We went here for a date night and had a blast! We did make a reservation in advance. However, when we showed up they had us on the first floor and we wanted to be on level 2 or 3. We decided to wait until we could get up there, which took about an hour. We had a few drinks at the bar while waiting. They got us in on the 3rd floor and we had such a fun time. All of the servers were very attentive, and the manager came around near the end to make sure we were taken care of and happy with the experience. While it is a little spendy, it was totally worth it for a fun and safe night. The only food we ordered was fries, having read some reviews about the food beforehand. The fries were a small serving but tasty. The drinks were great. I wore heels because I didn't think I would like it or want to play, but after a few practice shots I was hooked. I first saw Topgolf in Orlando Florida when we were there for the big dog show in December. The TopGolf concept is really interesting and it is fun for golfers and non-golfers alike. (I'm a non-golfer now, but my husband still loves the game.) Playing the Golf Game is easy and you'll be in a space that offers playing spot, seating, television for watching sports and easy access to food and beverages. When you reserve the bay, you'll be able to hit as many balls as you care to in your rental time. One thing to consider is ground level versus upper levels. The upper floors have a net on the open side to I'm guessing here, catch you if you fall off the deck. If you are at all challenged by vertigo or heights you may want to be on the lowest floor. Early playing times are more competitively priced if you're looking to save some money while you play. The staff was helpful. Food is standard American fare and was good enough for a sporting venue. There is catering available for groups too. Prices were moderate on most of the food and beverages. Parking was easy when we went, but it was early morning and not busy. There is valet parking available, and in the winter that might be a good plan. read more

Service was good and friendly. Drinks - I suggest going with beer as mixed drinks were pretty weak. Apps were fresh and tasty although priced a bit high for what is received. Flatbreads, wings, chicken fingers were the best. Queso was terrible. Pretzel bites were tough. Injectable donut holes are novel for dessert and the group enjoyed. Everything was awesome! Except for one person at the end who name might be joy. We had 30 seconds left, already payed 200$ and wanted to hit a few more balls. We pulled out 4 at 1 time and my mom was over the red line to talk to the person on the tee. "Joy" comes out and very angrily says "you can't be past the red line, and you can only have 1 ball out at a time". After the person who hit one of the balls she walks over and grabs the remaining 3 balls and as she is throwing them says in a very mean and passive aggressive voice "have a nice rest of your night". I've been in customer service since I began working and this was piss poor and should not be tolerated. Our server was awesome and food was great games were great but that Joy gal ruined the last of our time there because of her rudeness. Why treat people like that? While I have ALWAYS had a GREAT time here, I find it seriously UNPROFESSIONAL to make a "PAYING CUSTOMER " stand in line behind an employee! I went in today to buy a $100.00 gift card. I was told I needed to go to a certain lane. I moved to the assigned lane to find an employee in front of me. I asked if the other (2) OPEN cashiers could help me instead of having to WAIT? They both said, "No. You need to be rung up in the lane I was in." Wow! One employee rolled her eyes at me, even though she was just "standing around as well!" RIDICULOUS rip off. Tried to book my husbands surprise birthday party here for 16-17 adults. Was told that I had to pay $285 PER BAY for 3 hours when online it's $50 an hour. So regular price is $150, yet you want to charge me double PLUS force me to do a food buffet ranging from $27-40 a person? How does that make any sense? I'm guaranteeing 3 bays of adults that will drink and also a huge guarantee of food with the crazy food buffet pricing. Completely insane. Top Golf is an interesting concept....think "Golf for all" it is fun for beginners as well as regular golfers. Beginners can score with some of the closer targets, and big hitters can have fun trying to hit the farthest targets.....and everyone can get a good score! The food and drink list is adventurous, elevated above standard bar fare. Wings, burgers, salads were all very good. I just wish it wasn't so darn expensive.....The more the merrier to split the cost of the lane. For a couple to go, with drinks, could cost over $100 between the lane, food, drink, and time rental. And a reservation is a must during busy times. Also - the service was poor. The servers seemed far more interested in flirting with each other than paying attention. We had to flag our server from across the bays numerous times for drink refills. For the price, they will need to up their game. read more

