I picked this place to surprise my husband with a Father's Day activity. This was both of our 1st visit. Our boys had been at least twice by now. It's a nice big facility, with plenty of parking, clean premises, plenty of space to still social distance whether mandated or not. We all had so much fun and the food was so good! We were assisted by Jordan and Shae who were pretty awesome. We were up on bay 307, I forgot I'm scared of heights when I requested that high bay. My family enjoyed it, that was all that mattered to me. Please believe I will be down on the 1st or 2nd floor next time! We had a great time and I look forward to returning again sooner than later! Representing 2020 in alphabet series, T is for Topgolf. My company wanted to do something social for our office as we would in any normal year, but wanted to do something safely outside since it was during Covid. In October 2020, we went to a golf course in Columbia not far from our office. One week earlier I wanted to practice swinging a golf club. My friend who lives in Germantown met up with me one day after work. They have cheaper rates during the week. It's beautifully laid out to hit balls, and I got decent practicing my swing and was mostly hitting the ball pretty straight. Topgolf prepared me to be not quite so bad at the golf course during our work event. I visited Topgolf again on a Saturday night in November 2024. My girlfriend & I had an event in Clarksburg area as well as dinner over there. We weren't terribly interested in what they were doing afterward. I could meetup with a different friend than the one in 2020 to hang out, which he was actually game for. We settled on meeting up at Topgolf not for golfing but other stuff they have there. We played pool, fooseball. and had drinks. Bartender was nice, and the drinks were delicious. Pool tables were nice too. I'm glad we came up with this idea to go here. read more

I visited Topgolf recently as a Girl's Night activity with 4 friends and we had a fantastic time! We sat at a lounge area which was so comfortable and spacious. I was impressed with the cleanliness. No crumbs from a previous party were left behind and it felt really luxurious for such a casual activity. I love the screens to make it easy to follow who is swinging next and the graphics to follow where the ball went. My whole group was vegan and we struggled to find food options. The only vegan option on the menu is Guac and chips. We did order that, however, it is not a satisfying dinner. We did see a black bean burger on the menu. I was too nervous to order that as either the patty or the bun could have contained dairy or egg. We did ask our server about it and she said the patty was vegan but did not say if the bun was vegan. I would easily give Topgolf 5 stars if they could add a vegan entree to the menu. I enjoyed my Old Fashioned a lot and it was the perfect cocktail for the event. I would certainly order that again as it had a delicious cherry and orange slice garnish. The bitters were not too strong and it was a very smooth drink. Overall I had a great time, was impressed by the cleanliness of the venue, and enjoyed the service. It was a waste of time. The employees are clueless. They advertised $20/hr on the website until 3pm then it changed to $24 when we got to the front desk. After we wait over 40 minutes for a bay to become available, the kiosk said it would be $60 for one hour. Customer service was not helpful nor did they even seem to care, with the only excuse that they are "too busy and popular" to even do the $20 rate. The manager who later tracked us down as we were leaving was really nice though and the only one who tried to offer any sort of assistance. What a shame, it seems like it would have been a fun experience if they werent so scummy with their dynamic pricing schemes. read more

We come here often as we are platinum members. Staff is always nice, fast and attentive. But today Millie the manager went above and beyond. So currently topgolf is running a promo that if you buy the play more membership, which is less money than the platinum membership and you get a selection of free appetizers when you come. Well to me that made no sense. If you also have a platinum membership you should get that as well so I spoke to her about it and she agreed and gave us a free appetizer and I thought that was so nice because she did not have to do that. That is what customer service is about. We love being members here as yearly golfers. read more

