Excellent service and high standard quality. I bought 3 sets of bathroom glass slice door here. My decoration team unfortunately didn't install them very well. And they lost some parts as well. So later on I realized a lot of discrepancies. Ex: glass door upset down, missing parts... Luckily Sharon (Boss of this firm) introduced me a good craftsman and she gave me the loss parts for free as well. Eventually I got my house glass door as it is as exhibition in the company. I am currently remodeling 3 bathrooms. As you can imagine, it's a lot of work to coordinate but it's been going smoothly for the most part. The worst part of the remodeling has been with the Unikoo back office. Specifically, with the operations manager (Nancy). Long story short, I discovered the Unikoo brand on Wayfair while looking for double sliding shower doors with clear glass and gold fixtures. I'm in a time crunch so I ordered the Unikoo door with "clear glass" on 4/18. On 4/23 I noticed I didn't get a shipping notification so I checked only to see that the order was on back order. Wayfair said they had no idea when it would be shipped but could be by the 25th. I called Unikoo directly to check and to ask about the gold fixtures and glass only to be told that the glass is not really clear as advertised; it has a blue tint which is not what I want, so I canceled the order. I called Unikoo back to order what I want directly but Nancy refused and basically told me I need to buy from Wayfair. When I asked her if Wayfair has the non-tint glass, she just kept saying she doesn't know and I need to go directly to Wayfair. I told her they don't have the opti white glass on the site, but she said the same thing. She was so rude! I was shocked that any company would allow her to manage operations. She cut me off multiple times and lacked even the most basic customer service skills. Eventually, after she practically hung up on me, I called back to speak to her boss and was transferred to Sharon. Let's see if she actually calls me back. Stay tuned! read more
