressure to spend more money. Pedicures here are already expensive. Long time customers should not feel pushed to add services they clearly do not want. I have been a loyal client for many years and I tip extremely well every visit. Unfortunately the repeated pressure and disrespect for clear boundaries have made the experience unpleasant. They only view me as a money grab. Businesses should listen to their customers. If someone says no, respect the answer. Because of this experience, I will not be returning, never ever again.

First time in my life it was so bad that I didn't even tip and I have no guilt over it. Person #1 came to remove polish from my dip nails. She was nice. No name badge so you don't know their names. Next this feisty madame running the place comes and says we do your toes. Okay!!! But it's someone else. I can tell she's new and has no clue what to do. I sit and put my foot in the bowl. NOOOO you can't do that? What?? They have to put a shower cap in the bowl. What an experience, having your foot in a plastic garbage bag. I'm nervously watching her as they keep coming and telling her what to do. She asks if I want my nails shorter, she clips them and has no clue how to file. At this point I just wanted to leave. As he's painting my toes with her hand shaking she has no idea how to put the light over my toes. As she shoves it against my toes I can feel all the colors scraping off. She had no clue. She only realized it when she went to switch it to the other foot, quickly filed and tried to fill that section with blobs of color. End product is uneven toes with top coat and color spillage. My toes will have to be redone. While toes are being woke d l the salon madame comes and says we do your nails now! Wtf don't I get to enjoy my pedicure! She starts doing my dip manicure, and she dipped maybe in color 2x. The color looks nothing like the rich color I picked. Start to finish less than 30 minutes. All different shapes and lengths and a color that looks like sh!t. No resemblance to the color I picked out. So I threw away 110 dollars and will have to have them redone elsewhere. To put it in perspective at my normal place this is a 2.5 hour job. Lastly, I didn't see any of the tools be sanitized they take out one file from one machine and put it back in this container. Again stay far away from this place it deserves zero stars.

He immediately and excitedly said Britt was THE girl. His enthusiasm made me feel confident in her skills. I was exited and text her for an appointment. She asked me for pics of my hair and inspo pics. I sent my hair now and older cuts had. Also a few inspo/goal pics. Then I text her to confirm the appointment and checked to make sure she felt comfortable with short blended styles. (not a lot of stylists do these days) and then she said that because she's never cut my hair that she couldn't get it "perfect", and immediately cancelled my appointment without another word. It was very strange and rude. I never said she had to cut it "perfect". I said the inspo pic was perfect. So odd. Anyway, guess I dodged a bullet.

I'm so happy I found this place! This is hands down the best nail salon I've ever been to! I tend to be very picky with my nail stylist, so it's been difficult finding a quality salon that I'm satisfied with... Until today! My nail technician, who goes by Chicken, went above and beyond, you will never find this kind of service anywhere else. He was So very nice & I genuinely enjoyed his energy and conversations. He took his time, perfecting every detail while making sure I'm satisfied at each step & even stayed open way later than their normal closing time. Nail technician Kim was very hospitable, offering me a delicious Vietnamese coffee & did a great job with the color on my toes. (They also have a wine selection) I did a Dip manicure & gel pedicure with acrylic extension on my big toes I have damage to my natural big toe nails from previous acrylic work... leaving me insecure to wear open toe shoes (every other salon botched the acrylic toes job lol) See my (embarrassing) before & after they fixed my toe nails They have a variety of services. One being a CBD pedicure with a long massage targeting pain, discomfort, hydration... I can't wait to bring my grandfather here. I heard that they have a tech specialized and specially trained in pain relief (think they said his name is Ming...? Sry if that's wrong lol) Fair prices & Always informed me of the prices of the services I chose and never tried to upsell. Very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere . Besides being happy with how beautiful my nails turned out ... I was relieved to see how clean and sanitary they are!!! All tools are sterilized, and they use disposable sterile tools such as files etc, even the lotions & scrubs used are in disposable sterile containers! I am ridiculously picky when it comes to nail salons. I can honestly say this was the best quality and experience I have ever had! I got exactly what I asked for! He did this custom made shape that makes my fingers look so good and elegant. I asked him to make my nails like milk and he delivered.....Chicken is the absolute best !! The spa was SO clean and relaxing. Everything looks new, it has a classy 'Cheers' vibe. People are coming in and out and everyone knows each other. The employees there are professional and truly happy, i love that ! Lots of laughing and care. I got a pedicure as welllll.... OMG the products they use are such high quality and you can smell the essential oils. Its for sure a luxury pedicure the prices are very afforable! The santitation is top knotch even down to the way they use the products! Kevin did my pedicure.... he is so funny and fashionable and the massage is the picture with the four trays are the individually packaged set up scrubs, creams and products they use... there are like a litte tray of paints. read more

