All of our tacos were incredible, we ate our weight in their killer queso, and the manager Bonnie is the BEST! The secret menu never disappoints, but all their tacos are incredible. We LOVE Torchy's, but this particular location goes above and beyond!! The manager (so sorry I neglected to ask his name!) went above and beyond for us. We were headed back home to New Orleans from Nashville and even though they weren't officially open yet, he offered to make some food to go for us. While we waited, he was so friendly and talked to us about New Orleans and Houston and Nashville. The restaurant was meticulously maintained and beautiful. Give this guy a raise or promotion! I reserved to come at 11:30, but I came super early and the lady who checked me in was super nice and let me in no problem. I got free tacos, a side, and a fountain drink for the soft opening.