You don't have to know how to golf to play Topgolf! This is a fun activity for you and company of all different experience levels to hilariously hash out some friendly competition. I've seen great golfers suck at Topgolf and first-timers get lucky and win! Or if you're like me, you suck at both but you still have a great time! The food was surprisingly outstanding. We got the Pretzel Bites (so good we ended up ordering 2 more orders of it) which comes with cheese and mustard dips, the pulled pork sliders (GET THEM), the toasted s'more bites (very good but too sweet for me), and the injectable donut holes - which are tiny fried dough balls with Boston creme, chocolate, or raspberry filling in syringes which are pretty fun to play with and perfect to share! Minus 1 star because their reservation system is a hot mess. Let's say your reservation is at 2:00, the people in your reserved stall that are supposed to be done at 2 can just keep tacking on extra time - there are basically no rules. We got stuck in this situation and had to stand in the hallway and wait 45 minutes to get our table which was a bummer but it was worth the wait. I had my birthday party here and it was nothing short of incredible and amazing! We got there a little early and somehow our server Nate knew that it was my birthday and greeted us warmly and excitedly at the door which got my friends and I really shocked and happy. We were instantly brought to our 2 bay reservation which was sparkling clean. The party was 2 hours long and our drink ordered were executed perfectly, our food orders delivered fast and we were always checked on to make sure we were happy and satisfied. An enjoyable experience even for those who don't golf, Topgolf is a great place to gather with good friends to eat, drink, and just hang out. As such, this place is understandably PACKED during the weekends (we came at 7pm and had a four hour wait). We came back with 8 people, with 6 people allowed to play. No biggie, as the place makes it comfortable to watch as your pals swing with big cozy booths, a huge food and drink menu, multiple tv screens, and adjustable heaters for each bay. We ended up ordering a few pitchers of beer, the charcuterie pretzel board, and the s'mores dessert. The charcuterie pretzel is the absolute perfect dish for sharing and was more than enough for all of us. I loved the combination of fruits, meats, nuts, and the cheese and mustard sauces for the pretzel. The s'mores looked pretty sad when it arrived on the other hand, and weren't anything special. The staff were very friendly, from the greeter at the front door to our server at the bay. There's a lot of other stuff on the menu we'd like to try and the guys enjoyed their golfing experience, so we'll likely be back soon. I'm not a golfer, but this place exceeded my expectations. I came here for a work party on a chilly evening in late-November. A very important boast of Topgolf is that it is open year-round no matter the weather. Even though it truly is an outdoor driving range, the bays where you tee off & hang out are heated by radiating ceiling heater things. It works just great! We were able to relax on their comfy patio couches and hit balls around for hours out there, no jackets, completely impervious to whatever icy temperatures were going on outside the facility. At one point we found it too hot where we were... but we quickly discovered that each bay has its own temperature controls. Maybe driving ranges are always like this, I don't know, but each bay has a bunch of different clubs you can use if you don't bring your own. And balls magically appear near your feet when you activate a thingie. There's a computer there to track stuff... my smaller group didn't use that. We just whacked balls, although sometimes it showed us that we'd hit a ball at or near one of the big targets. it was shockingly busy there for a cold Thursday night. This is because many companies like the one I work at had the same idea about doing work outings at Topgolf. So clearly, group events are a huge part of their whole raison d'etre. The preponderance of so many groups made parking very challenging. Don't expect it to be like parking at Cub Foods; expect it to be like parking at the Renaissance Festival. Valet parking is an option which many in our group took advantage of. But the crew here is very much prepared to handle groups. We had a room of our own next to the bays on the lower level, and although everyone we interacted with was highly professional and personable, everyone particularly loved our dedicated bartender, Ben. He was just so friendly and happy to be helpful. But really, between Ben, the food prep team, our golf coach, and the rest of the staff, we were taken care of with sincere concern. We got a fajita/taco bar and the quality of food was excellent. Very high quality meat, veggies, and rice. I could have done with more salsa options, but I was still satisfied. There were many package options for groups, and we went with one that had a lot of vegetarian options. Those vegetarian dishes were outstanding and very popular with our group, even the non-vegatarians. Our large group all had a great time and I didn't get any negative feedback at all. In particular, the customer service was highly praised by everyone I spoke to in our group. We will DEFINITELY return here. read more

