We don't have a classic. Order by number. For your information it's explicitly states on your website "cheesesteak" "the classic Philly cheesesteak". Don't be an asshole to your customers. Was in the mood for gyro's and was told to check this place out. I liked the atmosphere as it was quiet and fit the neighborhood pizzeria, however I didn't come for the pizza today. This is the first time my wife and I have dined in here, though we have picked up a to go order before which was a mediocre experience. But, the wife had a craving for a gyro and there are not a lot of option in Rosemount for gyros. So off we went. The wife ordered the gyro and I ordered the hulu burger. The gyro was ok at best. The meat was cut fairly thick, and inconsistent. The tzatziki sauce was laid on really too thick. The pita bread was good and the fries were done perfectly. Overall it was a miss though. The hulu burger was a mistake on my part. The hamburger patty was decent, well cooked and seasoned. However, the bottom of the bun was so soggy and the canned bits of pineapple were a disappointment. This should have had a thick, grilled slice of pineapple on it instead of canned bits that fall out of the burger. Oh well. And the side salad was really sad. Lettuce was brown and wilting and the dressing came in a plastic pouch instead of a ramekin. The actual space has a split personality. It looks like they recently expanded or renovated half of the restaurant, leaving the other half looking sad and outdated. Honestly, the meal could have been a lot better if there was a little more attention to detail. I do have to say that our waitress was great and very attentive, and that may be the reason we go back someday. read more

Really unimpressed with the pizza. It is the night before thanksgiving, and while I am making a bunch if sides a day early, did not feel like making dinner! Ordered the TOPPS special pizza for pick up and it was ready to go in 15 minutes just like they said Hubby brought it home and we all attacked while it was hot and fresh. Crust looked amazing but the cheese and toppings looked like it could have been cooked a little longer. Got our plates and the first couple bites down, hubby and I commented at the same time that the cheese tasted funny? A couple minutes later my 7 year old commented the cheese tasted funny...he hadn't heard us say it so it was 3 for 3. Pizza was edible, not the worst pizza we have ever had..but not the best either. Mushrooms were from a can, sausage was good, beef had kind of a strange texture to it. Cheese had a strange taste to it, which I am thinking is from not being baked long enough. I think if they had baked it longer it would have been 4 stars. We are in desperate need of a great pizza place and not a chain around here!!! Guess we will be sticking with Papa Murphy's. read more

Having lived in Rosemount for 15 years now, I've been to T.O.P.S. a number of times. The food might not be five-star quality but has always been consistently good. Aside from the gyros sandwiches, which are as good as I've had anywhere, one of our favorites is the Grecian pizza, which has sliced tomatoes, gyro meat, and feta, and comes with tzatziki on the side for dipping. We also love their salad dressing and sometimes even get a bottle to take home. My only complaint is that sometimes the TV is on a little loud, but that's really a very minor thing. read more

Wife and I ordered a couple gyros and I decided to try a pizza. The food was good, it was hot and delivered fast. My only complaint was the Tzatziki if I had to guess id say it was purchased and not made in house, it has a strange starchiness. To be honest it was gross... and Tzatziki is the key to a great gyro. I would love to see a better Tzatziki. I was really hoping i'd found a place with gyros like I grew up with in Northfield. We have only tried a few things and while im bummed about the Tzatziki over all we like the place and are happy to support a family business. read more

So I order from this place a lot. What's really cool about this place? They deliver burgers!!!!!!! BBQ burger is great, I love the Zeus burger. Cheese steaks.... I get the full cheese steak, with pepperoni and gyro meat. Might be over the top, I love it and there down to make it and deliver it!! What's really nice is when the food gets to my table at my house, it's hot and fresh. The fries aren't soggy they hold very well. They get the doneness of my burger right every time. They haven't made any mistakes with our orders and we tend to order dinner from this place at least a couple times a month. The one complaint I have is not being able to get my total during the ordering process. They need to call back with a total, but if that's what it takes to get the food.... I will do it every time. My family ordered from here for the first time this evening. I had the Works Philly cheese sandwich and it was delicious! My husband had the Italian sausage sandwich and he said it was also really good and my daughters both had the hot ham and cheese on garlic bread. All of the sandwiches were very good. We also ordered the onion rings and they were okay, nothing to write home about. Also, when we ordered, we were told someone would call right back to confirm the order and take our credit card info. 15 minutes later we called back because we hadn't been called. They put us on hold twice and then apologized and said someone would call shortly. It was another couple of minutes but they finally did call back and the delivery was pretty quick. read more

