The lowest fan speed is very quiet and the highest speed can really suck. You can control the fan speed by just waving your hand in front of the hood. It is well built with high quality. The CFMs of the range hood are from 750ish plus. That's 2X or more CFM than the range hoods at your normal big box stores. The range hoods from the big box stores are usually just for style. Apparently this store is the head quarters and I would have to say that the interior of the place definitely looks like a warehouse. They have some models of range hood connected and powered so you can play around and test it. They come in different styles, color, and power but all of them are pretty strong, even the entry level models. Parking is street parking only so it's not many spots. There is no dedicated parking lot. Pricing is on the expensive side, you can get a range hood from a big box store for like 100 dollars, but here it's like 450+. The top of the line models are 650+.

He patiently walked me through every step of the troubleshooting process, explaining everything in simple, easy-to-understand language. I have no experience with electrical appliances whatsoever, but thanks to his clear instructions, I was able to identify the faulty part all by myself. After I called the store back and told Sharon which part had failed, she simply asked me to stop by and pick up the replacement part. The price was very reasonable, and with Daniel's guidance, I installed it myself in just a few minutes. The moment I switched the power back on and my range hood started working again, I couldn't stop smiling. What impressed me even more was that they never charged me a single dollar for all the time they spent helping me troubleshoot the problem. They even told me that if I ran into any issues while replacing the part, I could call them anytime and they would gladly help.
