Our Topgolf experience started last week with an overly long wait on a hot afternoon. The staff dealt very well with circumstances beyond their control and were very apologetic over the extended wait times. Eric, the manager went out of his way to insure we got to enjoy all Topgolf has to offer in the way of a later return reservation. We rescheduled for Friday night, prime time and were shown to a bay right on time as promised. The staff was wonderful, very helpful with two Grandkids and a wheelchair. Eric and all the staff went above and beyond. We all had a wonderful time and are looking forward to our next visit. The venue itself is amazing! Very clean and comfortable, we had a bay with couches and a table. Lots of games to choose from that were perfect for a mix of total novices and experienced golfers. We had drinks, nacho and pretzel bites, all were good. Generous drink sizes and the food was served warm with a very nice presentation. The one criticism I have could be looked at as a positive also. When we registered at the bay we chose how long we planned to stay, not really having any idea we put in for one hour. After 45 minutes a prompt came up on the screen reminding us our time was about up and asked if we wanted to extend...we were having a great time, so yes....we extended an extra hour. As a customer playing that was fabulous, we were able to finish our game and play another short one. But.... as the person waiting outside to get in, who was told it would be a two hour wait, that wait time just got longer than expected. This takes me back to the beginning of this review we're I said the staff dealt very well with circumstances beyond their control. Flexible time play seems a bit difficult to manage when running at capacity. We definitely recommend for all ages. Our party ranged from 11 to 65 years, some had never golfed, some experienced. We had an absolutely delightful evening at Topgolf with my husband, daughter, and grandson! This place truly offers fun for all ages. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff, setting a positive tone for the night. The games were a blast! My grandson had so much fun hitting the targets, and it was heartwarming to see him enjoying himself. We brought a group of teens and had an awesome time. The staff was friendly, the bays were clean, and the whole setup made it easy for everyone to have fun whether they'd swung a golf club before or not. The Angry Birds game mode was a surprise highlight -- competitive, funny, and way more strategy than we expected (and yes... I did take the #1 high score ). The food came out fast and was solid for a shared/bay-style menu. The pretzel bites and queso were the crowd favorite, and the big sharable platters made it easy to keep everyone fed between turns. Service was steady without being intrusive. What I really liked is that there's more to do than just hit balls -- the downstairs pool tables and chill hangout space gave the kids another place to burn time and energy while we were wrapping up. Top golf is always a blast. I think you'd have to try to not have fun here to make it a bust. My friends and I have been out here 15-20 times thus far and it's always been a great time. It's only gotten busier as time has went on. Parking is the worst on a Friday or Saturday, or when they're having company parties. The only reason for the four star review and not five is that some of the holes can go down from time to time in the middle of games. We only play the top golf setting but when you're making bets with your buds, if can be frustrating when your shot isn't counting. We were also here the night the fire department was called since some drunkie lost control of his club on his back swing and busted a pipe. Set the alarm off. Everyone evacuated. They compensated us a few hours for free the following day. That was pretty cool of them. read more

OH MY GOD! This place is seriously so legit! I love it so much. Beer pitchers and great music and such great food. We got everything for a good pride table for 5 and we all payed 40. We had lots of food I love how this is open 24 hrs. Casey is such a great employee I was so pleased that I met her and had a nice chat! If it weren't from here I probably would have never gone to to golf in the first place, one of my friends is a resident at her apartments complex and she left a flyer and also her card and that's how we first Hurd of top gold. I will recommend to ask for her she is seriously so nice and has a great personality just she makes everything and has a great spirt for the place. I am really disappointed in the staff and mostly Kevin the manager, he banned us for 3 months without telling us. I drove all the way from Gresham (40 min drive) to top golf in Hillsboro to find out I am banned for something that I didn't do. There was a group of 15 and he banned us all. We asked for the company's policy and he didn't even get that for us. He lied multiple times saying that my friend "punched" my other friend. We called my friend to Topgolf to explain the situation to the manger but he always found another way to keep us out of there. We really enjoyed that place, we always recommend to other people but I regret that knowing how they treat there customer. I am really disappointed in them and mostly Kevin the manager!!! read more

5 star for experience for 5 13/14 yo boys for food and golfing. Last night May 18th Zero stars for over serving patrons to harassed and laid hands on our kids twice. Top golf team responded initially but when the full story of what happened (called the boys the other f word plus an assortment of derogatory terms, made sexual innuendos and pushed one boy and grabbed another by the face telling him he's pretty.) Grown men in the restroom, same ones, verbally abused and laid hands on our boys. Top Golf said they didn't have a manager to really do anything. Get on it TG. Sasquatch has clubs for hitting golf stuff. He crushes nets when mewing. Dan Fiordilis drinks beer. The clubs aren't sturdy enough times when Dan Fiordilis drinks too much soda. Tiedie penguins rock. So I arrived to the Sports Page a little on the hungry side. I got the hummus plate and diet coke. I don't drink much alcohol anymore. I never even thought to get a mocktail. We were telling a friend about mocktails, (she never heard that term before) ordered a mocktail, she let me take a sip, it was so good! Her husband got a shot of creme de cocoa, gave me a sip of that, and that was so good! I will have to explore my options the next time I come here! Karaoke was so fun! So many good singers! I sang one song. I even got a request to do a different song. I will have to practice a little before I attempt any other song!

This place is way too clean to rate as a dive bar. It's small but there is a lot of seating. In a…read morebusy mall, easy to get to and ample parking. My reason for showing up was to sample their chili which, according to them is amazing. Meh. Talk is cheap. No stars off for the misleading marketing but if amazing chili is your thing, pass this place by. Scottys claims their chili is amazing. It's above average (average in Portland is disgustingly lousy) but far from amazing. It's spicy and has lots of meat, which makes it above [PDX] average. But it's served on a large but very shallow bowl so the portion is very stingy. It was also barely warm so a big minus for that. If it was served in a massive sized bowl, *HOT*, with a basket of saltines that weren't previously pulverized by who knows how many previous diners you might have a contender. Sorry Scottys but your chili is a long way from amazing. Other than that, bartender was fine. Prices were reasonable. No complaints about staff or the venue. Not especially my kind of place so doubtful I will ever become a regular. But it has dark, intimate corners to bring a date and a few large windows if you like it bright while you imbibe. They do run regular specials and the special today looked pretty good except that I was there specifically to sample their chili. Perhaps you should make mac and cheese your signature dish, Scottys?

Made the mistake of taking a client to dinner here. Staff was disinterested- food came quick, but…read moreonly because the cook was talking to a friend at the poker machines- fries were not cooked through and meat was rubbery. I could tell my client was embarrassed that I would bring them here. Not what it used to be. I would avoid if you are looking for a friendly/courteous environment. Calling this place a dive bar would be a compliment.