Ginormous gyros! They are delicious! :) We like to go here because it's a family-owned business with great food. Their greek salad is wonderful and they also sell bottles of the dressing to take home. The cheesesteaks are really good and there's a alot of different varieties to choose from. The bread is delicious: crusty on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside...makes the sandwich that much better. I only wish they used fresh mushrooms on the cheesesteaks instead of canned, but they are still tasty. The pizza is also good...try the Gyro pizza..it's pretty awesome. I most certainly will never patronize this establishment ever again. I just witnessed a terrifying display of anger from the older gentleman who appears to be the owner or head cook. Full disclosure, I do not know what precipitated this outburst. While waiting for my order I heard one young lady crying followed by a loud outburst from the gentleman as he screamed at 1 waitress to "get the f*** out" and "I never want to see your f****** face in here again ever." He drove her out of the kitchen shaking his fist and I saw her go into a back room and retrieve her bags. As she exited the restaurant he picked up something heavy, brandished it at her and smashed it on the food prep surface. All of this was in full view of the customers, myself included. I honestly wanted to go cancel my order and get a refund but the older gentleman was standing right there and I was actually a bit scared of him. I'm giving the place one star because the food wasn't bad and it was cooked to order. However I refuse to do business or recommend a place where out of control behavior like this is condoned. Update to review below: my mother was refunded her money and the owner apologized for what happened. Thank you TOPS for putting things to right. I wish I didn't feel so compelled to write this review as TOPS has been our go to pizza place since 2006. I cannot, however, ignore what happened. My mother and I ordered a small greek veggie pizza and small greek salad for delivery. An order we've had many many times. When it arrived, the salad was inedible. The lettuce was soggy and slimy as if it had been made hours before. The pizza had no feta cheese. My mother called to say she was disappointed and the man who said he was the owner said he has always put the feta under the mozzarella cheese and that he's done so for 30 years. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt here, although neither of us ever found that feta cheese. He said he never puts salad dressing on the side as they make big batches up ahead of time. No kidding, and doing so makes the salad disgusting. But here's the real reason I'm writing this review. After my mother continued to voice her complaints, he said, "I think you're just a lonely old woman looking for someone to talk too." Wow! Just wow. That's beyond rude, that is downright mean. He should be ashamed. I've read his response to other bad reviews saying the customers didn't voice their displeasure so he can't do anything about it. Well, my mother did voice it and she got that as a response. My mother isn't lonely, she just has a daughter who uses this site. read more

Been here twice. Had the cheesesteak the first time and the gyro with Greek salad the 2nd. Both were great. I was full. The best thing? Service with a smile and the owners sat nearby to make sure everything was good. Have recommended this place and will continue to recommend. OMG seriously..... consistently offering poor food. called multiple times, respectfully, to resolve the order discrepancy but was hung up on and advised he didn't need customers like me. All I asked is that the order be replaced as placed, but he refused, Owner demanded that I bring in the food to discuss... kind of defeats the purpose of ordering the food for delivery and paying for the service. Was never inappropriate with him however her hung up and was rude using curse words. Amazing. In a small town like Rosemount you would expect some American courtesy however they fail on all account. They are completely incompetent. They cannot get an order right to save their lives. We have ordered from here numerous times and they have probably gotten our order wrong five times. We placed a delivery order tonight and they told us it would be 50 minutes. An hour and twenty minutes later, the food arrived and one of the hoagies was completely messed up. The food is overpriced, especially considering the fact you are not even getting what you asked for. It is unfortunate there are so few places that deliver in Rosemount. I think I have given them enough chances though. read more