It just keeps getting better and better. After my last visit I waited way too long to get a fill and ended up ripping them all off after four months. Chicken did a great job making sure that they would not break. I am very hard on my hands! Well I went back today because my hands were looking terrible and this time Annie, I think, did my nails and she did a beautiful job! I know she spent extra time with me to make sure that the cuticles were clean and the nails were even. I have one finger on my left hand, my middle finger, that is crooked and I know she worked on it for a while trying to get the nails straight but it's virtually impossible. I didn't realize what he was doing for a while but when I did we both had a good laugh about it. Once again I highly recommend this location! It's worth every penny and I hope everyone is tipping well! Oh yeah! I am extra grateful to her for figuring out a way to give me a little personality with my nails without breaking all of my work restrictions. read more

I've been coming here for 11 years. My daughter and I love the friendly atmosphere. People love to complain in reviews, but I've literally watched people come in not having a clue what they want and then be upset it wasn't what they "imagined". These people are often unpleasant and show up late for their appointments. The employees here are friendly, clean and cater to your wants and wishes. They all seem to do everything they can to make you happy, including changing a color if you don't like the one you asked for. Even after the management change, this little nail shop will be the place I continue to go to. Ignore the rude comments! Every now and then, they may not come out over the top PERFECT... but for Pete's sake... be appreciative for the 9. 9 times out of 10 that they come out AMAZING. This shop really doesn't disappoint. Absolutely the beat nail salon I have ever been to! They are so nice and really pay attention to detail! The first time I went was with my friend, and we got basic pedicures and they were amazing! They actually gave us a really good foot massage, (not just rubbing in the lotion, if you know what I mean) it was very relaxing and did a great job painting our toes. Then the second time we went we got full sets and they did exactly what we asked for and really made went out of there way to make our nails look the way we wanted them to. We didn't feel like we were being rushed out we felt welcomed and encouraged to relax! It is a great place! We love it! If you get your nails done ask for chicken or Lisa! This is, by far, the best place to have you nails done. I've been to several other nearby places and wasn't happy with any of them. I've been a customer for years & totally satisfied with their work. Enjoy the professional work and friendly smiles from the owners, Carol and Ryan. They have great employees but my special one is Hang. She has such a great personality, always happy to see you, and makes you feel comfortable. So relaxing to have your pedicure done in the massaging chairs while sipping on your favorite free beverage. I originally went in for a full set but was suggested for dip. Previously I had a bad experience with dip (at a different nail salon), but was told of the benefits and thought to give it another shot.... And boy was I blown away!! I showed a picture of my daughter's cheer uniform and asked to match the colors (have to support her team!! It's competition week!!) and they were matched perfectly!!! This is the BEST place for QUALITY work that doesn't cost you your first born child! Going anywhere else- especialy when you live in the Wilsonville Tualatin area is just asking to miss out on the best. Kimmy does my shellac every 5 weeks. I am disabled from a stroke and so my left hand curls up. She is very patient and gentle with my disabled hand. Like I said, my gel manicures last 5 weeks usually!!! My left hand is paralyzed so I use the right one more than twice as much as the left and the shellac stays put, even on my right hand! 25 $ plus tip every 5 weeks is very reasonable. I recommend Kimmy to everyone I know and talk them up on Facebook. read more

I can't say enough about Top Solar Nails. Specifically the smaller location on Nyberg. I ALWAYS see Mary there. She is a perfectionist and has never failed to impress me. I have been getting my nails done for 15 years and no one has ever done the quality work that Mary does.
