I went here a few Fridays ago with my grandkids and family from out of town. We didn't have a reservation but only had to wait about 50 minutes for a bay to be available. The grandkiddos loved the mini golf and the corn hole. The servers were very helpful in making sure we were taken care of with refreshments while we were waiting. We bought a couple hours of game play once we made it to the bay. The equipment, seating area, and food was all excellent. While it's busy and will get better over time, the experience for all of us was very good. read more

Do not count on any time information being anywhere close to accurate. They claim to have only a limited number of bays available for reservation so they can still take walk ins. They also offer a "waitlist" for walk ins. We were told our bay would be available 5:35-6:10. We alerted the people in our party to be there by 5:15. We then got a text at 4:30 saying our bay was available because of traffic and their location, there was no way to pivot that quickly. The first person in our party showed up at five, gave their name and the waitlist name and was told the wait would be one hour. By the time all was said and done, we were ultimately told that the first available time we would actually be able to have a bay was after 8 PM. Apparently, you have to purchase a membership in order to have any accuracy. People who purchase annual memberships can walk in and bump the entire system. So if you're trying to make plans as a "commoner" you better be prepared to take whatever scraps they offer you and be thankful they even allow you to spend your non membership money there. read more

Golf is fun, but this place is set up to milk all the money they can out of people. Charged to make reservations, charged if you don't make it to your reservation then bombarded to purchase food and drinks. It is honestly amusing. We were told the kitchen was so backed up that if we wanted food we had to order "now". We told the host we can order now, so we would get our food towards the end of our game play. Nope, we ordered, and food was out within 10 minutes. They just had to make sure we were spending. read more

Top golf is a fun thing to do but it's way to crowded and busy all the time. Not really interested in making an appointment a week in advance to swing a club and drink a beer for $60. We walked in at 11 am on Thursday and we're told 8 hours wait to get one lane... that sounds like bullshit to me but whatever, might come back some day but top golf don't care, they got plenty of customers. read more

Did a walk in and said it would be about 2 hours and put us on a waitlist. We waited the entirety of the two hours because we didn't feel like driving back to where we came from 30 minutes away. We walk in around the 2 hour mark and they said they aren't taking fucking walk in's and the mother fucker up front at the desk was telling us the system was glitched and we won't be golfing today. Disappointed! Our server got our drink wrong, she then didn't bring any plates or utensils or napkins. I have never heard of a place serving food without utensils. She was missing half of the time, we could have literally gone ourselves and gotten our food and drink faster than her. Not sure if we will come here ever again or recommend it to anyone. I have been to two Top Golfs (Arizona & Las Vegas) & this Top Golf was nothing compared to those. Pretty disappointed to say the least. We didn't golf because we were told it was a 5-6 hour wait. So, we decided to eat instead. The restaurant/bar is so loud you literally had to yell to have a conversation with anyone. Our waitress couldn't even hear us when taking our order. The service wasn't good as the wait staff liked hanging out at the bar instead of taking care of the customers. I had to get up twice to ask for something. Food was just so so - typical bar food, & they have a limited menu. Best part was the big screen TV, so awesome for football. Maybe I'll give it a second chance this summer when it's warmer & I can golf. I did notice that the pins/flags you aim at are not lighted up with cool neon colors like other Top Golfs. I also noticed a nice outdoor patio area with miniature golf. read more

Our bay host JC was amazing showing us the rules and taking our orders! She asked if it was a special occasion and took the initiative to do their birthday recognition for my boyfriend. We had such a good time we extended our time for another hour. The whole time time she checked in with us so consistently, we were never wondering "where's our server?" She was fantastic. We will definitely be back and will ask for JC if she is there! read more

The golfing was fun and awesome. The food was good...pricey, but good. The only thing that needs to improve is the service given. In 2 hours, we were checked in on maybe three times. Took forever to be asked about drink refills (ordered a pitcher) and never really checked in on about the food. Our plates were never taken away or drinks refreshed. I even requested the table be cleared of some dishes and our server just walked away. Service needs to improve ASAP, especially with the price of the bays. read more

I really love TopGolf, but something about this location always makes me come back. The delicious food, the awesome location, the TopGolf vibes that are always unmatched, it could be any of these... but the one thing that always sticks out in my mind is the service. Every time I go now, I always make sure to request Dominic to be my server as he is the most attentive, accommodating, anticipating, stellar, and all around amazing server I have had at any TopGolf and nearly any other establishment ever. He makes my visits worthwhile, always there with a smile and an attitude that lets you know he is happy to be there. Food: The wings were not done, but they didn't charge us for them. They had good flavor. Our server while playing Topgolf was Fabulous. Fun, friendly, informative and speedy. GREAT GAL! Check-in when we arrive, well, I was not impressed. I felt the gentleman that helped us was bothered by me even being there. Actually 1/2 way rude to be honest. A very disappointing start. However, dispite that, It was a blast, the drinks were great, can't wait to try the food again. Topgolf was amazing ( I don't golf and had a blast) Putt putt (minature) golf was fun as well. All in all (besides when we checked in) IT WAS WORTH IT. Will plan another trip soon. read more

