So to preface, I have never been to any top golf locations, didn't have high expectations because I didn't really know what to expect. The staff was off for most part. There was a part next to us and they had a waitress that was consistent. The manager was nice. The heat went out on us a couple times and it was very cold. I had the bartender try to stiff me out on money. Could have been an innocent mistake or not idk. As far as the food, it was ok but extremely overpriced especially for what you get. The drinks were terrible and again OVERPRICED. Draft beer is your safest bet but for close to $9 it really isn't even worth it. Did I have fun? Of course but I was with my best friends so yeah we are always going to have a good time but this just wasn't it, might have been an off night but for the price that was more than enough for me. Wow i once loved this place and came nearly every week but when i became disabled and needed service they violated all ADA (AMERICAN DISABILITY ACTS) which i have reported to the ADA compliance department I am so saddened with the little knowledge and training companies have on violating ADA Laws they practiced several illegal activities involving ADA and I am considering contacting a lawyer for legal advice i am sick of people with disabilities being abused and taken advantage of and I also heard the golf clubs haven't been cleaned ina long time and with COVID AND GERMS it's sick you don't provide gloves but more importantly discrimination against people with disabilities read more

I'm thrilled they opened a location in Philly, and was so excited to check it out. Went with some coworkers after work on a Tuesday for Happy hour- it did not disappoint! There was 10 of us so we reserved a spot - although, it was pretty empty at 5pm, so as long as you get there early (and on a Mon-Wed, probably) you won't have to worry about a long wait like the other reviewers were complaining about. Be smart, and you won't be let down! As for the experience- tons of fun, we bought 90 min free-for-all games, each side had 5 people, and ordered beer pitchers, apps, and mixed drinks for my gluten-free butt. My favorite drink was the skinny strawberry margarita, and snack was the loaded steak nachos. I do wish they offered non-breaded chicken wings- not just to be gluten-free, but because everyone knows breaded wings are somewhat of a price-scam to fill you up on breading with minimal meat. Your deposit does NOT apply to your final bill. We ended up paying a deposit of around $100 that does NOT go towards your bill, it is simply the cost of reserving the bays. Insane. We thought it would be a credit towards our final bill, like a security measure if we did not show up for our reservation that would only be charged in that event. The food was mid, our server came over about every half hour even though they were not that busy. They recommend tipping 20-25% of the total bill, but when the fee to play costs more than the total food cost, we tipped 10%-- especially when the bill was nearly $600. We do not plan on going again. No matter how much money you have or what you can afford, the experience is just not good. read more

You got one over on me by charging the $15 reservation fee to my card on top of the actual bay rental. Shady and disingenuous. Leaves a sour taste in what was otherwise a pleasant experience. Had a nice time as a first time golfer, and the experience was great. The choices of drinks were excellent. Although the food wasn't the best, the overall experience was good. One thing to note is that the waiters had a confusing policy regarding utensils because we didn't order their chicken bites because we only had French fried and nachos. The golf is a lot of fun, my wife took me for Fathers Day with our 2 boys. It's fun for the whole family even if you never golfed before. There are 2 reasons why this place is getting 3 stars and not 5. 1. The food is absolute trash and way overpriced. If I just went there for the golf and didn't get food, this would've been a MUCH better experience. 2. They charge $5 for a membership fee. First time here at topgolf in Philadelphia...I usually go to the mount laurel one but this one is so much closer to home and it didn't disappoint. I've been to a number of Topgolf venues, and have always had wonderful experiences dealing with the staff. But the Northeast Philly location is absolutely horrible. Twice this week I joined the waiting list that was posted at 30-45 minutes, only to show up and find that it was really 2-3 hours. The people I spoke to were unapologetic, unhelpful, and downright rude. I decided to come to this establishment with my friends as a way to wind down and enjoy some golf. While the gameplay was to standard, I can't quite say the same for our service. Our first waitress left during the middle of our time there, which was understandable seeing as her shift may have been over, however, our new waitress was never introduced and we had no idea who would be serving us. After about 20 minutes, we flagged down one of the waitresses to get our order taken, and were told "I wasn't aware you wanted to order food." Why else would have menus in our hands, but I digress. Her and another waitress were too busy gossiping to even notice we weren't being serviced. After about another 20 minutes, our food came out, and I can't quite say I was impressed. I cannot speak for my friends for they enjoyed their meals, but the Smokehouse Burger I ordered was nothing special, and certainly not worth the $16. I went to celebrate my birthday. I made a reservation and I did not have a long wait time. I loved how helpful the staff was. The service was extremely fast! We had questions about the menu and they were quickly answered. The food came out quick. I also loved how family friendly it was. We had a 9 year old and a 1 year old and they enjoyed themselves. The first floor/lobby bar was fairly busy, but the bartender was friendly and we were happy with our Mai Tais. It was about a half hour wait for the bay for our group of 4 which I thought was reasonable There was some confusion with the server regarding our drinks so she had to call a manager for assistance. We noticed our server was still being trained. The manager was helpful and continued to check in on us. I would expect service to be a bit slow as they continue learning. This place is popular and I would recommend booking in advance. Game play and amenities are great. Definitely a fun experience with the game. Food and drinks had some problems. We waited at the bar while our bay was disinfected. All good. Ordering food at the bay during game play proved challenging. We had several items mixed up or arrived that we did not order including alcoholic drinks. Food we did order was excellent; we had burgers, nachos and wings. Darren was our waiter and had excellent energy and really tried to help us. I would have him serve us again. There seemed to be issues with food kitchen communication and process, and they ran out of burgers? Appetizers were good and arrived quick. We had some (big) delays in some food arriving later for main meals, (some as late as 1.5hrs). The manager did comp us on some of the food as we asked not to serve and credit us as we were leaving with only 10 mins of game play remaining. I have never been to Top Golf, and neither has my cousin or her boyfriend, so we went with my husband (who has gone previously at another location). It was really nice and modern inside. The employee at the front desk was a little monotone and didn't really speak up (it was loud in there). He told us what bay we were in, but I wasn't sure if I needed a receipt or needed to show my credit card or anything, so I kind of stood there just staring at him for a minute before I walked upstairs). The set up is super nice and similar to bowling (having a "lane" and seats to sit). We even had a waitress come around and ask us if we wanted drinks/food which was nice! I was not Tiger Woods by ANY MEANS, but I was slowly getting better throughout the night. We stayed for about an hour and a half and had a great time! I would definitely try it again! read more