This didn't bother me too much. Our group consisted of avid golfers and first-timers but everyone was having fun! The food was surprisingly good. I love their wings! The staff was really nice and helpful, just a tad slow at getting our bills at the end. However, we did split the bill multiple ways. For the most part, going in a big group makes the hourly fee super affordable and worth it. They also have giant TVS everywhere so we were able to enjoy the football game. I mentioned in my last review that I'd be back, I sure was. This time, we knew better and made reservation for a bay for a Friday night 7 days in advance. However, when we arrived, we couldn't go to our bay right away, even with the reservation which I thought was pretty lame since we had already paid so much for it. Basically, the reservation fee is to secure your time in order to play and puts you at the top of the list for priority. We had to wait about 30 minutes until we were able to head over to our bay. A golf bay seats up to 8 people comfortably. I wouldn't have more people because it can get kind of tight. They really do only allow 8 people though and up to 6 players at a time. The setup is kind of like bowling. There's a key pad and screen where you enter in everyone's name and then you take turns on hitting the golf. Drinks and food were great, although pricey. I was having such a blast that I totally forgot to take pics of them! Our server was James and he was super chill and super nice. Although he messed up our orders a couple of times, he was still great and was always attentive to us when we needed something. It was a busy Friday night so I'm sure he was juggling a lot of orders. He provided us awesome customer service and answered questions that we had about Topgolf. This place is definitely a great spot to hangout with friends and family and playing golf was super fun as well! I think I'm Topgolf's biggest fan. As a beginner golfer, I love practicing my skills with my friends in our own bay! It's a lot less pressure than going to the golfing range plus beginners have just as much luck as doing well! We generally play the typical Topgolf game trying to aim for any of the colored circles. If you're a college student, be sure to check out College Night! It's only $15 for all you can play from 8-11pm with specials on drinks and food. Plus sometimes you might get a T-shirt or sunglasses! I've been to multiple College Nights since it's an awesome bang for your buck. Be sure to get there early since the limited spots fill up fast! Drinks and food are so good here. The beer queso is a serious favorite and I love their Topgolf shareable Golfbag drinks. They even come in a souvenir mug that you can take home! Service can be slow on some days depending on the number of staff and the number of people at the venue. All in all, I'll definitely be coming back all the time even in the winter! read more

I've been anticipating the opening for many months! This place is finally open. It's hard not to love Topgolf! This was my first time at a TG. We were greeted by a woman as soon as we walked through the glass doors. She told us where everything was at and was very friendly. The main level has the area where you reserve your bay. Some bays have couches and some have tables. You are able to choose what show or game at the tv in your bay. There are three levels of bays. Also you have a server to purchase food and drinks from. The menu and food is awesome. Service is on point. We got build your own mimosa bucket and enjoyed the patio. I was told they have djs on certain nights. They also have bags on roof deck patio. The heaters were a nice touch for a fall day. It will be interesting to see what the winter is like here. Pricing for golf is by the hour depending on the time of day. read more

What a great, friendly staff! They gave 100% in the freezing temperatures! Topgolf has some of the nicest people. Even though they were wearing masks, I could tell they were serving me with a smile. They were patient, and they had a playful and uplifting presence about themselves. Our server gave great recommendations about the menu too. We tried the Farmhouse Flatbread, and I thought it was pretty tasty and they had the freshest tomatoes and arugula on top! Our server also recommend spiked coffee and hot chocolate! Dang I love this place and I don't even golf like ever. Came with friends who had been here before so they knew to come early in the day to get on the list. We had to wait about 2 hours so we ran some errands and came back when they text us our spot was ready. We played on the angry birds game that was so fun instead of just doing the driving range experience. This was legit so much fun trying to hit all those pigs in the game with my balls. I suck and golf and let me tell you I had a blast. Spicy bloody mary was a delight, drink sizes are huge my diet coke was like 48 ounces I swear. We got the guac and flatbread to share as a snack and both were good. I liked the little couch area that was heated that was so helpful with the cooler temps and being outside pretty much. A group of my friends and I (5 of us) stopped in on a Thursday at noon for a couple rounds with drinks/lunch. It was PACKED! I couldn't believe how busy it was on a weekday afternoon. But, we got a spot right away. Seemed to be that they took reservations to a certain point and then just walk ins after that. The building is beautiful inside & out! Some of the bays have couches and other have high top tables. It's nice because there are heaters that you can control for your area - so even on chilly days you can enjoy your time there. Food? Drinks? Yes. I had both. Bloody Mary with a Coors light is what I ordered. The Bloody had great flavor but tasted like there was little to no vodka in it. But, I still enjoyed it. It took at least 10 minutes for a server to greet me after I arrived. I saw serving staff walking all over, but no one stopped to greet me. When I did order my drink it took probably 10 more minutes for me to receive it. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich was bomb. But the fries were cold and bland. My friend ordered the steak quesadilla which he said was great! We also all got an order of the pretzel bites which were awesome. They came with some great sauces (cheese & a horseradish sauce) Prices are high for what you get. Love Topgolf! Perfect place for date night, boys night, any night. We had a group of 10 celebrating my best man's birthday. No reservation and no wait (on a Monday night). The heaters do a decent job of keeping the bays warm but still bundle up if it's cold, you're outside. Food wise - the flatbreads are all A1. My personal favorite is the buffalo chicken flatbread. For dessert, we shared the injectable donut holes (order those! You're welcome). Drink wise - the old fashioned's my go to here. If you want drinks to share, the golfbags are good and strong (plus they're cool souvenirs). Shots are pricey, beware. The service at this location was excellent.