Decent boneless chicken wings with garlic and Parmesan. Mixed drinks are alright as it's lot of sugar which isn't meeting my standards for mixed drinks. Opted for decoy Cabernet Sauvignon. But the price can be very pricey like a glass of wine costs $20 and you could get a bottle for same price out there too. Golfing itself was fun if you enjoy whacking some balls out there and get a bit of confidence. Service was nice and decent. I end up here about twice a year with friends. Sometimes it's a large group for a birthday, and other times is just two - three of us. It's always a great time. It's nice that they have a wide variety of foods, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages. It was frigid outside last night so we got some tea and hot chocolate. The Sonic the hedgehog and angry birds games were fun. More game options would be nice but it's not necessarily an issue. Service is always prompt and friendly. We really enjoy going there any time of year. We've gone with a group of friends or family. We've gone in the spring, summer fall and also winter ! they have fans for when it's super hot or they have the heaters for the winter, you can also watch a variety of games or channels which you can control. The food is also very good for a place like this! The only thing I could complain on is, the service can be a little slow. The food & Drinks might take a while to come out depending on your server. overall we keep on coming back. Two stars because they have all the features of Top Golf. Top Golf is fun for all levels of experience. They make the games so that anyone can win. On the downside, when you are walking into the place, past staff smoking weed, it's not cool. If I were at a night club at midnight I wouldn't have minded. They refused to serve 21+ year olds and decided to kick our group out stating their "ID scanner is not working." Manager came to our bay stating "We're calling it a night guys" and cut the service off 25 minutes into the night. Topgolf should be ashamed of this location. Each ball is chipped with a track device that tells you your ball speed, air time, distance traveled and so forth. You also hit from an elevated platform which means that the ball goes further (great for a little self-confidence boost). We went on a day when it was snowing and freezing. The bays are heated but barely so be prepared to wear layers when you go. The food was decent. I got a wrap which was okay but the tater tots it came with were awesome and perfectly crisped. 8.17.22 This was my first visit at a hitting bay and had so much fun. I came with my colleagues for our office retreat as a team building activity. I started off initially last place, but progressed and at one point was on top of the leaderboard. Sadly it didn't last long. With six players, the time went by very fast. We initially were going to come here a month ago, but that day was really hot so we postponed. Today was the ideal day with perfect weather. They have a fan, which provides relief on a summer day and table with seats at each bay. You can order food and drinks at your bay or dine in the bar/dining area. We had lunch in the dining area before we played and I loved the Asian Sesame boneless wings that our server suggested. It may be among my top favorite of all times. Flavor was delish with just a hint of spiciness and the coating was crispy. I told my husband I would come back just for the wings. Lol. I would definitely come back. Topgolf is cool!! The food and facility makes it head and shoulders above the rest, in terms of family and adult sport entertainment. The bays, which are individual seating areas that come with a small turf, that serve as the area to hit golf balls and start up a group game, is perfect. The bays also come equipped with fans and overhead heaters to help feel comfortable in inclement weather. The bays also have a roof covering, so you have some type of indoor coverage while still being outdoor. There's plenty of parking, and the overall place is clean and spacious. The bathroom near the front main door only have 2-3 stalls (unless Im mistaken), which causes a line to quickly accumulate. Golfer beware!! Also, the service is slooooooooow..like obnoxiously slow. Like make sure you triple check your bill to make sure they don't charge you twice for the same item that was suppose to be served over an hour ago. Also, if you have very small children, any hope of obtaining a high chair will take at least 30 mins. The reservation option (which cost $25) is also kinda wack. They have plenty of bays, and unless you have a huge party and plan to reserve more than one bay, just get on the regular waitlist. Overall, this place was fun!! But don't come hungry, possibly pregame before arrival, and sign up for the waitlist on the Topgolf app or on arrival. Overall, I recommend trying it out! read more

Fun activity to do with friends at a reasonable price! For $78 for 90 minutes for the whole bay ($13 a person for 6 people) it's a pretty good value. The seats are heated and there is a heat lamp above the bay. There are different modes of golf to play so there are options even if your entire group are novices at golf, like ours was. The food is a bit pricey and standard American food. Depending on the time and day you go the wait time can be very long, so make sure to make a reservation ahead of time otherwise you may have to wait 1-2 hours on busy days. read more