Never played golf before but such a fun experience. Our server Simone was amazing! She was very friendly. She checked on our table multiple times throughout the evening and explained how to play when we first arrived. Food was delicious and hot. We had the buffalo chicken dip and nachos for appetizers and they came out fast. I also had a chicken sandwich and it was hot and crispy. Drinks were awesome. Great prices. He stated that there was nothing he could do to accommodate our group of 10. Farley/topgolf offered no alternative or apology. Farley instructed us to voice our concerns using the topgolf website. This was an awful experience and I will never go back. Topgolf/Kevin/Farley completely ruined the day/weekend/week. It appears overbooking is part of the Philadelphia topgolf business model. Came here on Wednesday, August 31 2022 at 5:20 pm with a group of six. We just did walk in. The place is super clean and the staff was helpful in redirecting me to the second floor to search for my group as I came late. We didn't order food, just had water and played top golf. It was mostly all of our first times so we played for fun and I managed to get three points. It was a great experience for our group as we mingled and had a great view to look at. There's also a parking lot in the front which is convenient. It was also cool in there, not as hot as I thought it would be. Overall, very chill experience. read more

Since we're all inexperienced with golf, it provided many moments of laughter. We had the Buffalo Chicken Dip, Nachos, Pretzel Bites, and Chicken Tenders. The food is okay, but definitely overpriced. My family and I were invited to Family and Friends night at the new KOP location. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised being as though this was my first time ever at TopGolf. The facility is magnificent - easily accessible from the highway with ample parking. The atmosphere was exciting and very welcoming. I really appreciate how attentive and helpful the staff were (especially since we had an infant with us). Our bay host "A" provided excellent service, was very hospitable and accommodating. The food was "scrumptious " and the donut holes were delightful. Im very hopeful that TopGolf KOP will do well. I wish you all the very best I'm looking forward to visiting again soon. Was charged for "Lifetime membership that I already had." Good thing I double checked the bill about it. June 25th on the third floor I ordered a turf monster, I normally get it so I know what it tastes like. this time it was weird I started feeling weird in my stomach I over heard two employees talking about the pineapple juice in the drink was expired after I already drank it. For starters, the location is clean. The service was good and the food for bar food was alright. We weren't greeted when we arrived, so we continued to find our own way to our party. Everything was cool until my wife ordered a blueberry lemon drop martini. Like many others, we are a couple that doesn't care about the pricing of things as long as it makes sense. We ordered this drink that was $13.50 and to say the least you couldn't imagine to my surprise this is what was delivered to our table. I don't care if the damn drink was $30, I have no problem with the prices that these businesses charge for their products but if you're going to charge me damn near $14 at least give me a full glass of the damn drink. I asked the waitress and she looked at me puzzled as if this is normal; She asked me if I wanted to speak to a manger. When the manager came over he says to me " we don't set the prices" as if I asked about the price. If this is the standard of service I am to receive when spending my money you can best believe I won't be spending it here. My husband and I decided to try this place out today. The atmosphere of the place is nice, however, we were not given a time frame on how long we would have to wait for a bay. After waiting for about a half hour, we made other plans and decided to leave. After we were gone for about 1/2 hour, my husband received a text letting us know that our bay would be available in another 15 minutes. So long story short, if we would have stayed, the wait would have been an hour and 15 minutes! If you ask me, we felt as if the wait is longer than 15 minutes, the customer should be informed, just like when you go to a restaurant you are informed of a wait time.