This was my first time visiting Top golf and it was a fun activity to do with friends. The food was good and the server was friendly and gave good service as well. But the bartender had a bad attitude and kind of put a damper on the experience. I arrived before my party and went to the bar to order a beer. The bartender (Brandon) asked me if I had a bay and told me to order from the server. I had no problem with that, I said sorry it's my first time here and I waited at my bay. Later I wanted to break a $50 bill because we were splitting the bill and I went up to the bar. While I waited I observed a man walk up to the bar and ask the bartender for 4 glasses of water for his table. Brandon sounding irritated started telling him the same thing he told me. Then the guy stopped him mid sentence and said, but I'm sitting in the bar area... Brandon quickly changed his tone and said he would get him the waters. After that the bar back came up to help me and agreed to get me change for the $50. Brandon was standing in front of the register and I heard him tell the bar back that they can't do that. So the bar back with an apologetic look told me 'apparently we can't do that'. There were 3 people at the bar top and less than half of the tables in the bar area were taken so it wasn't like he was too busy. Seemed more like there was an unspoken policy of them refusing to anything for anyone outside of their jurisdiction. I completely understand the policy of having customers place orders with their servers, but this bartender was less than friendly and seemed annoyed by his job. read more

We went to Top Golf tonight for my partners Birthday. Some of the best service that we have received in an entertainment venue. Brittany our waitress was attentive, very helpful and friendly. We only ordered a few appetizers and the donut hole shots, which were very delicious! Bathrooms were super clean as well as the entire venue. One other very positive observation is the very diverse staff. Can't wait to bring the family out to this wonderful Meridian Top Golf! read more

Just got home from a few hours at Top Golf. Second time we've been to the Meridian location. First time was not very good. The flow of this location is different than the other ones I've been to. Food was very poor last time so we wanted to give it another shot thinking it might have been because they were new and working the kinks out. Nope. Food is poor. Cold, dry and just tastes like it's old and been sitting around for a while. I ordered a Caesar salad and asked for less dressing (last time it was SOUP). It was ok. Ordered a side of tater tots. Cold. Hard to screw up tater tots. Ordered chicken nachos. They tasted okay but dry and as though they'd been sitting out for a few hours before they served them. Cheese was all dry and cold. Service was good and we have no problem working the golf programs as we've been to numerous Top Golf's. Just sad they spent so much money to build this place when it's just not managed well. We don't expect michelin star food but it's hard to screw up bar food. In my opinion, this is all management. You've got to spend time at your business to make it successful. Times have changed for sure. Not sure we'll spend another $180 which is sad because Boise needs this place! read more

Reservations are a MUST. We booked a bay one week before. Excellent service and yummy food. Really enjoyed our own bay and clubs at our disposal. First time we ever golfed. If I could give this place no stars I would. We came in and put our name on the list, they said it would be an hour and a half wait. We ended up getting food there while we wait. The service was absolutely horrible, so was the food! Not only was it horrible but it was also overpriced! Anyways we finished our nasty food and it was finally our time to play. We went up to the front just to be told be are being pushed another 45 min to an hour because they had platinum members walk in to play. Wtf!?! I understand the platinum memberships pay more monthly to get benefits and all but I think that is absolutely ridiculous they don't have a system for that. If they are platinum they should be able to call at least an hour or so in advance and book a time instead of pushing people out that long as if we don't have a life! We could have been doing something else and would have if we knew that was a possibility. They never even told us that there is a possibility platinum members could come in and take your spot! I feel like they don't care because they know people are going to wait and buy their nasty damn food as they wait. We will never go back there. Lost costumers and definitely will be putting this out there. read more

The ball tracking was inaccurate, and my ball kept on hitting other balls due to the cheap alternative of not having the nets for each hole. Overall, I don't think it's worth the money. The ones in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas are better facilities. Customer service was great. read more

Way over priced. $131 for two hours during no peak times is ridiculous. It costs half the price in California and Las Vegas. It's $40 an hour for a total of $80 for a 2 hour reservation in CA and NV. Don't know why it's so expensive in Boise. read more

Honestly the worst top golf I've been too. The place malfunctions and the staff over populated the entire building. They have more staff members than customers there. Management sucks there and it's just not satisfying with no holes to golf into. Would not recommend going here. read more

Top golf screwed up this one. Horrible fluorescent lighting, terrible service, waited 1 hour 20 mins for food to come, 1 item never came, menu is all unhealthy mediocre bar food, not good for vegans or vegetarians. Drinks are low end. Bar manager was a kid with no clear customer service experience. This is not a place for professional meetings or a place to wine dine clients like the other top golfs across the nation. Based on the cheap decor, kids with no experience working here and lack of sophistication this will only cater to local 16-21 year olds. read more