Even though it's an hour away from where I live, I'm always coming to Top Golf, specifically this location! Perfect spot for a casual date night, to hang out with a group of friends or coworkers, or celebrate birthdays. I highly recommend to always reserve a bay in advance, even if it does cost money (bay reservation price varies depending on day and time you choose - they tend to be as high as $25 for peak hours). I've always reserved a bay, and it's usually been always ready when I arrive. Each bay accommodates up to 6 players. I prefer the bays with the sofas because they're so much more comfortable than sitting on the high chairs. Games can be a bit pricey as well and are as high as $50 per hour per bay on peak days (Friday-Sunday) during the hours of 5-9PM. On Tuesdays, games are half price so if you want to save money, then you can go then! Food and drinks are decent. Service varies depending on how busy they are, but the servers are usually always walking past the bays so you can always flag them now if you need them. I've been to TopGolf a small handful of times over the last year. It's a great place for fun with the family and with friends. We saw a lot of couples there on date nights as well. It's fun for all ages, including our 5 and 10 year-olds - albeit the 5 y/o was a little sad that she couldn't get the balls into or near the targets. My best friend has a pricey membership that allows her to get placed at the front of the line, discounts of food, etc. This past Sunday, April 17, was my first time going without her (or her membership). Wait. Let me correct myself. I tried to come on Saturday evening as a walk-in and was told that it was at least a 2.5hr wait. Thankfully, when we came back the following day at 7pm, there was no wait. There's what appears to be a wide parking space, but I find that we always have to park in the back or in the adjacent hotel parking lot. It's a super popular venue! If you've never been to TopGolf before, you can reserve a bay ahead of time - based on availability for a nominal fee of $5-$15. It's a higher price based on the day/time. That reservation fee is separate from the actual amount you pay to play. It's a cost per bay as opposed to per person & they supply you with the golf clubs. I love that they ask if you need left handed clubs, toddler or junior sized clubs. There's also an elevator for wheelchair accessibility. On a Sunday after 5pm, it cost $52/hr. If you've never played before, there's a one time $5 initiation fee per player - but it's good for life. The food was pretty decent. I love that they have an option on the menu to mix and match 6 items for $55 (with the exception of drinks and trio wings). So we ordered Buffalo wings, pretzel bites, chicken nachos, injectable donuts, pepperoni flatbread and lemon pepper wings for $55. Then we tacked on a kids grilled cheese with grapes for the 5 y/o for $7. Kids drinks/juices were no cost. Alcoholic beverages were average priced and tasty. Sadly, there were lots of drinks listed on the menu that they were unable to make (maybe cuz we came later during the day). Everything tasted good and was appropriate temperature. The only thing we didn't care for were the lemon pepper wings. There were kind of bland. Our server came and checked on us from time to time, as did the manager. Our server did forget one of our food/drink orders, but he was honest about it and gave us another free 30min of playing time on the bay to make up for it. Really chill vibe here. We wanted to get a bay on the first floor for a birthday party and called the center before reservation. Customer care assured that our request would be honored and told us to proceed with reservation. On the day of the party we stand at the front desk with an individual who doesn't even know how to check if there was a reservation under the name we booked. He was highly clueless and lacked proper manners for communication.After a while a manager shows up and tells us that there is no way they can accommodate at the first floor and if at all we wanted to have the party it would be at a corner on the ground level. She completely brushed away that there was no phone call or any such request been made. while I can literally see empty bays on the first floor she would not let us go to them. This manager lacked the basic manners and was very rude to the point where she tells us " we are very popular and cannot do anything to move the bays and its up to us to leave or go to the assigned bay". She behaves as if we dont understand what she was saying and was giggling at our situation. Her manager was right next to us listens to all the conversations and had nothing else to say. It was so surprising to see that they took us for granted and behaved so disrespectfully as they knew we came for a birthday party and wouldn't leave with out the celebration. My biggest complaint is the arrogance these managers carried with them and they think they can interact with a customer that way and get away with it!!!!Management please act on such individuals who stereotype people and have the courage to laugh at individuals and act in such manner!!!! read more

Perfect gold experience for all levels from Beginner to intermediate. This is a great place to hangout with any group (up to 6) of any level of golf. Our group arrived at a bit before opening on a Tuesday and there was already a line out the door waiting to get in. Thankfully it goes very quickly. They ask check to see if anybody in your group needs left handed clubs and they send your assigned bay. Once you get to the bay, there is a touchscreen to log the participants ($5 if it's your first time). While the 90 minutes is the most popular, we've found that 2 hours is what we normally go with. The staff is very attentive and check on you for refills or when you want to order more food (forgot to get pictures of the menu). The menu has definitely changed since our last visit 8 months ago. We had the boneless wings trio (Asian sesame, garlic parm, lemon pepper). The Asian sesame sauce has a small kick of spice to it. The pieces are large and juicy. There isn't anything very special about the warm pretzel bites but they were easy to snack on while playing. The nice thing is you can play as serious or relaxed as you want. You don't need experience with golf to play; as you get more swings in, you start hitting targets! Definitely will be back. read more
